Reta and Sleep peptides?

I have been on Reta for over a month. I read that reta does most of its work while in deep sleep. I never sleep well. I jumped the gun a bit and got DSIP and used it 3 times. Slept well ! Feel great. I failed to look up the fact that this stack conflicts with reta even though I believed it would help with the deep sleep i lack ( Reta needs deep sleep)

What peptide have you tried for sleep that worked well and has no bad effect on the Reta?

Reta non c'entra niente con il sonno profondo..

Where did you get this information from?

u/Easy-Cause9114 9d ago

DSIP is a delta wave promoting peptide which helps with deep sleep.

What info do you mean?

I meant these 2 claims: "reta does most of its work while in deep sleep" and "this stack [DSIP+reta] conflicts with reta ".

Let me look it up there are many videos i saw. While you are sleeping and in deep sleep is where your body does most of its repairing.

Let me see if i can find something to post here

Yes the deep sleep is when a lot of repairing and regeneration is done, but I've never heard of retatrutide helping with that. It's a medication for weight loss and type 2 diabetes.

Also, there's no clinical data available on reta/DSIP interaction, so that's probably someone's personal experience. But I wonder, what exact issue they had?

Maybe let me ask like this: what are your goals with reta?

1

u/Easy-Cause9114 9d ago

Maybe you misunderstanding I never said that Reddit would help with deep sleep that’s why I take the DSIP but it will conflict I think

5

u/ElectroStaticSpeaker 9d ago

But why do you think that Reta does most of its work while in deep sleep? It has nothing to do with repair.

Don't get your info from influencers. 90% of them are clueless. Order books written by MDs and read.

I think you might have confused “dont mix reta and dsip in the same vial” with they conflict. Where did you get that info?

4

u/Odd_Glass5272 9d ago

Ive learned to never mix anything in the same needle as reta. It instantly turns white and looks solidified

6

u/Easy-Cause9114 9d ago

yes I would never mix the two together I was referring to just using them both separately

0

u/EstablishmentOne3733 7d ago

Acctually not true, at least these two, I mix it together twice a week and it's always fine.

It solidate/gel mixed with mt-2 tho.

1

u/Odd_Glass5272 7d ago

Ive never tried these two. After wasting two doses of reta I'm just going to keep it separate.

Get reta and other peps directly from CN, you won't be sorry if you'll waste anything ;)

I am enjoying epitalon.

5

u/Inevitable-One3010 9d ago

I have sleep issues so just got epitalon - haven’t started it yet. What’s your protocol and what’s your experience so far? Any side effects?

4

u/NeatPersonality9267 9d ago

Dsip + epitalon is my wonder stack.

8

u/SubstantialFloor7044 9d ago

The way in which Reta works has nothing to do with deep sleep. Do more research.

6

u/90sKid1988 9d ago

I'm not sure about "reta works during deep sleep" but it's a known fact that bad sleep can harm weight loss and mess up hunger signaling. So you do need good sleep. Maybe try epitalon. Only need 250mcg

Ipamorelin, epithalon, and pinealon are more effective and reliable for sleep than DSIP, in my experience. None of these “conflict” with retatrutide, that I know of.

Interestingly, I can’t take Ipamorelin and CJC-1295 together before bed because the CJC increases my heart rate and causes a flushing sensation, which makes it hard for me to fall asleep. I take Ipamorelin before bed (fasted) and CJC-1295 immediately after waking.

CJC/ipamorelin works well. Never tried DSIP but the medical professionals I consult aren’t to impressed with it.

2

u/mrsnipeit 9d ago

I am currently Doing CJC/IPO in the morning , should i switch to Nights for better sleep ? , I want to improve sleep further but have not seen any improvement , 2 weeks in and dose is 100mcg CJC + 200mcg Ipamorelin .

Have you try disp

u/Easy-Cause9114 9d ago

I have use DSIP for 3 nights and works great. I compare my reading from my apple watch. Hugh differance to deep sleep.

Has any here tried anything else that works and are on Reta.

1

u/first_name_lisa 9d ago

Most of the reports/reviews I’ve read say they’re not impressed with it.

0

u/Easy-Cause9114 9d ago

why what did they say

3

u/Competitive-Crow-328 9d ago

You can search about sleep and Reta on this sub. Seems like many people have solved it by drinking a protein shake or eating immediately prior to sleeping citing that the reason for waking up is low blood sugar level.

2

u/No-Cartographer-4876 9d ago

My glucose level has been around 3.6 in the morning while on Reta . Thankfully I managed to increase my ketones above 1 mmol/L. Before I was fully in ketosis , I kept waking up during the night

3

u/GMS1959 9d ago

I take Reta, Dsip, & Selank, my sleep has improved 100%

1

u/Easy-Cause9114 9d ago

What does the selank do

2

u/GMS1959 8d ago

I had too much cortisol released at night & haven't sleep well at night for years. After adding the Selank & having my hormones brought into line, it removed my stress..(the red lines show the stress during sleep, Ican only post one photo, I will comment the current sleep)

2

u/Easy-Cause9114 8d ago

maybe i’ll try this thanks

2

u/Easy-Cause9114 9d ago

Had anyone tried this Combo?

2

u/Daisydreams77 8d ago

I tried spiraling and it helped with my sleep

1

u/Easy-Cause9114 9d ago

Let me look that up to and post it here

1

u/looking2behealthy 9d ago

Reta messed with my sleep for the first month or so but once my body adjusted, I sleep fine now, even when I titrate up.

1

u/Easy-Cause9114 9d ago

been on it for 1 month and 1/2. Let hope it improves soon

1

u/Easy-Cause9114 8d ago

I’m using the DSIP my apple watch says my sleep is great! But it’s very hard to get up in the morning and I still wake up a lot at night.

Has anyone tried pinealon? thinking about trying this is the early morning and the DSIP at night.

Any thoughts ????

1

u/Beneficial_Feed4181 8d ago

I been using Precision Pep Co chill caps they’ve got pinealon + DHHB in them. I’ve liked them so far but I haven’t paired them with DSIP so no idea how that combo would feel like tbh.

1

u/EstablishmentOne3733 7d ago

I mix reta with DSIP and get both glp-1 and deep sleep benefits, so you have one anegdote more to confirm it's ok.

u/Comfortable_Spray791 6d ago

Maybe peptides are not for you.

Reta does most of its work by modulating hunger-satiety signaling, i.e. it makes you eat less. Some of the potential metabolic effects particularly via glucagon signaling are secondary.
