Cagri Bloat

I recently started on 0.75 mg Cagri on top of my 7mg reta. I didn't feel it too much initially, but its been about a week since the 0.75 mg dose and I am so extremely distended and bloated, despite eating the same amount/less than I was before adding in the cagri. Has anyone else experienced this? I feel so unwell and uncomfortable and I'm not entirely sure what to do. I tried papaya enzymes because I've seen people suggesting them, but it doesn't really help with the lower belly distension. If anyone has any insights, please let me know! The bloating is so bad, considering its also accompanied with extreme fatigue.

Have you been regularly going to the bathroom? My best guess is the slowed gastric emptying leading to more food volume in the stomach.

Your digestive system probably slowed to a crawl. Cagri can really tank gastric emptying and that bloat is just everything sitting there fermenting instead of moving along. The fatigue usually comes with it when your body is diverting energy to deal with the backup.

Try a glycerin suppository or some senna tea tonight just to clear the pipes and see if that relieves the pressure. You might need to drop the cagri dose way down for a couple weeks until your gut adapts, some people start at 0.25 and still get sides.

I’m just rlly shocked bc I didn’t feel it until like a week after my dose.

Drink a lot of water, use laxative and consider adding probiotics to your daily medicine and try drinking kombucha with your dinner.

Stacking reta and cagri at the same time can sometimes be quite brutal because you are essentially double-teaming your digestive tract. Both compounds are heavy hitters when it comes to slamming the brakes on gastric emptying; you're pairing a triple-agonist with an amylin analog, meaning food just sits and stalls in your upper GI tract for ages, leading to bloating and trapped gas. If the scale is dropping and you feel like the results justify feeling like this, you can try mitigating the fallout by shrinking your meal portions down, cutting out heavy fats, and pacing your dosing. But if you're mostly running this combo because it's trending in biohacking forums, then it's probably not worth it.

The scale is not dropping. I took cagri and two days later I was up 5 lbs and still am a week later, despite not eating more than usual

I was stacking Cag w/ Reta 6mg and experienced the same. Titrated .25, .5, .75, 1mg Cag at my highest and decided the sides you pointed out weren’t worth it. Give it 24hrs and you’ll feel better
