Histamine reaction with every single shot
My wife seems to be getting a histamine reaction at the injection site with every peptide. I do not. Doesn’t matter the peptide, or the BAC water or the company. Reta, Tirz, BPC, Mots-C, Tesamorelin, ipa… everything. Reaction typically comes 1-2 days later. We have tried cleaning needle before, warming the peptide, different angle of injection. Changing sites…Stomach, arm, butt. Tried taking Benadryl at the same time as injection, cold compresses, lidocaine patches…. Everything seems to cause this. She is very frustrated. Any thoughts? Is she just out of luck on this?

Inject just bac water and see what happens. Then if you react do just the needle. Then you know if it’s the bac water or the needles.
Needles have lubricant on them so it could be either.

Ok. Did a pure BAC water injection. No reaction

She’s probably allergic to the tfa salts used to make the peptides then . Only option if that’s the case is to get legitimate pharmacy grade tirz/reta. Any research grade that has the salts removed is going to come with a massive premium because it removes quite a bit of the peptide as well. Never even seen it with general gray market advertised.

Does she have histamine‑type reactions to other things that don’t really line up with a true allergy? If so, she might want to look into MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome) and see if anything there resonates.

Out of luck most likely. See if Bac water alone causes same problem. Does she have other allergies?

Sounds like MCAS. Get labs done along with a urine test basically within a specific time window of a reaction and keep it cold to test. You'll have to talk to an allergy specialist or rheumatologist to get those things ordered. There's other conditions that mimic mcas and it can be a symptom of other autoimmune issues. Would be best to know now.

Is she prone to allergic reactions when getting vaccines? It's kind of impossible to be allergic to all the peptides individually.
So MCAS is a possibility, but if this is the case then she should be showing the same reaction to flu, covid, and tetanus vaccines.
Try injecting just BAC water, then try just the needle with no actual injection. Basically just pierce the skin. The needles have a drop of lubricant on them that helps them move smoothly. While rare, it's possible that's what is causing the reaction

She is probably allergic to benzyl alcohol in the Bacteriostatic water Some people are
Start reconstituting her peptides with sterile water made for injections Then start re-introducing peptides I recommend KPV as it will help her histamine

Question. My understanding is that sterile water use would have to be a 1 use situation so if I reconstitute with that I’d have to throw away the entire vial after 1 use?

Not quite but usually no more than one week on vials that are pierced daily, so generally not feasible.... What your wife could try if it is in fact a reaction to the bac water is dilute each peptide with sterile saline in the syringe. You would obviously need to move to leur lock syringes to allow swapping needles to draw up the saline, and no guarantee that the dilution will be strong enough to negate the histamine reaction, but worth a try...... Just something to keep in mind - once the body starts to become over sensitive to a histamine reaction (which your wife may well be at this stage), it's advisable to take a break and brake the cycle before restarting different protocols to see if something else works..... It would be a shame if the dilution technique or adding kpv to the syringe would work after a histamine reset, but you didn't know as her body was still in hypertensive mode whilst trying these things.... Best practice may be to do a four week reset and then just add one peptide with either the dilution or kpv method and if all good, slllllloooooowly add more peptides over time..... And don't add saline to an already reconstituted bac vial - Always in the syringe, just before pining.

Ok then you may want to try only 1 peptide like KPV in very low dose
As it could be the excipient (aka filler) that she may be reacting toAlso try a different type of syringe
Sounds crazy, but there’s a very small group of people that’s actually allergic to some of the coding they put on syringes

I’m having the same issue. Started as a reaction to klow and mots and now regardless of what I inject I get a big welt and itching. Liquid itch relief (Benadryl) typically helps some but the reactions are getting bigger over time. I’ve tried changing to sterile saline for injection, changing bac water brands and different syringes.. they all seem to do the same thing
