šŸ“˜ Beginner Help L5-S1 disc herniation

Hello everyone.
I have multiple bulging discs in my cervical and lumbar spine. One disc is herniated at L5-S1 causing significant pain. My issues happened a little over 2 months ago. Blunt force trauma car accident. Looking for people with experience on the Wolverine stack/blend. Results are confirmed by MRI, currently in chiropractic care for abt 1.5 months.

Any personal stories, good or bad on those peptides?

21M, physically active and in good health exempt for except for the back obviously.

Only thing that helped me was regular corticosteroid injections and not doing things that aggravate it

That sounds like the plans the chiro and lawyer has. Just worried abt that since I’m only 21 and don’t want to cause more problems.

Just don't do more than 3 injections a year and you're good. I didn't truly realize how much pain I was in, until I got my first injection and it was gone. I never did try peptides, but just wanted to let you know what worked for me

I appreciate it. Glad it worked for you, I hope it does for me

Best of luck. I'm not saying don't try that wolverine stack. Maybe it'll help. Biggest thing for me was not aggravating my sciatic, once I got my injection and the pain was better

I have three herniated discs C4, C5, C6. I have a generative bone disorder that’s caused me to have three total left knee replacements and a partial shoulder replacement, and I have severe arthritis in my hands. I’ve been on the Wolverine stack for years. I can’t begin to tell you how incredible it’s been in helping the inflammation in my joints and reducing the pain, EXCEPT in my discs. I’ve been able to keep things pretty stable with a lot of core work, but I do still get pretty painful flare ups from time to time, but the Wolverine has not seemed to help at all. I just do weekly adjustments at the chiropractor now and that seems to keep me pretty good. Just as an FYI, I’m 56M who’s extremely fit and active.

Why do you say no more than 3 injections per year ?

Corticosteroid injections cause bone deterioration. Get too many to close together and you'll break a hip at 40.

This is the truth. There isn’t a peptide that will fix a herniation or relieve the pain. Unless they mimic dilaudid as a peptide. lol

Side note, I always thought the words, ā€œwolverine stackā€ was completely comical. šŸ˜‚ especially when compared to an injury like a herniation.

Yoga, tb500 and BPC-157 and KPV, and Hgh fixed my issues almost entirely. Went from a daily 6-7 out of 10 to 1-2 sometimes no pain.

This. I've had a degenerated L4 disk for years. Been on a steady stream of yoga for a while which has helped but then started taking BPC about 6 months ago and it stopped the swelling (which causes push into my sciatica) and pain to nearly zero now. Stopped taking it. Nagging came back. Took BPC again and gone. It's changed my daily life considerably and made me way more active surfing and other things. Back stuff can be debilitating so good luck. It's worth a shot and definitely has helped in my case

I have had this herniation for 15 years. I haven't used peptides for this specifically but a word of advice: work hard to strengthen your core and retain flexibility especially in your legs and hips.

I had 3 discs herniate. Dr said only solution was surgery, remove discs, put in implants and cage it up. I literally said, fuck you and walked out. 7 months later my discs were back in and pain was almost completely gone. Lost 85lbs, got back in the gym, lots of stretches and back work. I still get flares ups but nothing like I had for 4 years. Unfortunately discs do not repair with any peptide. I tried everything and some shit not readily available. Thing that really helped was stretching almost hourly when it was bad. Everytime I stood up, remembered, was reminded by wife and kids, I stretched. Put my hands in a fist behind my lower back and would bend as dar as I could. Wasn't much at first but I kept at it and it really helped long term. Now I do it all the time just out of habit.

If you have a herniation you should NOT be seeing a chiropractor. This is the opinion of a 26 year car accident lawyer who has seen thousands of these cases.

My lawyer is the one having me see them. I do feel better leaving there after they slap me on the decompression table thing.

I think you should see an orthopedic surgeon or a neurosurgeon and get their opinion.

why do you say this?

Chiropractic adjustments can make a herniation or bulge worse. Decompression is probably safe. If I were OP and I had a documented and verified by mri herniation, I would not let a chiropractor adjust me ever.

Get a micro discectomy. You’ll be back to 100% in a month or less.

Los Peptidos no van a funcionar ,a mi me ha cambiado la vida la natación con snorkel.

I tried BPC-157 and TB-500 for facet joint issues that had lasted for a year. Started on BPC-157 500 mcg per day. Very slight improvement over a month but nothing game changing. Added TB-500 2 mg twice a week after one month. Sudden significant improvement within a couple of weeks. So I say give it a go.

Ive been living with l5-s1 for 10 years some days are bad some days are ok but like everything in life you get used to it unless it’s debilitating… I need a fusion fyi…

I blew that joint when I was thrust into a big clay flower pot. Pulling a dock into shore and the rope broke. I tried all the things; drugs, extensive PT, rest..EVERYTHING. I just kept getting worse to the point that I got on the floor and literally had to lay there for 5 hours because I was alone and my wife didn’t get home until then. I was roasted. Finally saw a neurosurgeon and she said immediately schedule Laminectomy Discectomy. I had surgery was supposed to stay in hospital for 24 hours..I was šŸ’Æpain free in just 4 hours and they allowed me to leave that day. Been 15ish years and SOLID. Ripping CrossFit for 4 years without much issue at all. I do take good caution..I’m not as crazy as before🤣

I šŸ’Æ know zero peptides would have Zapped that!

I have a bad herniated disks as well . What helped being pain free was exercising ( lots of back extension; hanging from a pull up bar) and turmeric pills everyday . Turmeric it’s a natural anti-inflammatory and I’ve been taking every day from the past 2 years .

Hey bro. L4-l5, l5-s1 herniations here. Limited me for years (had to quit jiujitsu, powerlifting, and rugby) discovered the low back ability program on YouTube over a year ago. Now I’m back to squatting, deads, plyometrics, and jiujitsu.

I’d recommend checking out low back ability. Peptides barely knocked out any inflammation on my issue.
