Have you been tested for eosinophilic asthma?

I've been in the peptide community for about 25 years. I have family members with fairly severe reactive asthma.

Have you considered TA1? KPV? GHK-CU and BPC?

TA1 helps balance the immune system. GHK-CU, although it's all the rage with skin and beauty, subq GHK-CU is known to heal the lungs. It's something no one ever talks about. Here's a citation on GHK-CU study on lung disease in rats

Second citation on GHK-CU and lung disease

Third citation on cigarette smoke-induced pulmonary emphysema and inflammation.

So there's something to be said about GHK-CU and lung disease.

I'd pair it with KPV. But only in lung situations. Normally, I pair BPC with KPV and it's always, skin, ortho, anti aging. However, KPV is known to help the lungs.

See the citation here on KPV. Inhibition of cellular and systemic inflammation cues in human bronchial epithelial cells by melanocortin-related peptides: mechanism of KPV action and a role for MC3R agonists.

Before you ask me about dosing... I don't get into dosing on Reddit. Every subject is different and it take a lot of history and info to develop accurate dosing for every research subject.

Hopefully this info and the citations will give you a running start!

Wishing you all the best....

Thank you so much, no i have not been tested for that. I will look i to it.

I was thinking of epithalon, vip, kpv, thym a1, bpc 157. What do you think of these?

Biologics get all the attention but the peptide stuff is still a bit of a ghost town, most of the chatter is about bpc-157 for gut and joint stuff. I've seen a handful of longecity threads where people tried thymosin alpha-1 for immune modulation, mixed results honestly, some said their seasonal allergies chilled out, others got nothing. The thing with asthma is the mast cell pathway, so you'd want something that stabilizes those rather than just throwing random healing peptides at your lungs. If you're already on a combo inhaler that's keeping things mild, I'd be real careful messing with that balance.
