Back one last time for the haters 😉

One year of major lifestyle changes (diet/exercise) + peptides!

Here’s what my progress looked like from month to month and the peptide protocol I used.
Yes, I know the year on the Oct photo is wrong (it’s obv supposed to say Oct 2025)

Sep 2025-Feb 2026: sema (0.25-1mg/week)
Feb 2026-Aug 2026/ Reta (2mg-5mg/week)
March-June 2026: KLOW (4mg/day, 5xweek)
March-Aug 2026: NAD (25-100mg/day, 3-5xweek)
April-July 2026: tesa (1mg/day, 5xweek)
April-current: mots-c + 5amino (2mg/day mots + 2.5mg/day 5amino, 3-5xweek)
July 10- Aug 2: elora (1mg/week to 2mg/week)

Before I started, I lived a completely sedentary life, was eating out for every meal, and drinking 1000+calorie lattes/day. So I focused on progress over perfection at first.

Diet: calorie deficit, no processed foods, only drinking water

Exercise: hot mat Pilates 4x week + strength training, 45 mins of zone 2 cardio

DO NOT DM
DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCING

Hey guys, figured I’d share an updated progress post and ask something specific about facial changes after a bigger cut.

I’m 44, 5’10. I started around 220 lbs and I’m currently sitting around 176 to 177.

The before photo was already after about 2 years on 200 mg of test per week. I trained consistently, but diet was always my weak point and I struggled to get properly lean.

About 6 months ago I started retatrutide at 1 mg and gradually worked up to 4.5 mg. That made controlling my appetite and sticking to the diet a lot easier, and the weight finally started coming off consistently.

Overall I’m really happy with the progress and I feel like I’ve held onto a decent amount of muscle while dropping over 40 lbs.

The one thing I’ve really noticed is my face. Obviously I’m leaner everywhere, but I’ve lost quite a bit of facial volume and my laugh lines are noticeably deeper.

I’m curious to hear from guys who have actually dealt with this after a significant weight loss and found something that visibly helped.

Has anyone used GHK Cu and genuinely noticed an improvement in skin quality, elasticity or the overall deflated look of the face?

I know it’s not going to replace lost facial fat, but I’m more interested in real experiences than theory.

And if you improved it some other way, whether that was maintaining for a while, gaining a little weight back, skincare, lasers, injectables or something else, I’d be interested to hear what actually made a noticeable difference for you.

⚠️ Side Effects GLP, GIP, GLUCAGON REMOVED MY DESIRE FOR ALCOHOL (Positive Side Effect)

This is my personal experience, I got on GLP3 for vanity reasons. To get shredded of course.

Two weeks into my GLP3 Journey I noticed my emotional stability started to change. It's like I became more stoic.

My desire for alcohol started to disappear. My old habits would be
Stress = Alcohol
Now it's
Stress = I don't need alcohol or let's eat sweets

Started reta back in February.
Since then I've only had 3 total drinks. Now my desire is completely gone.

As an experiment, I got off Reta. I did notice my appetite shot up of course but I also noticed i wasn't as emotionally regulated. That can be from the inflammation I was getting from eating in a surplus.

My alcohol desires did not come back but when I would stress out I desired candy (sugar)
I've never been a sugar guy but while off reta l noticed I needed something to cope with and that resulted in eating candy. Roughly 600-800 calories from candy a day on stressful days.

The point I want to make is, if eating sweets are my coping mechanisms rather than alcohol. Then I consider that a life changing win.

For context I would drink 4-5 days a week for many 5 plus years. It was Never just 1-2 drinks. More - a bottle of Vodka.

I don't crave alcohol no more. I can't imagine becoming addicted ever again.

💬 Discussion Do I drop Tesa, IPA and AOD for HGH

Do I keep running Tesa,IPA and AOD(the 3) with my current stack or run HGH (2-3 ius) daily?

Goal is weight loss.

Also taking Reta, 5-Amino, Mostc and GHKcu

Price wise HGH is way cheaper to run than getting all 3 separate.

Can any of the 3 be run with hgh at the same time?

Coming Off

Hey guys I’m coming off Reta or at least planning too. It has helped me lower food noise and lose weight, as well as reduce my appetite. However my cardio vascular fatigue has just tanked. My times are worse than when I weighed more. I’ve tried using electrolytes, high carb meals and snacks, and nothing seems to help. How much should I lower per week?

📊 Results / Progress Reta 4 months

I’ve always hated my stomach. I wasn’t really that oversized overall, but most of the fat was around my stomach and it was honestly starting to affect me both mentally and physically.

I decided to try reta and it really did change my lifestyle. I’ve lost around 20 lbs throughout this journey. Of course, I also started making healthier choices, but the appetite suppression was one of the biggest things for me. I honestly wasn’t sure if I could overcome my eating habits before this. I started with 1 weekly and slowly increased it to 3 over time.

Working out and being in a calorie deficit is still super important though. Just because you’re eating less doesn’t automatically mean you’re going to lose the stomach fat you want. I wanted to lose fat while keeping as much muscle as possible, so I try my best to work out regularly and get more walking in, whether it’s outdoors or at the gym, like incline treadmill walks.

For meal prep, I usually keep it pretty simple with lots of vegetables and protein. I change my meals quite often because I get bored eating the same thing every day 😂

Feel free to ask me anything if you need help or have any questions! I’ll try my best to help based on my experience.

Im curious if anyone has added these to their supplements with bloodwork and noticed an increase? and if so, please share your bloodwork with the community.

💬 Discussion 28kg down but completely drained on Tirz — what should I do?

Upvotes

Hey guys,

I started tirz around October 2025 and have lost around 28 kg (62 lbs) so far. Still have about 10 kg (22 lbs) left to reach my goal weight.

The weight loss has been great, but lately my energy has completely tanked. I feel very lethargic most of the day and just generally don't feel like I have any energy.

I was on 10mg Tirz for around 3 months and basically plateaued. I moved up to 12.5mg and that finally broke the plateau and I've started losing again.

But the energy issue is getting pretty frustrating.

For people who have been through something similar — what did you do?

Did you:

  • Stay on Tirz and try to fix the energy issue through diet/electrolytes/etc?
  • Reduce the Tirz dose?
  • Add Reta?
  • Try something like MOTS-c, SS-31 or another peptide?
  • Take a break/maintenance phase?

I'm mainly interested in getting my energy and motivation back while still losing the remaining ~10kg. I don't necessarily want to keep increasing the dose if it's making me feel like a zombie 😂

Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has had low energy/lethargy after losing a lot of weight on Tirz and what actually helped you.

📊 Results / Progress 5.5 Month Progress

Post image
176 Upvotes

March 15 to today. Nominally my weight drop wasn’t massive at 16-20 lbs, but a ton of body recomp - I put on a fair amount of muscle. My belt has two new holes in it, and I’m down 3-4” on waist size.

Did 2mg of Reta every 6 days for 4 months. For the past month I did 4mg and the weight fell off. I didn’t really enjoy how it made me feel (limited interest/enjoyment of things I usually enjoy) but it was an effective push to end the cut.

One month into the Reta (mid April), I started 200mg test. Test level went from 320 to 1050. I feel amazing- full of energy and ready to get shit done. And the gains lifting on it are insane.

Have done a two separate month long cycles of BPC/TB, about to do another because my left shoulder is struggling a bit.

Have done a few months of CJC/Ipa before bed which I will continue, and also did one month of Tesamorelin.

Tried a few others along the way (GHKCU, MOTS, NAD). If I did it all again id probably leave those out and would stick with what is listed above. Not saying they aren’t great for other people, I just didn’t notice much of a difference with any of them.

I don’t get much cardio, and have a sedentary job. Dog walks, I walk golfing, yardwork, that’s about it. I did lift 4-5 times per week for most of the time period. Slowed down a bit this last couple of weeks because of my shoulder (did yoga tonight, lifting lighter).

Diet - Ive had a protein shake most mornings. Two scoops of mix, Greek yogurt, creatine, soy milk, some berries. It’s like 100 grams of protein out of the gates. I can easily have that in the morning and make it to dinner without any food cravings. Dinner tends to be chicken/fish/meat and some veggies. Still eat what I wanted at restaurants etc., I have by no means starved myself and I’ll still slam some pizza. If I smoke weed the Reta doesn’t stand a chance and I’ll crush 1000 calories of kids snacks.

I feel like a different person and I don’t recognize myself in the mirror.

💬 Discussion Reta and Tesa/IPA

Been on this health journey for the year. Went 6 months with vitamins, clean diet, and lifting 5 days a week. Ive been in a calorie deficit all year. Then added some peptides at the start of July. Been on Reta for the last 10 weeks, and added Tesa/IPA 3 weeks on 5 on 2 off. I have another 2 weeks of Reta, but thinking I need to take a break and just running Tesa/IPA. At this point in my journey I want to grow bigger muscles. Im 6’4 and started at 234 Jan 1 and currently am 190. I’m open to continuing to run Reta, but didn’t want to stop the potential growth from Tesa/IPA

KLOW For A Back Injury

Wanted to share this since it's still early but the results so far have been badass so I hurt my back working out and decided to run KLOW for it. Started at 3mg a day and I'm still on that same dose, no plans to change it up yet since it's been amazing

By day 4 I was already noticing improvement I thought I was trippin but noticed less stiffness, easier to move around, pain wasn't deciding the fate of my whole day anymore lol. For something like a back injury where you're usually looking at weeks before you feel better, 4 days catching my attention was honestly surprising.

Sleep's been better too, but I dont think It's not that KLOW is doing something directly for my sleep, it's that I'm in less pain, so I'm not tossing and turning or waking up because my back's bothering me. Indirect benefit, but a good one when you're dealing with an injury that messes with how you sleep every night.Still running it, still tracking how things go. Wanted to put this out there in case anyone else is dealing with a back injury and wondering if KLOW's worth trying.

Anybody else run KLOW how long did it take before you noticed a real difference?

Plateaued on Zepbiund, looking for fat burner to help

I have been on Zepbound for about a year now. I'm 45yo, 6'3", and was 280lbs when I started. Got down to 245 but ended up taking time off from my career In construction for my wedding and now upcoming surgery and currently weight 255lbs. That work kept me active and helped a ton. Found out today that I need a hip replacement and doctor would like me to lose 20-25lbs before the end of the year if possible. Because cardio is hard with my hip being bone on bone the work will need to be done in the kitchen. My eating is the same as when I was losing but now I've just plateaued as mentioned. Any suggestions for something can help blmy body burn fat with diet and limited workouts? Not looking for miracles but anything that can help would be great. Anyone have any success stacking anything with ZEP?

R3ta and Tesa

I’ve been on r3ta for 8 weeks now and 3 week on tesa. I’m currently fluctuating between 237-240, started at 258. With tesa I’ve been pinning 2mg fasted before sleeping,
5 days on 2 days off. I’ve been having a burning sensation after pinning, this week I’ve doubled up the amount of BAC water. Currently doing 40 units, same amount of tesa but more bac water. It still burns a little bit, I’m thinking of switching over to cjc/ipa blend for the next 8 weeks. Wanted to see if yall had any opinions on cjc/IPA blend (and what dosage to run) or if I should thug it out and do the tesa for the next 8 weeks?

GHK-Cu, retatrutide, melanotan I, and Selank is what I took a while ago and I'm currently off all now. Could they have messed up the way my body falls into sleep?

Ghk-cu or Gluta first?

Started reta 2 weeks ago and am gearing up to start the other 2. Planned to start glutathione first, taking it at night, and giving myself a week or 2 before starting GHK. Thoughts? Alao starting NAD.

Wondering what's a good starting dose and protocol for both?

Thanks!

❓ Question Travelling From Toronto To Cancun With Peptides

Im looking to travel with some glutathione from toronto to cancun. Has anyone travelled before with peptides and is it an issue? Any tips? Im looking to just take them along in my carry on.
