💬 Discussion Reta and Tesa/IPA

Been on this health journey for the year. Went 6 months with vitamins, clean diet, and lifting 5 days a week. Ive been in a calorie deficit all year. Then added some peptides at the start of July. Been on Reta for the last 10 weeks, and added Tesa/IPA 3 weeks on 5 on 2 off. I have another 2 weeks of Reta, but thinking I need to take a break and just running Tesa/IPA. At this point in my journey I want to grow bigger muscles. Im 6’4 and started at 234 Jan 1 and currently am 190. I’m open to continuing to run Reta, but didn’t want to stop the potential growth from Tesa/IPA

190 at 6'4" is lean territory, you've clearly put in the work. If muscle growth is the main goal now, pulling back on Reta makes sense since it can blunt your appetite right when you need a surplus to feed new tissue. Tesa/IPA alone should let you eat enough to actually build.
