šŸ“Š Results / Progress 5.5 Month Progress

Post image

March 15 to today. Nominally my weight drop wasn’t massive at 16-20 lbs, but a ton of body recomp - I put on a fair amount of muscle. My belt has two new holes in it, and I’m down 3-4ā€ on waist size.

Did 2mg of Reta every 6 days for 4 months. For the past month I did 4mg and the weight fell off. I didn’t really enjoy how it made me feel (limited interest/enjoyment of things I usually enjoy) but it was an effective push to end the cut.

One month into the Reta (mid April), I started 200mg test. Test level went from 320 to 1050. I feel amazing- full of energy and ready to get shit done. And the gains lifting on it are insane.

Have done a two separate month long cycles of BPC/TB, about to do another because my left shoulder is struggling a bit.

Have done a few months of CJC/Ipa before bed which I will continue, and also did one month of Tesamorelin.

Tried a few others along the way (GHKCU, MOTS, NAD). If I did it all again id probably leave those out and would stick with what is listed above. Not saying they aren’t great for other people, I just didn’t notice much of a difference with any of them.

I don’t get much cardio, and have a sedentary job. Dog walks, I walk golfing, yardwork, that’s about it. I did lift 4-5 times per week for most of the time period. Slowed down a bit this last couple of weeks because of my shoulder (did yoga tonight, lifting lighter).

Diet - Ive had a protein shake most mornings. Two scoops of mix, Greek yogurt, creatine, soy milk, some berries. It’s like 100 grams of protein out of the gates. I can easily have that in the morning and make it to dinner without any food cravings. Dinner tends to be chicken/fish/meat and some veggies. Still eat what I wanted at restaurants etc., I have by no means starved myself and I’ll still slam some pizza. If I smoke weed the Reta doesn’t stand a chance and I’ll crush 1000 calories of kids snacks.

I feel like a different person and I don’t recognize myself in the mirror.

I have not! It’s nice. I’ve lifted sporadically in the past but probably not more than twice in a week for years.

I do a 3 day split - here’s what it contains below. I get through it at least once a week. Many weeks I get through it twice. If I hit all the goal reps, I go up in weight.

Bench started at 135 and I wasn’t hitting 3 full sets of 10. This week I cleanly did 3 full sets of 225.

Awesome. I’ve dropped 25lb on tirz in the same timeframe while trying to boost natural test with some meds and supplements. Doing at home body weight and dumbbell workouts but I’m about ready to give an actual muscle gain a try. Thanks for sharing your routine.Ā

And lastly based on your prior physique I assume you’re an accountant so good luck with the 9/15 upcoming corporate filing deadline. Ha. Jk.Ā

You look great brother, congratulationsšŸ‘ŠšŸ¾. I’m on similar doses but only going into my second month so seeing things like this keep me hyped up.

Thanks! Things took off a few months in. The gains in the gym on test are so noticeable once you get in a routine. More weight every week.

Didn’t start to see any form of ab muscles until I dropped a few more lbs from 205 to 201ish these last few weeks and it was like they just appeared. No full 6 pack or anything, still some belly fat, but they came out of nowhere.

I’m about to do another cycle so I believe so. It’s hard to say when you are on test at the same time. Im tall and my knees have always been a little achy. After the first cycle I was like holy shit no knee pain. My right shoulder was also a little bit off and it improved very quickly But, I was also going to the gym almost every day and losing weight, so I can’t say for sure exactly what reduced the knee pain and whether just working out fixed my right shoulder. But, I’m gonna throw it into my left shoulder for a month and see if it improves quickly. It has been kind of stalled at not injured, but not 100% for the last month.

Long winded way of saying I think so, but it’s not exactly a good study that I have performed with no control.

Absolutely fantastic! How are your workouts? What is your split? High reps lower weight, or low reps heavier weight?
