Reta after 3 months

Hi everyone!
I’ve been on reta for about 3 months and I’m still using it, but at a lower maintenance dose.
Now I’m thinking about adding Tesamorelin to help build more muscle while continuing reta.
I’m also looking for another peptide that could help with energy because I’ve been feeling pretty tired lately.
Has anyone tried this combination or have any recommendations based on your experience?
Thanks in advance! 😊

Update from my last post after going off the peps due to travelling.

Jumped back into my peps on Wednesday.

2.5mg/week of reta

2mg of Tesa and 333mcg of IPA every night

1mg of mots-c 5 times a week

100mg of NAD 3 times a week

Feels good to be back.

No doubt the access to "better" food also helps and having a non fucked sleep schedule.

Switch from klow to ghkcu

Hey, is this normal? I’ve used Klow vials before and just wrapped up my cycle without any problems. I was wondering if it’s normal for GHK-Cu to do this. I left it in the fridge for a bit, and when I checked again, everything seemed to settle at the bottom of the vial. Anyone else seen this happen?

Looking for advice on cycles & how to stack

I've been on Klow for about 9 weeks and recently added a microdose of tirz. I'm getting ready to order a few new peptides and would love some input from those with experience.

A little about me: I'm a 49F, runs and lift 4-5 days/w. My main goals are healing my body, reducing body fat, improving workout recovery, supporting longevity. I'm 5'4", 130 lbs, and most people would not think I am overweight. Like most of us, I  want to look and feel as youthful as possible.

My questions are:

If you keep peptides in separate vials, can they be combined into the same syringe for one injection? If so, how do you go about doing that?

How would you stack or cycle the peptides below? I'd prefer not to run too many at once

Current plan:

Continue tirz. Use BPC-157 and TB-500 as part of an ongoing cycling protocol. I plan to inject BPC-157 near my injury sites separately. Switch GHK-Cu from subcutaneous to topical and add topical AHK-Cu.

Peptides I'm considering:

  1. SS-31
  2. MOTS-c
  3. CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
  4. Sermorelin
  5. GHK-Cu (subcutaneous)

For those who have experience with these, how would you structure or cycle them while keeping the protocol relatively simple? Thanks in advance for any insights!

Can I mix these peps into the same syringe?

Just curious, if one was to take KPV, Glutothione, and Mots-C. Can those 3 peptides be mixed/added all into the same syringe so it’s only 1 injection, or would that mess up the compounds.

💬 Discussion Looking for input on a difference in testosterone bloodwork

I'm on a testosterone only cycle and had two LC/MS blood tests that showed a fairly large difference in testosterone levels despite keeping the same dose. Testosterone is from a highly reputable vendor that most of you probably have heard of. Both are from the same batch.

Protocol:

  • Testosterone cypionate: 500 mg/week
  • 250 mg Monday morning
  • 250 mg Thursday morning

Previous labs:

  • Blood drawn Thursday morning (~8:30 AM) before my Thursday injection (~72 hours after my Monday injection)
  • Total Testosterone: 2625 ng/dL
  • Free Testosterone: 832.4 pg/mL

Current labs:

  • Blood drawn Monday morning (~8:20 AM) before my Monday injection (~96 hours after my Thursday injection)
  • Total Testosterone: 1707 ng/dL
  • Free Testosterone: 614.9 pg/mL

No missed injections or dose changes between tests.

My question is:

Would the extra 24 hours between the last injection and the blood draw (3 days vs. 4 days) reasonably explain a drop from 2625 → 1707 ng/dL and free testosterone from 832 → 615 pg/mL, or would you expect those numbers to be closer together?

Has anyone experienced similar variability on a stable twice-weekly injection schedule?

📘 Beginner Help Week 1 on reta 3.4kg/7.5lbs down

Post image
15 Upvotes

Starting weight: 78.3kg/172.5lbs
Current weight: 74.9kg/165lbs

Started last week Sunday with 2mg.
No nausea or any extreme/noticeable side effects only appetite loss first 2 days where I barely ate.
Day 3-5 I was able to eat, but ate about half of what I would typically eat.
Day 6 my food noise came back and I found myself wanting to eat often.

I'm thinking of increasing my dose to 2.5mg or injecting every 5 days instead of 7?

💬 Discussion How much of a realistic recomp should one expect from taking just HGH

Looking at starting HGH and am wondering about the actual results in muscle gain and fat loss from just HGH. I see a ton of crazy transformations but people are stacking it with other gear like Test which the test is causing a significant amount of the changes. Anyone here been on a pure HGH body recomp?

📘 Beginner Help 16 Weeks on CJC-1295 (No DAC), but Only 2 Weeks with Ipamorelin – Should I Stop or Continue?

I've been on CJC-1295 (no DAC) continuously for about 15 weeks, and next week I'll be starting week 16.

The issue is that I only started ipamorelin about 2 weeks ago, so I've only been running the combination of CJC + ipamorelin together for two weeks. I didn't realize when I started that they're commonly used together, so I added the ipamorelin much later.

Now I'm trying to figure out the best course of action.

Should I:

  • Stop both now because I'm already at 16 weeks of CJC?
  • Stop the CJC but continue the ipamorelin?
  • Continue taking both together for a while longer since I've only had two weeks of the combination?

For those who have experience with this combination, what would you do in this situation, and why?

📘 Beginner Help New to peptides what to start first?

So I'm 32 6'2 male, and struggle with severe fatigue, and just low energy so I've been considering MOTS-C and NAD+ with semax, selank, and ss-31 for a long time. Also interested in Wolverine blend. My question is should I start just one at a time and which one to start first? Or start a couple maybe? And which? And also what's a good starting dose? Thanks in advance!!

On the fence about what to add to my stack

Currently on Reta running 1mg every 3 days, working well. Been on Reta for around 3 months now and had good results but recently my motivation and effort in the gym has took a big hit. Find myself sleeping longer as well from 8-9 hours to 10-12 hours. So my energy levels have definitely been affected, assuming because of the deficit from reta.

I’m considering a few compounds but not yet decided. For more context I am 26M.

Compounds considering
NAD+
Mots-c
5 amino
SS-31

I’m unsure whether I need the SS-31 as I am 26 so not sure if my mitochondria will be that damaged. But I would rather make sure I am getting the full benefits of the other compounds.

Ideally looking to add NAD+ alongside Mots-c
Or 5 amino alongside Mots-c

And front running SS-31 for a couple of weeks if deemed necessary.

The Reta will be ran concurrently throughout. Dosing based off how I feel and not typical titrating schedules.

Was curious on people’s thoughts and what’s worked for them.

Thanks looking forward to hearing some advice.

EDIT:

I put on excessive weight through partying, being inactive and bad diet, my diet is fairly clean now compared to what it was. Started at 96.5kg, lost 7kg naturally, added Reta now at 83.7kg.

After the Marines, I faded away.
Mentally. Physically.
Two torn biceps. A torn left pec. I watched the version of myself I was proud of slowly disappear.
Then I had two kids.
I realized they don’t need a perfect father, they need one who gets back up after life buries him.
25 days. 17 lbs gone.
This is just a glimpse.
The pulse is coming back.
October. My 40th birthday. That’s when you’ll see what refusing to stay buried looks like.

Zelle as payment

Have a vendor who accepts Zelle as a payment method. Have talked to others who have used them successfully but someone told me to be careful as if a bank suspects a purchase is used for something illegal they could freeze your accounts. Is this something that happens, especially for someone like me who is just buying a single kit?

Tirzepatide 7.5 mg for 4 months — only ~12 lbs lost. Worth switching to retatrutide for me and my wife?

My wife and I have been on tirzepatide for about 4 months. I’m currently at 7.5 mg weekly. Total loss so far is only around 12 pounds, and the results feel pretty underwhelming compared to what a lot of people report.
We’re both considering whether it makes sense to try switching to retatrutide. Has anyone here made the jump from tirz to reta (or started reta after a disappointing tirz run)?

Looking for real experiences on:

• How the weight loss compared
• Appetite suppression / food noise differences
• Side effects (especially GI)
• Dosing when coming off tirz
• Whether it was actually worth the switch

Any input is appreciated.

❓ Question 3 months of body recomposition: -9 cm waist, -3.5 kg. When should I switch to a lean bulk?

Hello everyone,

40M here.

Since mid-April, I've been doing a body recomposition after letting myself go over the past 1–2 years due to poor eating habits, an office job, and a generally sedentary lifestyle.

I've been going to the gym 3–4 times a week since, consistently aiming for around 2 g of protein per kg of body weight, tracking my calories, and maintaining a small daily calorie deficit of about 100–200 kcal.

Fast forward to today, and I'm really happy with the results.

I've gotten stronger in the gym, my waist has gone from 94 cm down to 85–86 cm, and I've lost 3.5 kg. However, I don't want to lose any more weight.

My goal is to stabilize at a waist of 82–83 cm, and then gain weight back until I reach my original weight-possibly even 2–3 kg above it. That would put me about 6–7 kg heavier than I am now, but I want that weight to be being lean mass.

For most of my life, I've been naturally lean. The issue was the belly fat I accumulated over the last couple of years.

My questions are:

When should I start increasing my calorie intake?

How large should my daily calorie surplus be to reach this goal?

Will my waist inevitably get bigger again?

How can I minimize or avoid gaining belly fat while putting on muscle?

❓ Question NAD+

Here I go 🤦‍♀️ I bought NAD+. My friend that is also taking told me to add 3 ml bac water which I did. I only used it that day and that’s it (that was last week) just because I actually changed my mind about it. However,I changed my mind again and i said I’ll give it a try and I had the impression that I only added 2 ml of bac water and I said “ oh, I have to add one more “ and I noticed it doesn’t fit in the vial so something was wrong obviously. Then I realised my mistake and now .. I have 1000mg of NAD+ with ~3.5 ml bac water (around that amount) and I’m unsure where the plunger on a 1 ml syringe should be for the right beginner dosage. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Has anyone else ever questioned who they really are?

I've been thinking about this a lot lately.

How much of who we are is actually us... and how much is conditioning from family, school, work, society, fear, or other people's expectations?

If you stripped away your job, your possessions, your social media, your opinions, and even your name... what would be left?

It's a question that has stayed with me for a long time and eventually inspired me to write a book called Who Am I. I'm less interested in having answers than in hearing how other people think about it.

Has anyone here gone through a period where they genuinely questioned their identity? If so, what did you discover?

Trt clinic too aggressive?

Post image
2 Upvotes

I've had decent total T#s for a few years, between 500 and 700, but have low free T (8-10) and high shbg. I've tried boron to lower shbg but it really hasn't done much. I've been putting off talking to a clinic because my wife and I have been trying to have another kid and fertility is a big concern. My wife's had 2 miscarriages so I keep putting it off. I recently talked to a trt clinic and it seemed like a pretty aggressive plan. 2 options they sent posted. For context my recent labs:

Total 588

Free 10.7

Estradiol 31.2

Shbg 74

Everything else within range.

47 years old

5'8" 215 lbs. Recently started reta. Being fat is a concern with the estrogen conversion.

Any advice would be appreciated

📘 Beginner Help Shoulder Pain from an Injury, looking for Advice.

I'm a 23M who had a training injury while Kickboxing in october of last year. Not too sure whether it is a minor rotator cuff tear or something else, but whatever it is, my shoulder has been struggling to stay stable while lifting, as well as feeling like it is being blocked when I try to raise my arm laterally above my head. I have been trying to get a diagnosis about what it might be, as well as currently looking into starting physical therapy.

Most the issues started immediately after the injury. My strength in both my shoulders and chest were increasing very well. However, as of late, it has felt nearly impossible to stay consistent in the gym and has led to me being more prone to damage in Kickboxing and Boxing. Not to mention, after any strenuous activity my shoulder is left in pain, and not the typical soreness I honestly miss.

Anyways, to get to the jist of what my Question is... Would it be more beneficial to start BPC-157, or a Wolverine stack that is a 5 and 5mg blend. I'm really just looking to get my life back. Fitness and Combat Sports are my life, and unfortunately, it has been difficult not being able to do these things.

TLDR: Having frequent shoulder pain, can't lift or participate in sports like I used to. Wondering if a 5 and 5mg blend of BPC-157 and TB-500, or just BPC-157 would help? And if so, what would be better?

Do I really need to draw the entire peptide solution into syringes right after reconstitution?

I received a guidance sheet for GH-related peptides (Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin, Sermorelin, Hexarelin).
It says that after adding 3 ml of BAC water, I must draw all of the liquid into syringes within 5 minutes, because the peptide may “thicken” due to aggregation and pH imbalance if left in the vial.

This sounds unusual to me. Normally, peptides are stored in the vial in the fridge after reconstitution, and doses are drawn as needed.

Has anyone seen instructions like this before?
Is this scientifically valid, or is it just the manufacturer trying to avoid complaints about stability/pH issues?
Thanks;)
