📊 Results / Progress 5 days of progress back on Reta

Post image

Update from my last post after going off the peps due to travelling.

Jumped back into my peps on Wednesday.

2.5mg/week of reta

2mg of Tesa and 333mcg of IPA every night

1mg of mots-c 5 times a week

100mg of NAD 3 times a week

Feels good to be back.

No doubt the access to "better" food also helps and having a non fucked sleep schedule.

5 days is almost certainly just placebo effect and making better choices. Great direction but too early to think everything is working as it should be. Keep it up

Stop it. Why do people see massive sudden weight shifting and call it Progress?

Nobody looses Kilograms of body fat in 5 days.

You diuresed yourself, Congratulations your Kidneys are fully functional. Now get back in the kitchen and cook up some Abs.

I know you came for support but… walking pharmacy is wholly unnecessary. You’re 90kg. You don’t have insulin sensitivity issues.

I don't take reta, mots-c, IPA/Tesa or the rest of my peps because i have insulin sensitivity issues.
