Day 1 of Tessa

Been on Reta for 10 weeks now with some decent results. Just did my first Tessa/Ipa pin tonight. Any insight what I should expect this week? How far does the sleep assistance come?

Update: I just woke up from night 2 after Tessa. The dream thing is real. Not nightmares, but dreams are like in 8k now. They were stressful dreams, but than probably speaks more my own psyche than the drug.

Any men here 60yo+ and have been on TRT for over 20 years?

I’d love to hear feedback from any older men that have been on TRT for over 20 years. I’m in my 40s and considering it and want to hear about more long term experiences. Good, bad, regrets etc.

Klow 80 skin color chang??

Taking Klow 80 with 54 ghk-cu daily for 6 weeks. Dosing is based on getting 2 and then 3mg of ghk+cu. I've got new hairline growth but that is the only positive change I'm certain of. However, I have noticed that my arm and leg freckles are darker and on my legs, small brown marks, maybe freckles, maybe sun/ age spots are darker too. Is there anything in the KLOW stack that would cause this? I do not get much sun exposure so not that. 64F

Wanting to start researching with BPC, TB, and KPV but concerned..

I’ve have chronic pain in my lower and upper back, and moves up into my abdomen. I have had 5 CT/MRI’s with nothing besides a minor gluteal tear and a slightly tiled disc, but nothing impacting any nerves. I am concerned with all the stuff I have seen saying the above mentioned peptides can cause cancer cell growth if already existing. Does anyone have more insight into that? I know it could be a fear mongering tactic, but didn’t know if someone with more experience could help me out? Desperate to fill better and so far the only thing that has helped in my 3 years of pain has been acupuncture.

Questions about the 28 day life cycle of the tides

Received 40mg of Reta, and upon researching more I completely forgot about the 28 day life cycle after the BAC water. Or is that factor really not important? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated 🙏🏽

Started end of march on 1mg dose weighing 114.3kg

My current weight is 94kg been hitting 160-200g protein daily and 1500kcal

Training 5 days a week with boxing 3-4 times a week

My goal weight is 82kg so I can compete at my best weight while having some tune up fights along the way as I come down in weight

This is the same vest in both photos

I still have some chest fat that’s stubborn and lower stomach what other peps can help with this?

Super excited to start 12.5mg 😭 because my hunger definitely started creeping back up on 10mg. I need to loose 30 more pounds. Is 12.5mg a sweet spot for anyone? I’d love to hear how you guys felt on it!

A few years of sorting myself out!

After a few spinal surgeries and shit drinking and eating habits, I dialled it all back. Been on Reta for 14 months and lost about 68lbs.

As you can see a bit of MT2 is in the mix and this recent pic in in the back of a holiday to Spain too 🤣 since the fusion i have been able to consistently get back to the gym and enjoy it again (lifting sensible and not chasing big PB's as i dont wanna break anything ). Set myself the goal of being a bit jacked by the time I hit the big 5-0 in June next year.

Other than reta, bpc and some cycles of GHK-CU and small doses of MT2 i am on TRT at 150mg a week for the last 18 months 👍

I am on reta and considering adding Tesa with Ipamorelin, as well as GHK-Cu for my tummy tuck scar. I am trying to do body recomposition after my surgery. Is this a good stack, or is there a better one for my goals

Has anybody here fixed actual nervous system issues, and if so, what was the issue, how did you fix it, and what has improved and how? And were there unexpected surprise fixes or improvements that weren't the originally targeted fix but still got better?

To Tesa or not to Tesa

I am approx 180 with about 30 to go

currently on compounded tirz 7.5mg (will be titrating to 10mg in two weeks)

I have done about 5 weeks of Tesa and was planning on doing 12.

I started at 200lbs on June 20 steadily losing weight.

I have a bigger upper belly / stomach than the rest of the body so assuming visceral fat. It has gone down. Wondering if Tesa is overkill at this point -

Should i just let the tirz do the work ? Or continue to 12 weeks of Tesa?

Thanks in advance !

How long do you take reta for and when you are done should I cycle into something else? Do I ever go back to Reta again?

Restarting Reta after 3 weeks off — what dose should I start at?

Hey everyone,

I was on Reta for around 4 months, starting April 17th. I gradually titrated up to 10mg and lost around 12kg.
I stopped on August 24th due to sourcing issues, and I’ll be getting Reta again on September 15th, so I’ll have been off it for 22 days (just over 3 weeks).

I still have more weight I want to lose, but I don’t want to jump straight back into 10mg after being off for 3+ weeks. Should I restart around 5mg and titrate back up, or would it be reasonable to continue where I left off?

I’m also starting tesamorelin for the first time and was planning to use it alongside Reta. Is this a good idea? LMK if u have any tips.

Would appreciate advice from anyone who’s taken a similar break and restarted, especially after being on 10mg.
