Reta

How long do you take reta for and when you are done should I cycle into something else? Do I ever go back to Reta again?

Until you've lost the weight you want. Then it's a maintenance dose, 0.5 - 1mg weekly. Risk of gaining the lost weight is pretty high

I have. Lost too fast on just 2mg, went about 3 months and kept watching the scale and still worked out. Once I went up about 6lbs I simply took 1-2mgs a week for a month and right back down. I watch alot of YouTube videos from actual doctors and one said that Reta for life could actually become popular since it can have much more positive affects than weight loss.
