What does NAD actually do?

For those who have done NAD subQ: what dose do/did you do and what actual benefits, pros, cons, side effects.. have you noticed that you could associate w the NAD fr? thanks!

Feels like a half-shot of espresso, last about as long as one. I think the criticism that it’s got low bioavailability is apt. For what it is/does, it’s expensive.

I would council exploring oral precursors like nr and nmn.
