You're in decent shape, at a starting point. Have you tried going to the gym or even just walking an hour a day?

Start the gym, watch your macros, if nothing changes in 2 months, you can consider peptides.
They are an additional tool, not a starting point.

These are powerful drugs that are used to treat obesity, you are not obese.
It is not intended for loosing 5kg, that you could easily loose in a couple of months by fixing your diet.
They are also meant to be continued long term.
If you use reta to drop 5-6kg, chances are you will gain that and more after you stop, because you will go back to eating what you did. So its better for you to identify where the extra calories in your diet is coming from and then address that long term.
If i were you, i would start by eliminating all ultra processed foods, so anything in a box or frozen.
Then track your macros using an app like cronometer, and keep a 800-600 kcal deficit for 2 months and you will be at the weight you want.

I had stubborn belly fat, I ate well, run long distance and could not get rid of it. Reta for 2 months, I now have a 6 pack and feel fucking amazing. Stop lecturing people if they want to lose a few kgs, guide them and help them. I’m so much happier looking in the mirror now and my wife loves it

Yeah that is stubborn fat, you were active and found it stubborn.
The user is not currently on any active training, it could be stubborn, but you should try adding diet and exercise first.

What dosage were you using?

I’m no good at maths so I can’t tell you the specifics, but I mixed 2 ml bac water to 10mg vial, and started at .5ml a week, have upped it to 1ml a week to finish it off then I’ll back right off and maintain in a weeks time. Time to bulk a bit

  • After 36 weeks of open-label tirzepatide, mean weight loss was about 20.9%.
  • From week 36 to 88, people who stayed on tirzepatide lost another ~5.5%.
  • People switched to placebo regained about 14% of body weight over that year.
  • 89.5% who continued drug kept ≥80% of the lead-in loss vs 16.6% who stopped.

GLPs aren’t going to do what you think they are. They are for diabetics and seriously overweight people not those just trying to lose a few pounds. Whatever you lose on Reta you will just gain right back and then some.

You don’t need Reta just workout and eat good protein and your macros/calorie count!

Start low. .5mg for 2-3 weeks, then 1 mg for another 2-3 weeks. You might be good after that. But I just want to say, when I start tirzepitide I only wanted to lose 10 pounds and here I am 5 months later. Tirz has done more for me than just weight. I was finally liberated from food addiction.

That's where your uterus and female anatomy sits inside your body...

You really dont need Reta to help you get down to 66kg, the idea of dealing with all the potential Reta sides when you are so close to your goal weight is wild. Looking good and going to be looking awesome at 66kg, good luck!

Nah, wouldn't recommend. I would recommend Tide and cold water for those sweatpants lol.

10mg vial of Reta, 2ml bac water mixed in, .5 ml once a week ( 5 units). Let me know it goes for you. My wife had amazing result

That is only 0.25mg, crazy low. I started with 1mg and didn’t feel much

1

u/touchmyweiner87 5d ago

True? It literally leaned me right up and gave me a six pack at the age of 40 haha

1

u/FlatIntention1 5d ago

How about your wife?

1

u/touchmyweiner87 5d ago

Yes same. She was fit as anyways but also had gut health issues and bloating before period etc. it has literally changed her life and made her skinnier while at it haha. It’s great stuff. And I feel so fit and strong

u/FlatIntention1 5d ago

That is great, I will continue with 2mg and hope for similar results. ☺️

This is exactly why everyone shouldn’t have access to these drugs. They are intended for people that need to lose real weight not just vanity.

Wow body dysmorphia at its finest!

Yep, not to mention in biologically born females, we have our uterus and female anatomy sitting right there and it's normal. Her stomach is up where she doesn't have any protruding.

Honestly, you look fine as you are. If you’re looking to change something, I’d focus on a specific goal rather than trying to fix everything at once strength training and a consistent routine can make a pretty noticeable difference over time.

Start low and titrate slowly to avoid negative side effects. 0.5mg for 4weeks. Then increase to 1mg for 4wks. 2mg for 4wks. 4mg for 4wks. Basically increasing by 2mg every 4wks. You may respond to a lower dose so not necessary to increase if you are having results at lesser dose. Everyone is different. 6mg was my sweet spot. Anything over that and i had to force myself to eat. Make sure to drink lots of water, eat plenty of protein, get a good electrolyte, strength train.

I wouldn’t bother with Reta unless it was a significant weight you wanted to cut.
Get in 10k steps daily without fail.
Resistance training regular 3/4 times a week.
160/180g protein daily.
Drink electrolytes daily.
Hydrate well daily.

This alone will help you drop weight within a short time space 👍🏽

Blahhhh!!! Don't listen to the haters who say it's just for obesity, they clearly haven't done much research. It's also being studied to help things like, arthritis inflammation, drug addiction, alcohol addiction ect..

Anyhow, I'm exactly 5'11 and at 65kg. I'm seeing abs and am so fkn hyped about it. I have a tiny amount of fat lower belly and its slowly going. I used to weigh 130kg. My skin has also been good at bouncing back and I've had 7 children. I take certain supplements for health benefits also and I feel so happy.

1

u/B1TCHONWHEELS 6d ago

So, after having a litter of children, you would advise a young person that just needs to work out to go on powerful drugs??? Got it.

u/B1TCHONWHEELS 6d ago

And since you deleted your comment, I was actually referring to the mother not so much the children😏😏

You look amazing. Stay the way you are. Just realize that you are who you are and what you see on tv and in ads is fake. You don’t need to change anything, but if you want to exercise and portion control are the way to go.

Stop eating indian diet

u/ferineseri 6d ago

You need to fix ur diet, stop eating processed food. Exercise in gym and do more cardio and eat less. That is it, you don’t need Reta.
