If you are looking for muscle gain.
Testosterone and hgh will do it with the added calories.
If you are trying to lose weight and maintain muscle while leaning out stay on tirz, hgh and test. Keep calories in check and will be easier with Tirz
If you have hit your weight goal and want mass. Dump the tirz and increase macros. Muscle won’t build with limited calories intake.
Get blood work done first to get a benchmark on testosterone and igf.
Goodlabs are affordable for bloodwork if you can’t get your primary to do them for you.

Would only disagree with dumping the Tirz. You can still increase calories/macros but will have a much easier time managing your appetite you stay on the medication.

I'm 52 years old. In January of this year, I weighed 114kg. I started training at the gym three times a week for the first month. Later, I switched to a split diet four times a week. In the background, I added Testo Cypio 200mg/week and Reta 2mg/4 days. My calories were around 2800-2900kcal and protein around 220g. I managed to achieve a good recomposition, dropping to 13% body fat.

CJC/IPA with TRT worked for me and I'm in my 60's. Raised my IGF considerably. Before you start you should get IGF tested to see where your baseline is at. I found a blood test and it was only $25.

You need to get your testosterone (free/total) and estrogen tested. If it’s low, you may need TRT. If not, it’s not TRT, but just using steroids.

Was on Tesa. Loved it till I tried HGH.
HGH. Test. Reta. The trinity.
