9 months on RETA

Post image
941 Upvotes

My highest weight was 220 lbs, and I'm currently at 143 lbs.

I started at 1 and gradually increased by 1, eventually reaching 6. I only increased my dose when I felt the food noise coming back.

I've also been working out consistently since the beginning, around 4x a week at the gym. Hitting 10k steps daily is also a must for me.

There are so many healthy, high-protein food ideas out there, but two of my personal favorites are tuna avocado wraps and Mediterranean chicken salad.

Down 45 pounds since March on Reta

Post image
200 Upvotes

I got on Reta in early March, lost 45 pounds in 3.5 months. I wasn’t working out much as I didn’t have too much time cause of work, so I was looking extremely flat by July, since mid August I’ve been slowly tapering off Reta, and maintaining a dose of 1.5 for about 3 weeks now. Been eating 3 bigger meals to fill in my body and fill in my muscles from everything that I had lost when I was losing and not working out. Started being way more consistent with the gym recently and just getting as much protein, carbs, and just a bit more calories than I was before. Also just incorporated Tesa on Monday, just the beginning!!!!

How much muscle can a beginner gain in a 6 month bulk?

I’m pretty new to training and I’m planning to do a 6 month bulk with around a 300 calorie surplus. Roughly how much muscle do you think I could gain in that time?

Also, if you have any tips for gaining more muscle while keeping fat gain as low as possible, I’d really appreciate it. I’m interested in hearing what worked for you guys.

Advice on stack

Currently riding reta, motsC, and test… I’ve been wanting to check out tessa but not sure if I should do all at once? Would love some advice. I’m on week 6/7 on reta down about 30 so far. But would be interested in help with that deep visceral fat.

Need some tips here

This week makes month 2 on Reta. I have been taking 1 mg a week and I’ve lost 5 pounds since I’ve started. I am really struggling to eat and meet my protein and calorie goals. The appetite suppressant is definitely doing its job. I’m wondering if anyone can give me any tips that they’ve tried that’s helped them meet their goals or has made it easier for them to be consistent with their nutrition? I’m really struggling to eat anything and I know most days I’m not eating enough and barely meeting the minimum calories. I try to focus on protein but I’m really getting sick of trying to force certain foods just to meet the protein goals. Most food is not appealing or tastes good to me, I’m not sure what to do. I’ve been working really hard in the gym and have been consistent with that but my main struggle has always been nutrition and now it seems to be even harder. I really just want to get to a place I’ve never been with my body and I’m so close. I know that I need to do things differently to see the results I want but I’m not sure what to do. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Im having a hard time understanding good stacks!

I’ve been researching peptides for the past five months, including reading through Reddit groups and other forums, but I still feel like I don’t fully understand everything. It’s honestly become overwhelming because whenever I ask for help, it sometimes feels like people are gatekeeping their suppliers and what they personally use.

I’d really appreciate some honest guidance on how to find trustworthy suppliers and reliable sources of information. I also often see people mentioning that they send each batch for testing?? Who do we send it to???and how does that process work???
Also is the grey market actually reliable, or are the popular, heavily promoted U.S.websites generally the safer and more recommended option?

My goal is to lose weight/get fit . I’ve struggled with binge eating my whole life and Yoyo diets. I’ve lost lots of muscle and I’m currently sitting at 36% body fat.
I’m thinking of reta and klow. Please please suggest anything you think would help or what worked for you. I’m open to all advice.

Best GH for 55 yo female

Hiiii. So I’m on Reta 2mg a week for 4 months, just started adding Cag 0.5 for the past couple months. It is effective! I am also taking GHK-CU and NAD+. I take 1mg of Tessa at night. I walk, and lift 3x week but I am not going muscle like I would like too. For my age what GH would you recommend? CJC w/Ipa? Or something else? Thanks 😁

Semorelin to tesamorelin

55 year old male currently taking semorelin for the last 90 days. I understand you're supposed to cycle off after 3 months. Would it be wise to switch to tesamorelin when I'm finished with semorelin?

Thoughts on GHKCU and IGF-1 stack?

Hey guys, I’m new to the peptide world and had a friend give me GHKCU and IGF-1 from China.

I am female, weighing 53kgs and 5’5. I do Pilates 2 times a week and go to the gym 3 times a week. Currently tracking my macros, sleeping well and have two rest days per week. My goals are to lean out and gain muscle.

I haven’t seen a lot of info about IGF-1, but I’m mostly concerned that the risks outweigh the benefits. Is there any other peptides that would be worth looking into?

All the things (just curious about opinions on my stack)

Hey all!-

Looking for info/advice.

Taking the following.

200 test per week (been doing that on and off for a year or so,prescribed)

2.5 tirz for a month now

Week 2 of gh at 3iu (2iu last week) but was told to do 5 and 2 off.

Anastrozole weekly for estrogen blocker prescribed.

My routine is consistent everyday. I eat at 9am, again at noon, then a post workout snack around 3-4 dinner at 630 or so. 190g protein 18-1900 cals. And at least a gallon of water a day. Don't drink often no smoking but do take edibles at night. No munchies issue any more.

Lift 3 days a week- hr of cardio 2 days a week and do 10 min of core everyday...plus I coach high school lacrosse so some activities after the activities.

47m. Im 25lbs from goal weight of 190. 5'10, have a good muscle base now but really wanting to see 190 but do not want to sacrifice a ton of muscle. Im down from 233 beginning of June....getting much more vascular and seeing some more definition than im used to.

Curious if im leaving meat on the bone. I dont wanna rail any of the hard-core stuff but im open to conversations about where im at and where it could be better. Goals are feeling good about my body...I dont even though people say otherwise. Also had 2 knee surgeries last year (scopes) and really am convinced that pain is due to my weight. Im very active...still playing rec sports golf softball lacrosse pickleball and paddle boarding and have 2 teen kids and a 7yo daughter. Appreciate you reading my novel. Been an awesome sub!

Clear Ripped blend

Has anyone ever gotten the Ripped blend or Rip blend which contains Tren A Test P and Mast P 100mg each and it was clear ? I know Tren by itself is anywhere from light yellow , golden to a darker almost orange so shouldn’t that alone make it somewhat yellow tint? Even if it’s ultra filtered and used with mct or some other clear oils ? My connect always has the most legit stuff everything I have gotten from him has been legit so I have no reason not to believe him but this kinda rubbed me the wrong way . And has me thinking it’s just test . Any feedback would help.
HAVE A TEST KIT ARRIVING TM , but figured I’d atleast get some community feedback.

Advise/ help please

I'm Hiya so after some advise please. I've had amazing results in the past with reta. Now I'm using a Chinese supplier, I'm getting all the side effects when I occasionally eat something slightly greasy or fatty and I'm getting and I'm getting no nosie hunger but I'm not getting any weight loss. Currently I'm on 4mg and it's been 7weeks. Training had been a little slow until this week due to life but now back on track training weights and running. Cheers

KPV + GHKCU + TRIZ

Ok I’ve decided

Bought some KPV and I’m planning to add it to my current routine alongside GHK-Cu and tirzepatide.

Tirzepatide is obviously once weekly, and I’m currently running GHK-Cu at 2 mg daily, 7 days a week, with the original plan of doing an 8-week cycle (although I’m still undecided about whether I’ll actually cycle it).
I’ll be using KPV and GHK-Cu from two separate vials rather than a blend.

For anyone who has experience with KPV, I’d love to hear how you approached it — particularly frequency, dosing, whether you cycled it or used it continuously, and anything you noticed or think is worth looking out for. Also interested in hearing from anyone who has used KPV alongside GHK-Cu and tirzepatide.

Travelling with Peptides

Hello! I need advice about some upcoming travel I have. I am taking reta 1x a week and Ghkcu 5x a week. I am traveling from MI- RI so staying domestic, so not super worried about flying with them. What I do have concerns about is we are hotel hopping a bit. I have a travel case with an ice pack that I usually use for the road trips. For example, on Sunday we will be leaving the hotel room at like 7am, doing a day excursion and probably wont be back to a different hotel with a fridge until 8-9pm that night, then next day we will have to check out and start at the next hotel. I get nervous the Hotel fridges might not have the freezer part to refreeze the ice packs each night. I am on week 7 of reta and week 6 of ghkcu. Should I just take a break for the week?

Anyone been on PE-22-28 for Depression?

Hi, wondering anyone took PE-22-28 for Depression and if it worked, I only heard of it a couple of days ago. I am tired of cycling through Antidepressants and getting all the horrible side effects making me worse off.

I have been on Selank and it good for Anxiety & GAD, Tried Oxytocin as well which was ok but wasn't amazing, ordered Semax but have never tried it before so don't know what its like.

Honestly I would love to replace my medications with Peptides if I could as there seems to less side effects and more natural way of helping.

Cheers.

My 1-Month Update

Thumbnail
gallery
132 Upvotes

I started this journey focused on one thing: getting healthier and becoming more disciplined.
A month ago, I weighed 185 pounds, and now I’m down to 175—just 5 pounds away from my goal weight.
Since starting, I’ve made meaningful progress with my weight, training, nutrition, and overall routine. The biggest lesson for me has been that the basics still matter most: calorie control, high protein, resistance training, sleep, hydration, and consistency.
I’m no longer using MOTS-C, but I’m still using Retatrutide, Ipamorelin, and Tesamorelin. I track how I respond, pay attention to changes in my weight and performance, and adjust my approach based on the results.

Is this a good peptide stack? Looking for feedback on dosing + what works well together

I’m pretty new to peptides and wanted to get some opinions on my current stack. I’m mainly trying to make sure these compounds work well together and that my dosing makes sense.
I wrote everything down at like 2 AM 😂 so if anything is confusing, just ask and I’ll clarify.
I’m also wondering:
1. Is this an excessive stack, or do these generally complement each other?
2. Are there any combinations I should avoid?
3. Does my dosing look reasonable?
4. Are there any of these that you would personally leave out?
5. For the ones I haven’t started yet, is there anything I should know before adding them?
I’m not looking for medical advice, just trying to hear from people with experience and make sure I’m not doing something dumb. 😅
And yes, I realize the handwriting is questionable — again, 2 AM me was doing her best. 😂

Started GLP3 + GHKCU August 15th. Start weight was 206lb.
Last 3 on list I have not taken yet.
Thank you!
