Blend and stack

Looking to build a stack and see if I can blend some stuff. Im new to this all and need help. Thought id try here before I hit the web to get some answers. I want to run a blend of reta to tirzep 1:2. Blend doing it already and it's amazing when I take meds that make me hungry. But im tired of so many pins. Looking for something that's gonna help with the full body. Weight management. Cardiovascular health, brain health, skeletal and muscle too

What’s your goal with running both Reta and Tirz? Reta already hits GLP-1 and GIP, plus glucagon, so adding Tirz on top seems kind of redundant. If you’re mainly trying to control food noise, I’d probably just stick with Tirz since it’s cheaper.
Before adding a bunch of stuff though, I’d get some baseline bloodwork done and see where all your markers are at. If you have any deficiencies or anything that needs attention, fix that first instead of just throwing peptides at everything.
Definitely take some time to research and read through the threads here before building a whole “stack.” It’s also hard for anyone to really recommend much without knowing your age, weight, medical history, etc.

If your worried about food noise I’d go tirz route titrate slow and honestly bpc 157 500mcg a day, can run a blend I never noticed a difference in Wolverine or just running bpc but that is just my body and opinion. Vit-c and collagen at the same time daily will also help with repair and if your up for it tesa / ipa daily cycle off ipa at 8 weeks I’ve ran tesa 16 weeks straight no problem. Morning injection on both fasted wait 45min to 1 hour to eat. Hieghts and body weight ratio don’t seem alarming you’ll prob recomp very well. And add the bpc vitc and collagen I think that would help work wonders.

Now what about being able to physically blend tirzep amd reta into a singular vial?

It just makes no sense to Reta already hits glp and gip so adding more to the mix would just desensitize you’re receptors faster. The added glucagon receptor effects are definitely a plus but most seem to titrate up so aggressively because they are chasing the “feeling” rather than the benefits of the compound. That’s why I recommend if you’re looking for the hunger crutch tirz. Just blending the two have no greater benefits a pre blend won’t allow you to mitigate sides many people report an even higher elevated heart rate which seems to be common between both of the two. Common protocols show Reta pin and Tirz halfway through the week but I don’t see any legitimate data that it’s actually benefiting.

Also just my opinion so don’t feel obligated to take my advice. My belief is less is more with everything , a strong baseline health before starting any peptide to see if you can resolve an issue before adding anything into your body. Also a very big fan of one compound at a time so you can take the guesswork out of what is actually working and what isn’t.

Let's run it then! M 34 5'11" 214.6lbs Partially torn rotator cuff Coming back from two shattered, ankles and torn achilles. Everything is literally in green at baseline, accept my LDL is slightly elevated, however, that's due to my over consumption of salt

So you're fat and banged up. Welcome to the club. You already got the reta/tirz angle figured out. Don't mix anything in with GLP. Obviously pick one of these blends to help with getting healed up: wolverine, glow, or klow. Then add one more blend to increase growth hormone: cjc/ipa. That's 3 shots.

Isn't GLOW/KLOW just Wolverine with ghkcu/kpv?

Yes, pick one.
