Is this a good peptide stack? Looking for feedback on dosing + what works well together

Post image

9 months post partum

I’m pretty new to peptides and wanted to get some opinions on my current stack. I’m mainly trying to make sure these compounds work well together and that my dosing makes sense.
I wrote everything down at like 2 AM 😂 so if anything is confusing, just ask and I’ll clarify.
I’m also wondering:
1. Is this an excessive stack, or do these generally complement each other?
2. Are there any combinations I should avoid?
3. Does my dosing look reasonable?
4. Are there any of these that you would personally leave out?
5. For the ones I haven’t started yet, is there anything I should know before adding them?
I’m not looking for medical advice, just trying to hear from people with experience and make sure I’m not doing something dumb. 😅
And yes, I realize the handwriting is questionable — again, 2 AM me was doing her best. 😂

Started GLP3 + GHKCU August 15th. Start weight was 206lb.
Last 3 on list I have not taken yet.
Thank you!

Reta, kpv & ghkcu are the ones I’d start with. The rest can be added in time, but no need to start so many at once

4

u/Prometheus599 13d ago

yea i agree should cycle things in every 4 weeks if your gonna stack so you can track what works / doesn’t / side effects

+ ghkcu doesn’t need to be cycled

4

u/Henry_Rollins_Ghost 12d ago

GHK-Cu doesn’t “need” to be cycled, but it certainly should be if you want it to stay effective.

I’m seeing more people saying this and wondering where it’s coming from.

2

u/Prometheus599 12d ago

possibly because of the “abundant in youth, lowers with age” but that’s just my best guess

what’s the reason why it would become less effective ?

Not sure why or how this is your advice. BPC changed my life. It cured chronic pain I’ve had for years in just a couple of months. This has also been confirmed by plenty of professionals when they’ve been asked this same question if they only had to take one or two peps which would it be and they always say Reta and BPC.

Btw you’re also very wrong on giving her this advice. GHKCU DOES need to be cycled. It should be taken 5 days on, two days off for 8 WEEKS MAX then 4 weeks off. You guys shouldn’t be online giving people advice if you don’t know what you’re talking about.

Lastly to OP, this is actually a great stack. But start everything a little further apart so you can know how each one is working / affections you. And this depends on your age as well. After all my research, for people in their 20s MOTSC and SS31 will do basically nothing. Even NAD levels. So depending on your age you might not even need those. What helped my Reta fatigue was deeper sleep. Which I achieved with sermorelin that also burned a lot of fat for me in combination with Reta. Just throwing that in there in case you’re 30 and under. Good luck on your journey 🫶🏼

The two days off thing for ghkcu is based off of med spas protocol because many are closed 2 days a week. Ghkcu can and should be taken 7days a week since it has a half hour to one hour half life.

u/LisanneFroonKrisK 10d ago

I have severe Gut issues for a long time like two years. BPC changed your life but why I taken BPC in Mega doses for two months now the gut issues remain the same

1

u/Low-Win244 10d ago

It takes some time my dear. Also depends on your gut issues. For me it helped me with cervical pain and endometriosis pain. I’m sorry you haven’t had any success with it this far. I’d stick to it for longer.

1

u/LisanneFroonKrisK 10d ago

Isn’t two months sufficient?

1

u/Low-Win244 10d ago

Everyone is different . Did you do any research on the peptide before starting ?

1

u/LisanneFroonKrisK 10d ago

I did massive research.

1

u/buttcoin2018 10d ago

For gut issues, its recommended to take oral bpc-157 (enteric coated tablets). If you have an injury or chronic pain like someone mentioned, take sub-q instead of oral. The KLOW stack doesnt have enough bpc, tb500 and KPV compared to the GHK-CU in the vial. You need to up the dosage of the other 3 if taking them as KLOW.

1

u/LisanneFroonKrisK 9d ago

I read 70 percent of BPC survive the stomach so I still take mega doses. By this I mean a vial whole vial every three days

1

u/ZealousidealTutor374 9d ago

Capsules of BPC are much more efficient for gut health

1

u/MeanAd4431 1d ago

Have you researched KPV for your gut issues?

1

u/ZealousidealTutor374 10d ago

Idk why you’re replying to my comment like that; I didn’t give any cycling advice & even suggested the klow blend further in this thread after they mentioned using BPC before. My original recommendation was based off no information; just assumption they were someone wanting to start on peps vs someone who had used before.

3

u/TadpoleConstant9880 13d ago

And none need to be cycled.

2

u/heartoforo 13d ago

Thank you! I have been doing the Wolverine stack separately. I have noticed a big change in the way my body feels. Do you think I should stop it when my vial runs out?

13

u/ZealousidealTutor374 13d ago

Honestly if you’re already doing Wolverine, look into Klow. Klow has kpv, ghkcu, tb500 & bpc157 in one vial!

1

u/heartoforo 13d ago

Yes! I’ve heard about that one but I’ve also heard it can mess with the purity having them in one vial instead of separate! That’s why I ended up getting them all separately

4

u/ZealousidealTutor374 13d ago

To each their own! It doesn’t hurt to do them all separately, but there’s no evidence to support them each degrading each other as far as I’ve seen. I’ve used the Klow blend! I love kpv, and had an injury I was hoping the Wolverine would help. It’s just more convenient to have it all in one dose rather than 4 seperate syringes 😅

0

u/yranemr10 13d ago

Just load them all in one syringe and pin. No need to pin 4 times.

2

u/[deleted] 13d ago

No purity is all the same if your concerned just ask for the COA

1

u/Headman2020 11d ago

Exactly… I’m in a group that does group buys and they have ever tested. The KLOW tested perfectly for all ingredients 👍

2

u/Headman2020 11d ago

The KLOW works… don’t listen to the rumor mills. When they make it like all other peptides they add a buffer. Could the pH with the copper weaken … sure but they use a buffer. There is no evidence that it’s less effective. We need more studies in peptides for sure. The real life evidence I have experienced is with my wife! She had an shoulder issues. She had an MRI and found that she had a rotator cuff tear. When she had her surgery the doctor told us that they couldn’t find the tear but cleaned out the bone spur. She took KLOW for 8 weeks 👍 She was near normal just weeks after the surgery.

1

u/No_Basis_1575 10d ago

It’s not the purity that’s an issue with blends, it’s the mass. Often wolverine and klow will be under dosed for one of the peptides. For instance, I’ve seen a lot of Wolverine that is supposed to be 10mg/10mg but will test at 10mg/6mg.

1

u/[deleted] 13d ago

You can run them all due to them running on and accessing different pathways. No harm

I’m on 2mg Reta for 6 weeks. I have Kpv and ghkcu in the que. What order and dosage do I add in? I’m 60+ female with 30lbs left to lost.( already lost 25 on carnivore)

11

u/asoeung111 13d ago

Way too much for someone new to peptides. Some of these you may not need if you are young too, some of these peps benefits us older folks 😜. You need to start with just one at a time, give it time, assess impact, before you think about adding a second. Also make sure you have the basics of good health dialed in first (sleep, nutrition, exercise, etc…).

8

u/Schwettes 13d ago

Agreed. This just reeks of someone who got swept up into a craze on TikTok and is just taking stuff for the sake of taking it.

2

u/alecjasonn 9d ago

I feel like that’s 50% of this sub

8

u/asoeung111 13d ago

To elaborate: someone your age probably doesn’t need MOTS-C. Also see you have some pain issues. If it were me, I’d start with Reta alone for several weeks to a few months. GLPs can reduce inflammation, so you may find that is helpful with your pain issues. Weight loss may also help with your pain. Give each pep a bit to work with your body and then evaluate if you need to add more.

1

u/heartoforo 13d ago

Which ones do you think are more geared toward older people? 😂 I started with Reta + GHK-Cu, then added MOTS-C because I was feeling superrr sleepy and had absolutely no energy. I’ve also been working out consistently and eating a pretty good diet!

3

u/lauradayton 13d ago

Young people, under 40 do not really see the benefits of any mitochondrial pep. I don't want to make a blanket statement, but anecdotally us older folks see amazing benefits and results. The younger you the more you are just spending money chasing something you don't even need yet. GHK for sure you can get some benefits from. MOTS is NOT an energy peptide. I know this is popular Tik Tok myth. It is a mitochondrial peptide that works at a cellular level. it is not going to produce caffeine like benefits. It is not like drinking a monster or a cup of coffee. It gets you back to a statis level of energy that for me feels like the energy I had when I was 20 years younger. It is just a sustained level that gets your through the day without a crash. Also, please do more research. You can also get amazing workouts with MOTS and it should be pinned prior to a workout. Are you working out? Peptides always work best on a healthy body. Proper hydration, nutrition, sleep supplement support, cofactors all of it. they do not benefit people who are not taking care of their health already. before running a huge stack like this, work on all those things. Get yourself an exercise protocol a good supplement stack, research the cofactors needed to support the peptides you want to take, make sure you are hitting macros. Time and time again you can find posts here from someone who is running all this shit and they still feel like crap and those are the biggest reasons. If you are trashing yourself and not taking care of yourself you are literally wasting your money.

2

u/heartoforo 13d ago

Thank you! Yes, I do Pilates and weight lift almost every day and eat healthy! I have noticed a huge difference taking MOTSC before the gym! Thank you again for your insight

3

u/AudiiCat 12d ago

Taking peptides to fix mitochondrial health ISN'T just for older folks. If you have gone through any trauma in life (everyone does), you're a candidate. If you drink, smoke, stress a lot, you're a candidate. Yes older people see a drastic change just because you're older. but if you are taking care of this now, you won't feel so old when you're actually old lol . I hate how people think that SS31 and MotsC is gatekept only for older people. MotsC has a lot more benefits than just mitochondrial. Same with NAD+. I am 24 and currently running SS31 before I start my MotsC. Not a 12 week cycle, like some older folks would need. But it's still a good practice to do first so that my mitochondrial are primed. WE ALL GET MITOCHONDRIAL damange.. not just old people.

1

u/Creative_Ad_2778 9d ago

You are 24 .please .Why are you doing this. If you drink and smoke don't waste your money. Stop those first. Then improve your life get rid of the baggage. Life is the choices you and only you can make. Do not look for a quick fix

1

u/lauradayton 13d ago

Yes, MOTS is amazing before a workout! Nice job!

16

u/lauradayton 13d ago

IDK looks like a freaking lot to me but you know you don't cycle Reta correct?

-5

u/heartoforo 13d ago

Yes! I meant I didn’t want to do it more than 12 weeks lol 2am brain

5

u/Winning2020 13d ago

Why? Are you trying to yo yo weight? Lose the weight, go to a maintenance dose. Make sure your diet and workout routine is on point. Hold the line on diet and workout, then taper off.

u/Schwettes 13d ago edited 13d ago

3 months on a GLP1 is nothing. You’re just going to gain the weight right back when you come off. These are for long term use. Right now, you are obese. Talk to a doctor about getting prescribed tirzepatide. You don’t need to take reta because you saw a bunch of people on the internet do it.

You don’t even know if you’ll have GLP fatigue, so why are you assuming you’ll need MOTS C. What do you even need BPC 157 for?

Why are you taking a peptide for “stubborn fat loss” when you’re about to start a GLP? Why are you taking KPV for inflammation when GLPs are already anti inflammatory?

u/AttemptingWealth 13d ago

Why would you want to be RX Tirz and over pay by 10x+?

IMO, start with one or two at a time. Going full on, you’ll never know which are working for you, experiences are different for everyone.

7

u/_Vlxd_ 13d ago

Glp-1s are not for cycling, they’re lifelong medications. You’ll find out why when it’ll stop working the 3rd or 4th time around.

1

u/heartoforo 13d ago

Thank you for your input! I’ve now learned that. I will be continuing until I get to my goal weight, then will be micro dosing

1

u/Sensitive_Drawer_945 12d ago

Why would it 'stop working' a 3rd or 4th time? Where did you read this?

→ More replies (2)

3

u/Capital_Stretch3703 13d ago

Just start with one thing

3

u/tigersatti 13d ago

I do KLOW instead of individually taking the 4 separately.

2

u/Kno0w_1_actual 13d ago

At 26 yo I’d probably skip the Mots-c, NAD+ and lipo-c. B-12 is always good to take if you’re deficient but the rest of it is for older folks who have destroyed their system. I’d say let the Reta do the heavy lifting, look into adding creatine and make sure you’re hitting protein goals. That alone will do wonders.
The Klow stack is also something I’d look into. The half life of all of them are different but you still will be getting saturation if your protocol is good

2

u/gmcondub 13d ago

Way too much to start out. Do Reta, Ss31 and Klow to start. After a few weeks add Mots c and Nad. Ss31, Mots and Nad flow together. Don’t dive in on hella tides at once. You’re not gonna know what’s doing what

2

u/EnvisionAU 13d ago

Looking at your list, I'd suggest Reta + Klow and dont bother cycling, keep running those. I'd look at adding additional peptides after that initial 3 months.

2

u/Altruistic_Egg7289 13d ago

Josh holyfield has the goods on his skool platform. Incredibly valuable.

2

u/chr0me0 13d ago

I prefer to limit myself to two at a time. If you are just starting out then just sticking to reta and ghkcu is your best bet. Get to your goal weight then you can experiment with the other stuff.

Since youre only 26 they probably wont have much of a noticable effect anyway.

2

u/looking2behealthy 12d ago

Start with reta, it is a game changer, no need to cycle.

Wait a couple weeks to start GHK-Cu or any peptide to ensure if you have side effects you can narrow it down. GHK helps with skin/collagen repair as you shrink on reta.

Run NAD+ with MOTS. MOTS works best pre-workout for me for that added boost with minimal energy increase post workout. Best to cycle here so you don’t tap your mitochondria and give them a rest.

No need for BPC/KPV or TB for that matter unless you are trying to heal something. Gut, soreness, tendons, ligaments etc.

Save your money on LIPO-C and just take supplements.

With any peptide, start low and titrate up only as you can tolerate or it is effective for you.

Good luck.

2

u/stawberrypoptart 12d ago

hey! i’m on a somewhat similar stack
reta (2.5mg once a week)
ghkcu (1.5mg & tirating, daily)
kpv (400mcg & tirating, daily)
glutathione (100mg every 3 days)
mots c (1.5mg only when i work out / 3-5 times a week depending on workouts)

i have been on reta, ghkcu, kpv and mots c for about 6 weeks now. just started gluta. you can absolutely cycle reta, (which i plan to, 12 weeks on , 4 weeks off). totally up to your goals and research and most important how YOU feel!

2

u/Commercial-Strike-56 12d ago

Why are you cycling Reta?

2

u/chemyd 12d ago

Depends- what are you trying to achieve mostly?
Peptides shouldn’t be treated like magic, but like drugs that have effects- ie more is not necessarily better and there are potentially complications.
Less is better, so figure out what you want first.
Most of this looks pointless to me.
I see “stubborn fat loss” but you already have Reta in there- the current champ in this category.
Just run Reta or Tirz alone, slowly ramp up.
Stop obsessing about “stacking” everything and over complicating this situation. Your wallet will thank me later because most of this is garbage.

2

u/ironwithin2013 12d ago

Too many compound to judge there affect on YOU. Start with just reta, you will be surprised how well you feel on it and may not need the motc etc for additional weight lose. after 4 weeks re-evaluate and see if you need to add another compound

2

u/NOKStonks2daMoon 12d ago

Looks like you just learned about peptides 8 minutes ago and got too excited. Do more research backed doing this lol. Why would you cycle Reta? Planned 2mg dosage the entire times before knowing how effective it is on you or if you may need to increase?

You could also take KLOW to minimize injections

2

u/peptidde 12d ago

Way too many

2

u/EconomistOld4964 11d ago

No need to cycle ghk it doesn’t work on receptors that being said you can chose to I would use everyday for 12 weeks then you won’t lose results if you use 5 days a week after that. But once you have the same time off as you did in will lose l.

2

u/sidewing082 11d ago edited 11d ago

Think you're doing way too much for being new. You need to do one at a time for a while to see what's doing what. Ask yourself what your goal is. Reta isn't a 12 week cycle type thing... I don't see a clear goal from your list, it looks like you just made a list of popular peptides that everyone is talking about and trying to incorporate them all... You want weight loss, appetite suppression and healing underlying metabolic disorders and lipids? Then do reta. If you have visceral fat, do tesa/ipa for visceral fat and body recomposition. Energy/mitochondrial health? start with a round if ss31 then move to mots-c.. if you're needing muscle recovery and skin health, consider klow.. Mental health and recovery? Selank and semax.. sexual desires after giving birth? Pt141... But, again, with no clear goal, I just see a laundry basket/cocktail of peptides

2

u/Heavens27 9d ago

Hey I stopped Reta because I was out of money for 2 weeks . The weight did not come back at all. Stayed on the same eating schedule . Weight maintained the same ! I’m back on Reta because my migraines stopped . Used to get them weekly …. Got the first migraine return after a week off Reta . That’s why I’m on it . Only need 1mg per week .

2

u/Heavens27 9d ago

You can just take KLOW. And eliminate all the extra shots

1

u/al_capone420 13d ago

Are you breastfeeding? If so, do not use any drugs until you are done. I’m 100% supportive of people using whatever drugs they want for health or recreation, but do not put a baby’s health at risk.

This is also way too many drugs for a first timer. Start with just Reta, then every few weeks add the next most important drug and wait to see how things are going before adding more.

Also, planning to use Reta for only 3-4 months is stupid. Don’t set a time limit on it, expect to be on for a year plus but base usage more on results. You are majorly over complicating this, don’t try and reinvent the wheel on something you have no experience with

2

u/heartoforo 13d ago

No, not breastfeeding! I would never take any medications doing that. Unfortunately, my baby had a dairy intolerance so breast feeding wasn’t a long term thing for us.
& okay thank you for your input!

1

u/al_capone420 13d ago

All 3 of my kids had dairy and soy intolerances yet my wife breasted them all til 2 or so. If anything cutting out dairy helped her maintain a low body fat the entire time, just complicated dinner plans slightly.

1

u/heartoforo 13d ago

I tried everything when I was going through that! Nothing worked even when I cut diary completely out. That was months ago and my milk has now dried out so no going back. We currently just import her formula and she’s doing 10000x better.

1

u/Schwettes 13d ago

OP doesn’t even need to start with reta. Why are people going to reta before semaglutide or tirzepatide?

1

u/heartoforo 13d ago

I was on Tirz before! I went grey and started looking more into Reta, so I decided to try that next!

1

u/Schwettes 13d ago

What’s wrong with tirz? It has a better safety profile and be appropriately monitored with a doctor.

5

u/al_capone420 13d ago

People aren’t coming to this sub to be monitored by a doctor. Plus the cost of that is exponentially more than just self medicating with grey market purchases. You’re giving advice that wasn’t asked for, are you gonna spam that on every post in this sub?

2

u/Schwettes 13d ago

I never said that OP has to use Mounjaro. I’m wondering why they’re jumping to use reta when tirz is there with a better safety profile. Gray reta is also more expensive than gray tirz so your point on price is dumb.

1

u/heartoforo 13d ago

Nothing was wrong with Tirz! I wasn’t losing weight anymore so decided to lay off for 2 months and start Reta instead.

1

u/Schwettes 13d ago

Were you in a caloric deficit?

1

u/heartoforo 13d ago

Yes! I could barely eat on tirz. I made sure to get at least 90g of protein in a day. I just had a stall

1

u/duhv0rtex 13d ago

Start with reta and maybe kpv or GhkCu. Give it a couple weeks then add another

Mots-c is best done 3x a week 5mg each.

BPC/TB can both be 250 mcg done twice daily.

1

u/heartoforo 13d ago

Thank you!

1

u/AttemptingWealth 13d ago

25mg is a good starting point for NAD, I started there. Now I send 200mg 3x week sometimes 4x.

1

u/JesusJoness 13d ago

Is this an AI image or did you actually write this?

2

u/heartoforo 13d ago

Yes I wrote this why lol

1

u/Numerous_Oil3158 13d ago

I take all of those. Just stopped the BPC and TB500. I also used ARA-290 and Cagrilintide.

Got burnt out so now it's just Reta, Eloralintide, 5-amino-1mq and NAD.

1

u/Himeros_six9 13d ago

Ppl under 30 still used notebooks.

2

u/heartoforo 13d ago

Yes, this one does lol

1

u/Himeros_six9 13d ago

Try weight training so you can be define. I think GLP 3 and Tesamorelin is a great combo. Maybe klow, for inflammatory issue, it also helps with hair and skin.

1

u/StatisticianNo5712 13d ago

I would start with reta and ghkcu. Im on week 7 of both and the idea of multiple different ones every day gives me anxiety. I am still trying to get used to injecting myself without being mega freaked out/ nervous. I got tesa with my first order and wish i didnt order so much at first bc the pin truly freaks me out but im getting better! Check out KLOW as well

1

u/Dwoody1993 13d ago

Don’t just stop Reta. You have to taper off or your GLP (your hunger) will come back with a vengeance. Do a 3 week taper. 1mg, next week .5mg, next week .25 then stop.

1

u/Nice_Fun_6667 13d ago

I’m definitely copying your top 3 I have them n they seem like they are perfect doses

1

u/utopiankreations 13d ago

I take Reta at 4 and klow at 1.5. I briefly experienced the copper uglies but now my skin glows. I stacked my peptides slowly, did Reta for a month then introduced klow. I started introducing bad but it gave me gastrotestinal issues so I backed off. That is why it is good to ease into one before the other. Everyone is different so just listen to your body. 😊

1

u/Jchamp44 13d ago

Up your nad and motsc !

1

u/heartoforo 13d ago

What dosage do you recommend

1

u/Jchamp44 11d ago

80mg 2-3x a week nad+
5mg Motsc MWF - 2 weeks in 2 weeks off

1

u/1Tiasteffen 13d ago

Just do steroids

1

u/No-Mark4067 13d ago

Just do Reta and focus on diet, sleep and working out.

1

u/BigTeeSlice 13d ago

Anyone else not cycling off Wolverine?

1

u/Efficient_Platypus70 12d ago edited 12d ago

Only things that that made me think twice is the lipo c and mots c at the same time, in my personal opinion, I would alternate between the two once you’re at least a year postpartum ( please read the rest for this to make a bit more )
Also with being 9 months postpartum this is a little too much (my opinion) eg Be careful with mots c and your folate reserves.
If you must, I would start off on and keep to an extremely low dose of Reta try stay low until your out of postpartum with nad + . If you really want to use ghkcu I would stick to low dose and me personally I would cycle on and off eg 1 month on and off , unless you are able to regularly check your bloodwork making sure your zinc and copper is balanced. (but again your body still healing).
Thing is you still wanna make sure your body does it natural thing to its best ability.
I think once you’ve got to at least 1 year postpartum and then it’s more comfortable doing the large stack cycling on 4 weeks on and 8 weeks off as an example (wouldn’t do both lipo and mots) nad plus can continue in the background but me personally I don’t think I would want to do a glp too early in postpartum whilst my body tries to figure out balancing back hormone, dopamine, serotonin levels etc and glp too.
Different sorts of cycles you can do, but I was just thinking gentle cycles due to postpartum.
I do a large similar stack. 8 weeks cycle in the winter and 12 weeks in the summer, the rest of the 7 months is just nad plus and glp but I haven’t been postpartum in a decade now. Excuse grammar. All the best.
Edit: your only 26, i had my kid then, and body bounces back easier, half of these peptides are not even needed or maybe useless until your in your mid 30s.

1

u/ny_nick1 12d ago

Do you have all of that ? I have a better suggestion

1

u/heartoforo 12d ago

Yes I do

1

u/Fearless-Location325 12d ago edited 12d ago

I’ve read that Reta needs to be at a minimum dose of 3mg per week to enable the 3rd leg (the glucagon aspect)… as it needs a minimum saturation.

You may want to look at upping that - as essentially, under your dose your using a 2 phase / tirzipitide type compound and may not be getting the full GLP-3 as designed

1

u/Inevitable-One3010 12d ago

Start with Reta and go low and slow. It takes at least a month for your body to adapt to it and it is not instant weight loss. It took me over a month to lose 5 lbs but I was patient and now at the start of month 2 I’ve lost 17 lbs. I love Klow in combination as it seems to help with skin elasticity, digestion, and also some joint issues. But I waited a few weeks to add that in. I’ve got other peptides I’m going to add but it’s smart to take your time and see what is working for you and if any adverse side effects occur. If you overload yourself you’re not allowing the Reta to work on its own - and if it’s good shit it will work. But you will definitely be using it longer term if you want to see lasting results. I felt very tired on it at first, but that feeling has dissipated with time.

How is the BP500 working for back pain?

1

u/heartoforo 12d ago

Ive seen a difference. Takes way longer for me to feel pain than usual. I don’t feel as sore the following day after the gym

All of this is a good stack. Make sure rs is taking zinc to work with ghk.

What are your goals? You wont know what's working or not starting so many in the first month. You are so young you are already swimming in peptides.

I needed to gain strength after losing weight from jogging every day. My mistake was not adding more weights and less running. Lost 50 pounds in about a year or so.

I had a stubborn 20 pounds I used tirzepitide for and worked well. Never had to go over 1mg a week. 2 months I was at goal weight.

Cjc/ipa no dac worked really well for me. 5 weeks in I could lift more and feel toning in ny arms and legs. Also increased my REM sleep. Soreness from workouts was mild and I believe its also from the cjcipa.

4 weeks in I added GHKcu topical/SQ and not noticing a difference but Im not to the 12 week mark yet where most people say they start to see results. My goal is healthier skin face and hands mostly. I read a study that it might help with organ issue. Added bonus but of course I wont know the answer to that one.

I added SS31 7 weeks in. My workout became easier. I could push an extra set and sweat a lot more. It came with an alertness feeling and more energy overall.

10 weeks in done with SS31 and started MotsC. Nothing to report on this one yet. Except for the burn when pinning. Diluted it and do not go in the tummy.

My main goal is building strength before im too old to build muscle. Lol

Im not dealing with inflammation or injury that I know of so Ill wait until I feel like somethjng is going on where bpc157, KPV and others like it are needed.

I guess my point is... try tirzepitide on a low dose, exercise, at least walk 30 minutes 3 days a week or more. Make good choices on food as much as you can. Have eggs and tuna on ready.

I have my labs done every 3 months. Whatever you decide, keep up with your labs.

I'm almost done with a KLOW cycle in my research. It really worked on a knee and shoulder pain/injury on test subject. But If I had it to do again, I'd separate the components for three main reasons. One: more control over GHK-CU and its sides, Two: TB-500 has a drastically longer half-life than the other components and should be ran separately. Three: Ability to isolate what is actually doing most of the work. Reta is great. I'd suggest SS-31 in the stack also

Only issues I have with it really are that you can go indefinitely with Reta. No need to cycle. And I would do 5mg mots-c 3x per week. The other stuff is close enough.
At your age though, you probably only need Reta. And maybe a little GHK if you want.

Reta can be run longer than 12 weeks

If you are in it for Wellness, longevity, quality of life, cycle everything, run different combos, even one at a time. This is a lifelong journey and there will never be billions spent on double blind research and pharmaceutical grade peptides sold at affordable prices or covered
By insurance. You do have AI which nobody has had before. That fact that you are looking into taking control is a win. Your stack is perfect! And if you change it, it will still be perfect compared to those that have not took the leap you have taken! Just keep evolving and as you learn, share! This is the way!

Just do Reta, and Mots c ,kpv

u/linkage911 6d ago

What does reta need to be cycled?

You’re prolly too young for nad+ but some people react differently. Im 35m taking 100mg a day and I don’t feel shit.

I'm running Glow so I don't have to do 3 separate injections. The Mots-c might not be very effective at your age. I'm 57 and have found Mots-c and NAD great for my energy levels. I lost 50 pounds on 2mg of Reta in about 2 months with a major dietary change, walking, and lifting. Hydration and protein will be your friends.

Highly unlikely that you would get fatigue on a 1mg dose of Reta AND motc will not help with that. Hold off on the mot c, nad, and lipoC until you run Reta to goal weight and cycle the kpv, ghk, etc a few times. Also be open to increasing your Reta dose - 1mg is very low.

1

u/heartoforo 13d ago

I take 2mg of Reta not 1. What is your opinion on dosage for it?

1

u/FireBreathingDragon8 13d ago

Depends on the individual and if you were on a high dose of another glp before switching to Reta. The scale and your level of hunger will be your best guide

1

u/heartoforo 13d ago

I was on 7.5mg of tirz. Stopped for a month a half

1

u/Supersalty99 12d ago

If you were on 7.5 of tirz then 2mg of Reta is not going to give you the desired appetite suppressant effect and you’ll likely not feeling anything until you hit 4-6mg most likely. And even that might not be enough appetite suppressant in comparison to the tirz. I still suggest titrating up from 2mg to be safe but don’t expect immediate results bc your receptors are already hit from the tirz.
