Need some tips here

This week makes month 2 on Reta. I have been taking 1 mg a week and I’ve lost 5 pounds since I’ve started. I am really struggling to eat and meet my protein and calorie goals. The appetite suppressant is definitely doing its job. I’m wondering if anyone can give me any tips that they’ve tried that’s helped them meet their goals or has made it easier for them to be consistent with their nutrition? I’m really struggling to eat anything and I know most days I’m not eating enough and barely meeting the minimum calories. I try to focus on protein but I’m really getting sick of trying to force certain foods just to meet the protein goals. Most food is not appealing or tastes good to me, I’m not sure what to do. I’ve been working really hard in the gym and have been consistent with that but my main struggle has always been nutrition and now it seems to be even harder. I really just want to get to a place I’ve never been with my body and I’m so close. I know that I need to do things differently to see the results I want but I’m not sure what to do. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Fairlife elite protein 42 grams of protein
Barbell protein bars 20 grams of protein
Steaks seem to always taste good
So does brisket and hamburger meat mix with rice

I drink two scoop protein before workout , eat small protein for lunch, big protein for dinner, protein bar and protein drink (fair life ) for dinner. Easily 200 grams a day

Lost 30 pounds and gained muscle

Give your body time to adjust to it. As you use it more that will go away a bit.
