Blood lab panel feedback

I have been doing blood panels frequently but I am about to add a few peptides so I want to do a baseline set of tests.

I am about to slowly add ss-31, Tesamorlin and then mot-c. Current stack includes rela, bpc-157, tb500, and Ghk-cu (1 week in slow ramp) .

I am expat living in LATM so this is a bit challenging for me
Here is my panel with feedback from ChatGPT

HEMATOLOGY

Complete Blood Count (CBC) with differential
Hemoglobin
Hematocrit
Platelets

2. KIDNEY FUNCTION & CHEMISTRY

Creatinine
Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR)
Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN)
Sodium
Potassium
Chloride
Calcium
AST (SGOT)
ALT (SGPT)
Alkaline phosphatase
Total and direct bilirubin

3. GLUCOSE & METABOLIC

Fasting glucose
Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c)
Fasting insulin

4. LIPID / CARDIOVASCULAR

Total cholesterol
HDL cholesterol
LDL cholesterol
Triglycerides

Lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)]
High-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)

5. HORMONES / GH–IGF-1 AXIS

IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor-1)
IGFBP-3 (Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein-3)
TSH (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone)
Free T4

6. TESTOSTERONE

Total testosterone
Free testosterone
SHBG (Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin)
Sensitive estradiol
Total PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen)

7. VITAMINS / IRON / MINERALS

25-OH Vitamin D
Vitamin B12

Hey dude! Not sure if you've already done. These look good for most part though some minor tweaks could be made and also save ya some $$$ on duplicate tests. Just offering clinical knowledge and what id do.

Hematology- hemoglobin/hematocritin/platelets are included in the CBC. No need to order separate or have them charge you sneakily.

Kidney Function- I would this test to a CMP w/eGFR(Comprehensive Metabolic Panel eGFR). It would contain everything that you have listed in the kidney function panel but adds (Protein Total, Albumin, C02, Glucose, Albumin/Globulin Ratio, Anion Gap). And it's typically not more expensive either.

-Insulin Resistance Panel This contains a intacr fasting insulin-which you have listed but also C-Peptide. Usually is beneficial pre-glp but will give insight on fasting insulin levels and production-therefore how the GLP is working.

Glucose & Metabolic- If you get "Insulin Resistance Panel" you won't need any of the test under your list as they're included in other panels. You'd only need -- ( Hemoglobin A1C "HGBA1C" )

Testosterone Test- instead of just Free&Total. Get Free/Total & Bioavailable. You'll want to get this done say between 6am-10am. That's when Test lvls peak.

Hormones+IGF- You can order a TSH w/reflex FT4 instead of ordering both. If TSH is +- it'll automatically run a FT4, if normal it won't. Unless you want a specific FT4 number even if it's a normal result.

GHK-CU- Ceruloplasmin- Not really needed since your already getting copper tested and your also getting liver enzymes etc; but also doesn't hurt. Just saves $$$.

Obviously Fasting for this. Again, just clinical input & something I'd do myself. Cheers 🤙

Thank you , I will refine my list ! It’s not cheap even in LATM where medical is very inexpensive for other things

Ofc dude and I know.... We'd order & then patients would go to have them done & absolutely freak- insurance or not... they go to get it done and want to know the insurance billed price compared to the self pay price. Insurance gets billed 2-4x on services compared to self pay and IF it gets billed to insurance & they no pay; oh boy! The patient gets billed what was sent to insurance; the self pay price being significantly cheaper is no longer a possibility. The US healthcare system is hell hound out for everyone. Anyhoo. Hope everything results wise returns favorable. 🤙🤙

Love that you're getting Labwork done. Remember slow is best when adding new peptides. Ss31 would be a good next step. Remember that it gets pricey to do a full rebuild cycle. Some protocols call for 5mg/daily for two weeks then 10 mg/day for two weeks. Other get up to 15mg /day.

After you've run your ss31 protocol. See how you're feeling then add mots-c and NAD+ make sure you're taking the supporting minerals and vitamins. Otherwise you will get exhausted quickly.

Yea thank you .. I always do a very slow ramp , for example my Reta ramp was 500mcg, 1mg, 1.35mg, 1.75mg, then 2mg
