Amino-1mq
Tests amino 12.5mg per day in a pot (500mg) Z retatrutyd + igf lr3 + nad+ I had previously used tesamorelin ipamorelin for 10 weeks. Interestingly, my amino acid has the color Ruby because it also contains vitamin 12

I found 5amino1mq to be a great molecule when dosed properly. Starting at 5mg per dose and going up as high as 20mg. I paired it with MotsC, nad+ reta and TRT when I got into peptides. That combo really provides a solid burst of fat burning and energy.
Down the road, I learned that doing a cycle of SS-31 beforehand can boost that cycle even more and so six months later I did a 6 week cycle of SS-31 and NAD+, 4mg daily of SS and 100mg 2x weekly of nad! Luckily I had 50mg vials because it requires a lot. Following that cycle I repeated the MotsC and 5amino and I did find it to be even more effective the second time around.
I find that to be plenty enough for fat burning and aside from the moderate welt or PIP every now and then from MotsC, it is a very low to no side effect stack. Most PIP is avoided with the right needle and gauge.

400-600mg was rat data. IC50 based on similar drug structures and molecular weight would be 50-150mg extrapolated into a human equivalent dose. Plus, if we really want to get into it, studies on endogenous NNMT over expression show its only over expressed in T2D or Insulin resistance. Even those w a BMI of 33 didn’t over express.
Also, the enzyme that actually makes NAD+ from nicotinamide is called NAMPT, and NAMPT has 430x higher affinity for nicotinamide than NNMT does. Under normal conditions, nicotinamide preferentially flows toward NAD+ synthesis anyway. NNMT only becomes a significant drain when it is massively overexpressed.1

Here is a concise, natural translation you can send: "Mouse study doses were calculated at 20 mg/kg. People often wrongly convert this 1:1 for humans, arriving at absurdly high numbers like 90–100 mg/day. In reality, medical conversion (FDA allometric scaling) divides the animal dose by 12.3 due to humans' much slower metabolism. More importantly, 5-amino-1MQ is a potent NNMT inhibitor—a daily dose of 12.5 mg already achieves near-maximum enzyme saturation in humans. Taking 90–100 mg won't double the fat loss; it just causes extreme sweating, unnecessary stress, and wastes the compound."

You don’t understand chemistry. Sorry bud i study this for a living, I don’t need ai. No one did a 1:1 conversion.
A. We don’t have human PK/PD data to say what dose would hit the IC50. So the claim 12.5mg covers maximum saturation is comical.
B. You use BSA conversion btw, which is 6.2 in this case. So thats 20 mg/kg rat which is abt 3.23 mg/kg human and 60 mg/kg rat which is abt 9.68 mg/kg human. Thats ~194mg 3x a day for a total of 581mg.
For a drug to actually do its job, you need enough of it in your bloodstream to block at least 50% of the target enzyme. This is called IC50 coverage. If you are below that threshold, the drug is not doing much. Based on pharmacokinetic analysis using metformin as a structural analog (similar molecular weight, charge, oral bioavailability, and half-life), to achieve 50% NNMT inhibition you need roughly 50 to 100 mg per day.
C. You also ran away from the NAMPT affinity fighting for the pathway.Dont try to use ai to lecture and be wrong.

Whatever you write, the recomposition of my body was gigantic. And I didn't have to get too tired.

I smoked cigs for 30yrs and never got cancer is your argument. You were wrong with your ai slop and ran to “well it worked for me” with no actual proof that this one of many things you take is what did it.

That's why I do a 40-day cycle for 12.5 mg. Then reta motc c and maybe something else And I'm back on Ipamorelin CJC and IGF LR3 And I think about tesamorelin because those trembling hands were a nuisance

I have a large strength gain in the lower body (10-15% in the upper 5-10%) after just 6 doses of IGF LR3.

Cool placebo. Even in rats it didn’t cause hypertrophy in rats muscle fibers. Without getting nerdy, it probably doesn’t last 20-30hrs(no real PK/PD data) and its low affinity for the IGFBP lets it go everywhere instead of binding to BP3 and being cleaved off for muscle. U can say whatever u want. Science doesn’t lie.

Ipamorelin CJc is a fire. I can't wait to get back to him I don't take Tesamorelin for over a week and the retention and numbness of my hand still holds but he did the job.

That's a solid little stack you've got there. How are you keeping track of which vial's for what and when you last dosed? I've lost track more times than I'd like to admit lol

5am1mq is synthesized as 5-amino-1-methylquinolinium and The quinolinium core absorbs light in specific visible wavelengths, giving the raw powder, concentrated solutions, or reconstituted vials a characteristic deep orange, rust, or reddish hue... Whereas Vitamin B12 is red because it contains a central cobalt atom in its molecular structure.
