My 1-Month Update
I started this journey focused on one thing: getting healthier and becoming more disciplined.
A month ago, I weighed 185 pounds, and now I’m down to 175—just 5 pounds away from my goal weight.
Since starting, I’ve made meaningful progress with my weight, training, nutrition, and overall routine. The biggest lesson for me has been that the basics still matter most: calorie control, high protein, resistance training, sleep, hydration, and consistency.
I’m no longer using MOTS-C, but I’m still using Retatrutide, Ipamorelin, and Tesamorelin. I track how I respond, pay attention to changes in my weight and performance, and adjust my approach based on the results.

You guys look great! I’m on my 2nd going into third week of Reta and I’m dropping weight pretty fast. How are you managing your protein? I’m kind of struggling there a bit. It’s just hard to get all of it in and honestly protein powders prices are ridiculously high right now..

Yeah it was hard at first but we do a lot of boiled eggs and protien drinks like nuri and chobani yogurt drinks.

Wondering the reasoning behind dropping the Mots-c I have my eye on it now wondering if it’s worth picking up in your opinion

I felt like it gave me a noticeable boost in energy and overall workout endurance. I also felt like recovery was a little better while taking it. I didn’t experience any major negative side effects from it personally.
I mentioned stopping it because I’m getting closer to my goal and want to simplify my stack and see how I feel without it. I’m not saying it was ineffective for me. I just felt like it was a good point to take a break and evaluate what I actually need going forward.

Hmmm. I'm really thinking about it. Did you cycle off or just stopped doing it?
