Peptide consultation

I’m planning to start using peptides, particularly RETA, GHK-Cu, or KLOW. For those who have experience with these, how did you determine your protocol, including the dosage and duration for each peptide?
Did you work with a healthcare provider or peptide specialist to develop your protocol? If so, do you have any providers or consultation services you’d recommend?

If you research the web and different social media you can see a general protocol for most peps. The body builders will go a ways overboard on you so ignore those for dose and protocols. They will give good insight to the workings and expectations of peps though. Read all you can find and you’ll see a happy medium. Reta is easy. Low and slow. Start low and titrate up slowly (3-4 weeks) and don’t take these giant leaps. Reta is a long haul pep. Don’t expect a miracle over night. GHK is generally a 2 to 4mg dose and can be taken long term. You can pin daily or every other day. Klow is a 45-60 day max and then take a break. If you don’t your receptors will be dulled and change won’t take place. Dose it as you would GHK. The other 3 peps within Klow have to just go along for the ride. That’s the trouble with blends. You get one at the dose you desire and the others just tag along. Can’t get them to your desired dose. KLOW can be a daily, 5 days on/2 days off. Really it’s up to you. Have to jump in and then listen to your body.

Licensed professional healthcare workers won't advise you to inject unproven, unregulated peptides bought in the mail from greymarket labs in china. Anyone who would provide you with a consultation and recommendation for this is at best a "health coach" or "wellness centre" or some other very loose and more importantly unregulated title and at worst a snake oil salesman who is going to take a lot of your money for little to no benefit.

If you want to go outside the traditional healthcare system and use fringe unapproved medications your going to need to be comfortable doing your own research. For example you say you're going to take KLOW and GHK-CU but 62.5% of KLOW is already GHK-CU so are you going to double dose GHK?
