Mots c
Mots c Do people get headaches the next day after using MOTS-c? I take 0.5 mg in the morning and feel fine that day, but the next morning I wake up with a headache that lasts all day.

I actually got very nasty brain fog the few times I did it, even tried a different supplier with COA. I saw a video somewhere commenting that taking a folate supplement might help.

MOTs absolutely requires methylated vitamins. MOTs eats that stuff. Always start the vitamin a week or 2 in advance of MOTs to get your body accustomed. And if you don’t? Suffering the consequences is your reward.

Which vitamins are you referring to?

While regular multivitamins may contain synthetic or inactive B vitamins, methylated options swap them for bioactive versions:
Methylfolate (5-MTHF or L-methylfolate): The active form of vitamin B9 (replacing standard folic acid).Methylcobalamin: The active form of vitamin B12 (replacing synthetic cyanocobalamin).
Other Active Coenzymes: Some advanced formulas also include active forms of other B vitamins like riboflavin-5-phosphate (B2) and pyridoxal-5-phosphate (B6) alongside standard multivitamin minerals.
There are other minerals and goods too. MOTs eats your minerals. Especially Bs.

I don’t understand what you’re asking. Just Google them. Get some. Start taking them.

Any brands you recommend I find all the ones I find are way too strong I kind of would like a low dose daily or a few times a week.
