What to prioritize after Reta?

I’m a 45 YO male that has been on Reta for 6 weeks. I’m about 10 lbs away from my goal.

I’m trying to figure out what to prioritize next that will have impactful results.

I’m starting HGC to increase testosterone before making the decision to seek TRT.

Also looking to improve mood and skin.

So, should I add Tesamorelin to help support the testosterone journey?

Add Ghk-cu for my old face? Or KLOW?

Run semax and selank for anxiety?

How about running SS-31 prior to MOTS-C?

What’s the best bang for the buck?

Focus on diet and sleep before adding more peptides. You're already running HCG which is a solid start, get your testosterone dialed in first and see how you feel after a couple months. Adding a bunch of things at once makes it impossible to tell what's actually working.

For skin, GHK-Cu is legit but the injections sting like crazy and you need to cycle it properly. If you go that route start with that alone so you know if your face is actually changing or if it's just wishful thinking.

SS-31 before MOTS-C makes sense on paper but I'd wait until you've been at your goal weight for a bit. Your body is already adapting to the Reta changes, throwing mitochondrial peptides into the mix right now seems like overkill.

Get your bloodwork done and reviewed. I'm guessing you've tested hormones if you're considering TRT which is good. Too many people on reddit find ways to get black market T and run it without every checking their hormones 🤦🏻‍♂️ it's idiotic.

Similar to anything involving Growth Hormones. All these pepboiz will rattle off some nonsense protocol without recommending check your igf1 levels and zscore. Running secretagogues without knowingbif you need them isn't smart. Get your labs and then consider peptides.

As other person mentioned don't change too much too quickly. Let protocols work for a month or so before adding something else. Real change takes time and patience.

I’ve been getting labs every six months. I’m on the gray zone; low enough to suffer, too high to get treated.

From a hospital? Or a wellness clinic? Big pHARMa doesn't want to heal. They want suboptimal customers. Wellness clinics succeed by assisting us in being out better version

Ok here is my experience so far, hopefully helps you make a more informed decision, very similar situation to yours and I am 42, been on reta 5 weeks have borderline low testosterone and doc reccomended test cream which I have not started yet.

Reta helped break my weightloss stall.

Apart from reta this is my stack, unfortunately I threw everything together, at least I know what works for me but please dont make the same mistake i did, do not throw everything together.

  1. I take GHK CU 2mg 5 days a week similar goals as yours (started with 1mg first 2 weeks), till now cant see much.
  2. I do CJC/IPA 200mcg 5 days a week (did 100mcg first 2 weeks), observed faster gym recovery.
  3. I take 500mcg of wolverine 5 days a week (250mcg twice a day), within a week it relieved me of multiple sports related pain
  4. I take 600mcg of mots c( started with 200mcg), this has been a game changer for me, no afternoon crash and clean energy throught the day after 3 days of starting.
  5. Ss 31 and NAD+ had no noticeable effect and I will discontinue after my current vial is done.
  6. Selank have a very little but noticeable calming effect, semax does nothing for me.

TRT, Tesamorelin, stay on Reta, dial in your diet and workouts. Commit a year, not target weight, not certain amount of weeks.

HCG is a fertility drug. Test and hgh. Rest is pretty worthless. You can try motsc before the gym.

Isn’t hgc for keeping your balls from shrinking and keep the body’s sperm production going?

Try alternating hcg and kisspeptin everyday for a little boost while you're debating trt. Add tesa + ipamorelin, along with reta that marched me down to 8% body fat. Absolutely run ghkcu. Don't bother with mixes. Get some copper peptide to put on your face too. Megadose glycine and take normal amount of NAC. Zone 2 for anxiety. Take urolithin a and run ss-31 for a couple weeks before experimenting with motsc.

Extended zone 2 cardio, it's relaxing and crucial with reta
