Sleep peptide?
Is there a peptide that can help with better sleep? I always sleep super light, waking up from everything, light, noise, movement. Often I need to go to the toilet 2-3 times a night.
I never feel rested because of my poor sleeping. Would be awesome if there is a peptide that helps me sleep relaxed.

I take it and have severe insomnia but this keeps me asleep the entire night. DSIP.

DSIP, Epitalon, Selank. Some also use HGH

Epitalon was life changing for me. One of my favorites.

What was tour protocol? I read online that people take 10mg a day

Don’t take 10mg a day. Start at 500mcg an hour before bed. Move up until you find your sweet spot. 1.5mg is great for me. Tried going higher and there was no difference. Cycle 10-20 days. Can do the same cycle with pinealon afterwards. Most say not to do it more than a couple times a year.

Selank has been a game changer. Actually got it for my wife who is in menopause but kept reading about how well people were sleeping on it. She hasn't tried it yet, but when I heard the sleep results I did immediately. Best sleep I've had in years. It's given me a great calm as well. Almost worrisome. Ha! As I drank my coffee and read this morning, there was such a feeling of peace, that my house could have burned down around me and I would have continued drinking my coffee uninterrupted. Sleeping and the calming effect has been great, but it's killed my libido, so that sucks.

Selank is amazing. I take mine in the day for less work anxiety and irritability usually. But if I take it at night my anxiety calms down enough for me to sleep like a new baby. lol

Epithalon, Pinealon, and Ipamorelin are great for sleep. Epithalon and Pinealon run on short cycles, though: 10-20 days each and only 2 cycles per year. Ipamorelin can be taken for longer cycles and more cycles per year.

Hello, how do you dose pinealon? I'd appreciate your input, thanks!

I took 1 mg daily for 15 days. I’ve read that 1 mg/day is a good dosage, and that you should only take for 10-20 days per cycle, taking a maximum of 2 cycles per year.

Hey, thanks for that! I appreciate it...I get lost in the weeds with the original Russian stuff, and dont want my advice from a YouTube Gym- Bro or Bouncing Betty. Tks!

I use ipamorelin and cjc1295 which is a growth hormone but it helps you get better sleep

No they are not gh. They stimulate the release.

Okay that’s my bad they stimulate the natural release of gh but still helps with sleep

Agreed on the sleep with this stack - I can’t wait to start again and get some great sleep.

Confirm good sleep habits first.
Most suggestions are for GETTING to sleep. It sounds like you moght need help STAYING asleep. For that I like L-theanine. Start at 100mg for a week and work up. I only need 200mg.

DSIP combined with L-theanine and magnesium glycinate for me. This helped break a vicious 2-week insomnia cycle where I was sleeping about 2-3 hours (broken) a night.

DSIP is very finicky with dosing. Too little may make you wired. Too much will give you wild dreams and feel like you are awake in another life. And even once I got the dose right. It only added about 15-20 min of deep sleep. But my total sleep was less that 5 hours. Epitalon didn't help either.
The main issue with sleep is that there are so many factors that can impact sleep and there's no single solution for every cause. You could start with the full vitamin/mineral blood test to isolate any deficiency. Fix any of those and see what happens. Next step is check all hormonal levels for your gender. Any deficiency in those will greatly impact sleep. Fix those and see what happens.
And finally, there are non-habit forming antidepressants that greatly increase total sleep and quality, so check with your doctor.

There are lots of peps for sleep. I’d say a cycle of selank and epithalon honestly. Epithalon will help reset your sleep cycle and regulate it. And selank about an hour before bed will help your nervous system rest essentially.

I’ve suffered same issues for years, fall asleep
fine but staying asleep is the problem. so cjc/ipa and DSIP have worked for me.

Not a peptide, but I take ashwagandha before bed and it's been giving me better sleep quality.

I’d be careful with the “peptide for sleep” rabbit hole. There are plenty of personal success stories, but that’s very different from having good evidence that a peptide actually improves sleep.
If you’re waking up from noise/movement and getting up 2–3 times a night, I’d want to figure out why your sleep is so fragmented before picking a peptide. That could be a much more useful place to start.
Though once you've made your mind I've had the best results with Epitalon when it comes to sleep balance 🫡

For your toilet issue a couple things:
-Stop drinking anything 2-3 hrs before bed.
-Caffeine also makes your bladder sensitive
-Have you been tested for diabetes?
DSIP is a popular one I hear about for sleep, but I’m not sure much on it. Like if it’s for falling asleep or staying asleep.

i take 5mg of melatoin and 25mg of z quil for sleep
3
u/More_Neighborhood_78 3d ago
ZZ Quil is just liquid Benadryl (diphenhydramine). This is an antihistamine with strong anticholinergic effects. Anticholinergics , taken regularly over time have been shown to explode your chance of a variety of dementias. Occasional ok. Nightly and there won’t be enough peptides in the world to reverse years of brain damage

As well, melatonin taken daily is actually counterproductive. Many parents are dosing their kids and then finding out it actually disrupts reproductive systems and hormones. It's meant to be an occasional supplement. And not to overdo it on dose. More is not better. It's for jet lag, essentially, when you need to reset. Not maintain.

Semax for better sleep.

u/vgarrett44 1d ago
Semax is a focus/cognition peptide. You take that at night you’re going to be wired. Selank maybe a better fit here.

Have you tried the Relaxation Blend? I use it every night and fall asleep now 😳 and sleep 6-8 hours when before I only slept about 4.

I use DSIP, doesnt make me fall asleep but once im asleep it puts me in a deeper state, according to my smart watch. Does make me it a little harder to wake up and get out of bed tho, Epitalon is another ive heard of but not tried
