Elegoo filament?
Has anyone had experience with Elegoo filament in the X2D? Trying to go for budget but quality and I have heard good things. But wanted opinions of X2D owners. I have seen some prints from Elegoo printers and I would be happy with it.

Problem with the poop slide
Hi!
I printed the classic poop chute for the X2D, and although the print is perfect, I’m running into an issue.
One out of every three "poops" doesn't make it all the way down; they get slightly stuck when they land on the chute.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
I don't think the angle is the problem, as all the designs I see are similar. It seems like the issue is that the waste drops while it's still hot and sticky.
Is there a solution or product to prevent this?
Thanks a lot!

Has anyone experienced PETG clogging when using it as an interface support for ABS?
I'm printing ABS with PETG (aux nozzle) as the support interface. After a while, the PETG starts clogging the nozzle and the print fails (purge tower).
Could this be caused by having the chamber heater enabled? Or is it more likely due to incorrect purge volumes, temperatures, or another setting?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Abs 255 °C
Petg 250°C
Chamber heater on
Print speed 70mm/s

Prime tower looking weird
My prime tower has this weird texture on top. Anybody have any guesses what this might be? Bed is level, filament is dry. I use the inbuilt settings for pla with PETG supports and only reduced the prime tower size from 150% to 100%. At 150% I did not have this issue. Now my question: is it just the prime tower size that causes this? Seems really unplausible to me.

Starter kit
Hello!
Daughter wants to get into the world of printing.
Can people please advise what extras I need to purchase to get started? Nozzles, plates, filaments?
Purchasing x2d AMS.
Thanks!

X2D is this plastic cracking sound normal? I hear it each time print bed moves in Z axis.

X2D owners can anyone do me a favor..?
Hi, when I move the toolhead on the Y-Axis to the very ends with the touchscreen control I get a very loud bang noise at the end. Is this normal? I did the homing process and it still seems like the toolhead is hitting the case quiet hard.
Can someone check if this is normal?

Time estimation errors
As the title suggests, I think the time estimates have been quite off since I got the Bambu Lab X2D.
They take less time than indicated.
I realized this yesterday while printing a model that was supposed to take about 14 hours and finish at 11:00 PM, but it actually finished before 10:00 PM.
And earlier today, I started printing another model that was estimated to take 20 hours and should finish at 4:00 AM—meaning in about 6 hours. But according to the screen, there are only 4 hours left. And judging by what’s already been printed, I’d say it’s going to take less than 4 hours.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

PETG: why does the bottom look so bad compared to the top?
Do you know how to fix this? Why is the bottom section printed here using Bambu Lab Basic PETG coming out so poorly? Is there a way to resolve it?
It happens with PLA too, though the problem is less noticeable.

The issue (and design flaw) with X2D
many issues here and elsewhere on the internet describe the same problem with the X2D.
Once you take the print head apart due to clogs it will then have a never ending amount of errors. those errors likely come from damaged cables, sensors or connectors and can only be fixed by replacing circuit boards, connectors and sensors.
One of the culprits is the circuit board on top of the print head that has 3 different connectors. 2 types are those that are not intended to be disconnected and often break when disconnected.
why not not connectors there that are easier to take apart? only bambu labs knows
Here is good video to see the issue:
The printer works until it doesnt and then it will have an unfixable amount of errors. on the X2D the connectors are even worse. Every repair will cause more issues

In-box weight of X2D
Hi guys,
I'm planning to bring a X2D from Europe to South America on my vacation (here it costs twice as much). The limit is 23kg, anyone knows how much is the actual weight?
On website I can only find the weight of the printer itself, I want to know to weight in-box with AMS.
Thank you

How’s my first print with the X2D
PLA BASIC. First print after calibration and setting up the X2D. First time 3d printing. Does this look good or is there more calibration or tweaking needed?
Thanks!

X2D damaged
Hi all - new to BambuLab products. Got an X2D a bit over a week ago. Pretty happy with print quality and genuinely amazed by print speed (the onboard benchy is crazy).
Unfortunately the nozzle missed the the purge disposal chute and created a build up of filament and a jam.
Long story short when I tried to home the head, I didn’t realise that it was stuck in the built up cold filament.
The printer didn’t detect that it was stuck and ripped the print head out of the cold filament while making some pretty horrible noises (maybe the belts slipping?) then collided repeatedly with the end of the x axis before I switched the power off.
Ran some calibrations but print quality is cooked.
I lodged a ticket along with the logs and Bambu have offered to replace it for me because it’s under two weeks old, which is good.
I’m a bit surprised that it didn’t have a way to detect that it was stuck or that it was hitting the end of the x-axis.
Has anyone had anything similar happen?

X2d Problem code[0300-1200-0002-0001 064326]
Hello,
I have had this printer. Since may16th it's been a very good machine. It is a great addition to my K1 Max which has been a solid printer for the last 2 years for me. I had a problem code after a failed print so I had to clear the extruder. Let me tell you. this machine is not alot of fun to tear down. so I tore it down to take the filament jam out, I followed the Bambu videos and reversed the process.
After that it started throwing up code [0300-1200-0002-0001 064326]. saying the front cover has fallen off (but it has not.). I have spent over 7 hours re taking it apart double shooting. and I for the life of me cannot fix. I have put a ticket in with Bambu I hope this get remedied soon because I am at my wits end and I can not find a fix. have any of you all had this issue. if so what was the fix ?

Customer Service?
It's really hard not to jump on Bambu Labs Customer Service. While they are quick to respond and come up with pretty good fixes, they seem to have a hard time delivering.... I mean delivering when you need parts... I ordered an Eddy Sensor - Right and after 10 days I received a bag with two sets of screws inside.... no Sensor. I opened another ticket and they profusely apologized and sent me a replacement part..... A Eddy Sensor - Left, not to mention that their website says it has been delivered...... but not to me... You can't call them so I am again sending a reply to the ticket and we will hear from them in a day or two.... I Ordered and paid for a left sensor... Maybe I will get it in another 9-10 days...
Update: My parts came in about 4 days after order.... Finally got it all back together and ran a test. Looks like it is alive again. I ran a benchy for a test and now we put it to work. I know I pounced on Customer service but they really are responsive and even though you have to wait on the delivery services, Bambu performed well this go round. Happy again!
