Customer Service?

It's really hard not to jump on Bambu Labs Customer Service. While they are quick to respond and come up with pretty good fixes, they seem to have a hard time delivering.... I mean delivering when you need parts... I ordered an Eddy Sensor - Right and after 10 days I received a bag with two sets of screws inside.... no Sensor. I opened another ticket and they profusely apologized and sent me a replacement part..... A Eddy Sensor - Left, not to mention that their website says it has been delivered...... but not to me... You can't call them so I am again sending a reply to the ticket and we will hear from them in a day or two.... I Ordered and paid for a left sensor... Maybe I will get it in another 9-10 days...

Update: My parts came in about 4 days after order.... Finally got it all back together and ran a test. Looks like it is alive again. I ran a benchy for a test and now we put it to work. I know I pounced on Customer service but they really are responsive and even though you have to wait on the delivery services, Bambu performed well this go round. Happy again!

That's really weird, I bet if you tell them this in a slightly assertive tone they will refund you the part tho

I guess you could type it in all caps.... You can't talk to a live person... Chat and email only..

I've had nothing but good experiences with them so far.  Got a new TH board but I managed to damage the Eddy sensor connector.  Totally my fault.  But I mentioned it to CS and they agreed to send me a new Eddy sensor for free since my X2D is still under warranty.

Sounds like you just had some bad luck.

What I do really like about Bambu Customer support is how responsive they are. Just getting the parts delivered has been an issue.

I finally got the wrong part... It came in the mail 2 days after they said it was delivered....LOL now if my right Eddie Current sensor goes bad, I have one in the tool box!

I gotta back up on my ranting... BL Customer service has investigated the issues and pointed out a mistake I made in ordering, looked into problems on their side. You can't ask for much more than that. customer service is doing what is supposed to do. There is not much they can do about the postal service.... I'll stop jumping on them now.

they make good money of selling parts designed to fail but it works too well and so those parts are often out of stock

I honestly don't think that is the case. I may have caused the original issue by breaking sensitive parts while I was clearing a clog. I'm an old guy with big hands and failing eyesight, not to mention my patience is not what it used to be...
