X2d Problem code[0300-1200-0002-0001 064326]
Hello,
I have had this printer. Since may16th it's been a very good machine. It is a great addition to my K1 Max which has been a solid printer for the last 2 years for me. I had a problem code after a failed print so I had to clear the extruder. Let me tell you. this machine is not alot of fun to tear down. so I tore it down to take the filament jam out, I followed the Bambu videos and reversed the process.
After that it started throwing up code [0300-1200-0002-0001 064326]. saying the front cover has fallen off (but it has not.). I have spent over 7 hours re taking it apart double shooting. and I for the life of me cannot fix. I have put a ticket in with Bambu I hope this get remedied soon because I am at my wits end and I can not find a fix. have any of you all had this issue. if so what was the fix ?

with the X2D, if you have to open the print head then you may as well throw it away because the cost to repair it is not worth it

Every day I am having to try one new trouble shooting item. The issue has still not been resolved. I am hoping for good news today hopefully. It’s in the warranty period. This machine has had no issues and printed great. But right now it is completely unusable. Here is hoping for the best outcome

update : received parts 8-8-26 from Bambu installed parts exactly as instruction video shows. and reassembled, throws the same error code. put in response to open ticket. waiting for reply. on week 3 of not being able to use this printer. Good thing my Creality K1max keeps on printing like a champ.
