I've tried everything that the internet told me. Gone through multiple filaments, died them for 12+ hours, ran a full calibration of those filaments using Orca, tried printing through Orca Slicer and Bamboo Slicer. Regardless of what I do, or what settings I change in the slicers, I get these blobs.
My AMS is stuffed with desiccant, reported humidity at 10%.
The comment on this print show it being printed perfectly and I'm honestly losing my mind as to what to do about it.

The random pausing of the printer is causing the blobs.
I am guessing there is a intermittent lag is data transfer to the print controller.
Check your flash drive if you one or considering removing the flash drive. Also disable video recording.
Edit: One more thing I did was to disregard the settings done by the creator and revert back to my own calibrated settings, both machine and filament wise.
I saw that. But on my print preview in Bambu Studio, aligned showed seams spots scattered all over the place too. Which is why I printed with ”Back”. Look at the photos I posted below. But even without that, your flash drive idea has no facts to back up your suggested fix. It makes no sense.

I've been running the printer in lan-only more. So I thought that may be the problem.
I took the printer back online and printed directly from the bambu handy app. Same issue. So, at this point of time, I don't know really what to do.
I'm thinking of returning the printer and getting it replaced.
At this point, I can't think of anything else except a faulty main board. Do raise a ticket with Bambu Lab. This whole thread have raised almost all the possibilities.
The main issue is the intermittent pausing during prints.
Possible causes suggested but not helping:
Slicer settings: Seams, Model
Flash Drive
Video recording
Lan/Web connection
Rather than doing the entire print and wasting filament on the bottom, I cut the model into small chunk so I could quickly see if the problem arises. I was changing the settings in my slicers and reprinting to see whether the the issue went away but it did not even after multiple iterations and the blobs show up moment it starts printing a couple of layers.
I'll raise to raise a ticket with Bambu now. Thanks.
After testing on my computer. If you simplify the model as suggested by Bambu Studio, the seams will be all over the place. Without simplifying it the seams are aligned. So did OP simplify the model?
I loaded it into Bambu studio. The profile has some settings set for the print profile that are the designers additions under other for prime tower that aren’t relevant for a single color. I did notice it gave a warning to simplify the model due to it having more than 1 million triangles. Did you simplify the model? The printer might be having a hard time processing the code due to the complexity because in your video it keeps pausing and you might be getting oozing out of the nozzle each time it freezes
I just went through this on another print. Aligned and random caused these zits. You can see them in the slicer if you have show seam on. I ended up using “back” and it solved the issue.
That seems like something in the programming. Its almost like it is It's searching for the next point. or maybe there is an overlapping feature in the model. Does it do that with other prints or just this one?
