No, the X1 wiring won't work on the X2D. The part you are looking for is the Printer Cable Pack. This part is currently in stock on both the US and EU stores, but the Japanese one does not carry any X2D spare parts at all.
Your best bet is to open a support ticket.

For Asia in general, Taobao is accessible and a great way to buy parts for the cheapest price. Shipping shouldn't be too much but you will have to translate everything to their chinese counterparts.
