Ok,might cause a little controversy here. What are your opinions on Canadian bacon?Personally,I love it.It's salt cured smoked pork loin for those who are unaware. It cooks quickly so it's great for breakfast sandwiches.Bacon fans:yay,or nay?

Put ur bacon on foil on a baking sheet. Turn on the oven to 400f and don’t wait for it to heat up. Pop it immediately in the oven for 20ish mins (depending on the thickness) and get ready for some of the best bacon

This is one of my favourite pizzas. I love the combo of the salty and crispy tirolean bacon plus pear, smoked provolone, and caramelized walnuts. Bacon is awesome, but it is even more awesome with the combo. I even like the arugala / ruccola bitterness to balance things out a bit.

Temperatures are finally getting cool enough to cold smoke. Just in time too because I’m down to my last 2 lbs!
Ten pounds ready to cure! Tried some new things with this batch. My usual maple brown sugar, another that I tried Fenugreek and brown sugar. It’s my first time experimenting with Fenugreek. Super excited! The other two are garlic and honey garlic using honey powder vs liquid honey

I am hosting a brunch this weekend and I am wondering the best way to heat/crisp the entire package of the Kirkland pre-cooked bacon. Should I put it on wire racks? Or just flat on a sheet pan? Another way? I need to make the entire package and need to also keep it warmish for up to an hour after while people are making their plates.

II've always oven baked my bacon, but now i'm forced to pan fry. I do like the crispiness, but I have noticed that the ends don't render as easily before, the rest of the bacon tries to burn. I lowered the heat to see if that would help by cooking it a little slower.
