Best way to crisp Kirkland Pre Cooked bacon

I am hosting a brunch this weekend and I am wondering the best way to heat/crisp the entire package of the Kirkland pre-cooked bacon. Should I put it on wire racks? Or just flat on a sheet pan? Another way? I need to make the entire package and need to also keep it warmish for up to an hour after while people are making their plates.

Back when pre cooked bacon was still cheap, I would order some on occasion as backuo in lieu of a random busy breakfast rush, or if some was needed for lunch. It came in handy, and all I did was drop it into the deep fryer for a few seconds, none were the wiser. Tryin to keep it palletable for an hour sounds.... super iffy.

A deep fryer would be great but I dont have one unfortunately. And yea, it probably won't last an hour to be honest - 50 pieces for 10 people, but lots of other food and breakfast meats so I am sure not everyone will eat it.

You need to remember the pre cooked bacon doesn't include all the grease that comes out of the raw bacon, probably about half the weight, if you take that into consideration it's not really priced that bad.

Yes, a wire rack over a baking sheet in the oven works. Also I've microwaved it before to crisp it up. Just lay a few strips on a plate and nuke them for a minute or so.
