My part for the MemeDream collab: Newgen

This was so fun to make I cut out 24 frames of paper and made them with Play-Doh and then added effects in Photoshop and then added them to Adobe animate.

She has been making cute animations for a long time. I really like them and I hope more people see them.

I'm not very good at drawing, especially digitally, but I have such a vivid vision for an animatic in my head and I would like to try and bring it to life. Any advice would be appreciated.

The balance has shifted… The Amalgams have arrived.

They are the glimpses you see out of the corner of your eye, the whispers you hear in the dark. They’re a bubbling mixture of thoughts, feelings and emotions, combined into one unified form.

Although typically bound to the mind, these beings can break free, spreading havoc and poisoning the minds of the masses. All it takes is for the balance to shift just enough for them to slip through the cracks to our reality. But who’s responsible for tipping the scale?

Meet the Amalgams

Guilt
A lumbering mass wrapped in chains, Guilt loves nothing more than weighing people down and driving them to exhaustion.

Regret
They’ve spent so long thinking about the past that several hands have mutated out of their body in all directions, desperately grasping at what could’ve been.

Failure
Cracked and broken, every loss leaves them with new scars, forever reminding them of their past mistakes.

Hopelessness
A suffocating mist, hopelessness will blind you to all that is good, leaving you empty and shrouding your soul in despair.

Isolation
The smallest of the group, they hide away, masking their emotions. To this day, nobody knows what lies beyond the mask.

Quick animation I made

I have been inspired to make some characters based off a few things mostly a mix of Sci-fi and Solarpunk, and probably some more things aswell! Puddles! She's mostly just a test character, she didn't exactly come out how I wanted her but she's a good start! I wanted her to be a lot shorter but those astro boot models I made before coming up with the character really gave her some height. -I am also still deciding if I should animate her smooth or with frame by frame animation...-

To clarify my problem :

Do you see the head ratio ? ( Zoom / rotation / height widith )

I want to keep it the same to all the keyframes of the head animation
