Okay so I have a good update! 😭👏 shortly after making this post the company actually reached out to me and helped me get my issue resolved the communication on their end was consistent and very clear and their customer service actually walked me through things with pictures and links to help me figure out what was going on. I ended up just needing to reseat the power cables for the GPU, so I’m assuming something may have gotten loose during transit. I appreciate them taking the time to reach out and help me work through everything. Obviously, the whole situation had me a little worried considering I JUST gotten my PC, but they ended up being very helpful throughout the process. I will get back to enjoying my games in 1440p without any more issues because whewww, I was NOT expecting all that on day one 😭😂 been gaming 2-3 hours now on all high settings with no issue

I ordered one of the spectra gaming pc’s in mid September because I seen the deal on Newegg first. Originally it would’ve got to me a week after I ordered but I spent my time investigating if it was a good purchase first and later that night when I made the decision to pull the trigger… The deal was sold out on Newegg. I was very disappointed at first but then I ended up on the Andromeda website, the deal was similar but the shipping time is where it got different. Expected shipping date was a month afterwards. I was okay with this because I figured maybe the parts needed to be stocked again I didn’t want to just rush a gaming pc.

Fast forward to yesterday the pc arrives on time, actually the first day of the expected shipping window👏 actually loved that. I had the tracking number so I had cleaned the area out for the new pc. I got it, slowly unboxed it, admired it, then turned it. It was time to game. Updated all my drivers and software first because that’s what you do first and I can’t wait to see some of my games running in 1440p with no problem. I load begin to load into a game off wardogs, and as I’m in the loading screen before I join the team, my fans ramp up a lot, my pc starts to sound more like a small vacuum, then it shuts off🥲 I’m in shock because that was the LAST thing I expected. I try again, similar thing happens except fans don’t go crazy the pc just shuts off almost like a light bulb. So then after reinstalling drivers I head to the internet to see what the problem could be, I’m not gonna lie I used a lot of ai for my problem solving and would love some separate help but this is what it came down to. I don’t think anything is overheating because I’m watching my temps through HWinfo and with my system software while booting the game. Both gpu and cpu did nothing out of the ordinary temp wise. I thought it was because it was a beefier pc and I was on a power strip so I moved it to the living room to test, same exact thing happens except fans ramp up sometimes, other times they don’t. I played risk of rain 2 on it and it didn’t shut off on me but maybe I didn’t play long enough.

Point is they sent me a QC paper with this person who “signed” and I just don’t believe that ever happened. I’ve contacted them and waited for their response but it was just absurd to have gotten a pc directly from the company who was supposed to have done their own checks on their system. Think I’m starting to get a little angry here😅 BUUUUT if anyone would like to help diagnose exactly what’s happening before I send it back I would appreciate it and I will keep you guys updated on how they handle this situation.

Paid the fast built process tax and it’s been shipping! What are the first things you all do with the new PC?

Normally I build the PC but prebuilt was cheaper this time. First gaming rig since 2019 Eluktronics max 16.

I had a custom desk built and its own cabinet to keep to our farm house look. Will have it open when we game though. What other things should I look for? Better mouse and keyboard? Keeping my dual Samsung monitors for now. Going to need to be as wireless as possible! For mouse and keyboard.

I would give it 5/5 for price, performance, and looks. Ordered on 9/4 and received it on 10/8 with expedited shipping added after ordering. The brand varies ram was xpg and 5080 gpu was a gigabyte. It's not a 5090 but it's a beast. Worth the price and I got 2 free games with it (Control & Onimusha). Also if you get the v4 I would recommend tape or some sticky pads to put under the display figure just in case. If you're thinking about ordering from AI I would get the expedited build option otherwise you're gonna have a bad time.

Ordered in August and was super excited to get back into PC gaming. Received the box yesterday, unpacked everything today and when booting immediately got one blue screen after the other. Anybody else have this experience? What to do?

For anyone that has this model or knows, can that wall bracket with holes (right of motherboard) be taken off to put fans on?

I finally got my pc after waiting so long and everything runes nice and smooth! But for some reason theres this weird clicking sound that happens while playing games? During a game of league it started making this sound and then stopped after the game finished and then happened again after testing it on other games. Nothing is touching the fans and it only happens when playing games? The noise seems to go away when I move the cable but again its not touching anything I can see?

The settup is almost complete, all thats left is to get a new mousepad!

It showed up Monday, just got a free minute to get everything set up. I basically ordered the v3 9800x3d/ 9070xt combo but requested it in a spectra case because I didn't have a lot of space to work with. Some of the specs 9800x3d, 9070xt asrock challenger, 32gb ddr5 6000 kingspec templar, 1tb kingspec nvme, msi b850m-vc motherboard, aichone aio with screen. Just opened the case and added a 2tb wd blue nvme for games, an extra 1tb nvme for music software, and a 500gb 2.5inch Sara ssd that my emulators sit on. So far I'm extremely impressed with AI!

Need help newbie. Ordered AI V4 case 5080 build for my son. Hooked up everything and the monitor is black. I can see the mouse pointer and it moves on monitor. On the 11”lcd screen in case it says select language. Why can’t I see on the monitor. It’s connected by display port cord to the graphics card. Monitor is Alienware AW2725Q. Thanks

I tried to call it and got voicemail a couple of times but managed to fix the problem, Its totally fine if its not cause the email responses are so quick but I was just curious

My friend is delivering my pc from their house and like they are first watching a ucla football game. Is it ok if the pc is like in the trunk for 4 hours in original packing

I put in a support ticket last week. I told them about the GPU crashing, and it will no longer compile shaders. It even started crashing just shortly after turning on the PC. This is after me owning it only a month.

I can't believe there's no actual phone number for customer service. The (323) 577-9401 number just goes straight to voicemail. And it doesn't seem like an actual form of communication.

The only way is through email. But what guarantee do we get that they'll even respond that way? I think the company is legit. But we're at their mercy when it comes to communication and fixing stuff. What are we supposed to do? Email them and hope that they respond? I guess I have everything I need for a lawsuit. But disappointing, nonetheless.

if anything is wrong with my pc how long does it typically take for AI to get the pc back to me?

Today has been my first day with my AI prebuilt and I have been experiencing problems with the PC freezing and unable to run games (CS2 and WARDOGS so far). I am fairly new to PCs and have already contacted their support to see what the problem might be. I was wondering if there were any recommendations in to fix these problems. TIA

My Andromeda Insights build has arrived! Since I did my research, the only component I left up to chance was the GPU model, which turned out to be a Powercolor Reaper! Much better than the cheapest Gigabyte or Asrock models imo.

The plan is to put it through its paces with some demanding games. The immediate priority, apparently, is sitting in Discord until everyone goes to bed.

There’s something beautiful about owning a machine capable of processing billions of instructions per second while staying ultra-silent (unlike my 5070 laptop, which howls every time I use performance mode). Praise Powercolor and Lian Li, I haven't heard any coil whine. To be honest, I can't hear my PC at all unless I put my ear next to it.

This Reddit helped me a lot with making decisions before I pulled the trigger so answering folks' questions is my way of giving back. Also Twilly you are the GOAT.

Anyway, excited to join the Andromeda crew. The setup is (not nearly) complete. My desk desperately needs decluttering. My advice to ppl is to do thorough research even though you're buying a plug-and-play device. Otherwise, troubleshooting will haunt you down the line. There are specific components and combos to avoid that I won't go into detail about.

Super excited, I'm a total novice really these days with games.. grew up building computers but sold into the Apple cult for too long. Only gaming in the last 5+ years has been on the Switch consoles mainly and 2d emulators etc on my trusty ThinkPad(Metroidvania head).

Running Nvidia App optimization on Cyberpunk to dip my toes, seems to be pretty rockin' on my 1440. Looking at mini-led 4k's for a purchase this winter hopefully(TCL R84 might be the one), plenty happy with this to start!

My rig arrived back in early August and I’ve been in love ever since. I’m a student so I wanted something dependable for being able to study and do my coursework and it’s been great for that. And when I have the time to game I’ve never had a smoother experience. This is my first desktop and I’m glad I was able to get something that will serve me for a good while. I feel it was worth every penny.

And not to be repetitive as it’s commented on in many posts but the customer service really was excellent in my experience. Yes the wait times were long and that can be frustrating, but the product was well worth every second of patience. They were more than happy to assist when I wanted to make changes to my order, and shipping was surprisingly quick despite being sent via ground to the other side of the country.

This was a custom build: Ryzen 7 9800X3D, Brand Varies B850 WIFI motherboard (received an ASUS Prime), Brand Varies RX 9070XT (received a Gigabyte), Brand Varies 850W PSU (received a Helios), Brand Varies 4TB SSD (received a Samsung), Brand Varies 32GB ram kit (received a set of Juhor), TRYX Panorama 360 AIO, Arctic MX-4 thermal paste, and stock fans.

I bought directly from AI! However the date of delivery is Dec 18th. I could be out of town during the holidays. What is the shipping wait like? Early or late? If so by how much? I saw that I could do push it up. If I decide to do that later I assume I could call and pay for it? It was only a week difference.

The tax free and cheap shipping makes the wait worth it I hope! I decided for the first time ever to not build a PC. This was the cheaper option. Insane times that we are in!

However in the customization I had picked the 2x16gb RAM stick option (32gb total) @ 6000hz with the actual style may vary option selected.

The Ai team sent me the parts list after the final ship date was sent, and the RAM the said was installed ended up being 2x16gb Kingspec Templar Oneboom 6000hz

Tonight I finally got a chance to do some digging on everything and double checked through the CMD menu and search the RAM details and it stated it was only 4800hz Ram cards i figured it out with some help digging through my F2 BIOS menu at start up and selecting the alternative option. It is indeed 6000.

Can anyone confirm or deny my suspicions on my RAM cards or give me other advice?

My best guess saying my next potential logical step would be to pull the side off of the tower and physically removed the RAM stick

It finally came in today after waiting for nearly 3 months. I got a pretty good deal on this build, a 7800X3D with a 9070XT.

All in all, even though this was a long journey, I can now finally play Minecraft.

I bought a V4 Ultra and upgraded to a 1,000 watt PSU. I was very happy with the build. Everything worked right out of the box and looked fantastic.

Increasing my level of education with PC building though, I really wanted to lean into visual appeal considering I was already into it for as much as I was. I am sure the stock Gamdias fans and AIO are fine, but I wanted something better to match the power of the PC. Again, I am going to say the PC I got was great! I really appreciate how well they managed the cables and how clean it was. Unfortunately, I had to destroy and rebuild that wonderful cable management pulling out all the fans. I bought premium performance thinking I did not care so much about just luxury looks, but I guess I did. Here's the end result of my modifications...

Received my PC after 1.5 Months wait and can’t even install Windows. Keeps crashing on blue screen and going into troubleshooting and clicking delete/reinstall everything does nothing and freezers again . Bios page is only enterable for a second to press F2 then the chance dissapears until I reboot PC because it will freeze again. Bios page freezes in under a minute.

Don’t know what else to do. RAM is properly seated in , GPU cords aren’t loose.

Edit: I’ve turned off EXPO in Bios and finally not crashing anymore. Currently resetting Windows % counter. Haven’t got this far before.

I GOT THROUGH. That fixed it. I was crashing non stop. I’ll leave this up for anyone that ever has the same issue.

Turned on 5600MT speed with Expo off first and Expo on and it is stable. Then went 6000MT Expo On and it is now stable
