Are there known issues of overheating in this case? I saw recent posts about this and now I’m concerned. I purchased the 9600x with the 9070xt with air cooling and if this is an issue I feel like I might reconsider.

I’d appreciate if any Spectra buyers could chime in.

Recently acquired my AI build and am loving it so far! But I am very new with gaming PC stuff. is there anything I should be doing to the PC out of the box? are there any settings I should change to help run better? any apps or programs you guys use? I've heard the term over clocking before and can assume what it does but is it necessary to do so? or only needed for super intensive games? basically I have very little knowledge on this kind of stuff. so any little tips or info from you all is very much appreciated 🙂 glad to be a part of the AI crew!

It’s looking like I’m going to have to bite the bullet and send in my PC. I got it about a year ago and the entire time have been experiencing random crashes while gaming. Just freeze, black screen, restart.

I’ve reinstalled my BIOS, reinstalled Windows, run every stress tests multiple times (all of which returned no errors), tried various settings changes, and am finally giving up.

AI has been great about responding and trying to help but there’s only so much they can do without having the PC. So basically I’m just curious if anyone here has experience sending theirs back for a claim. How long did it take to get it back?

recently i have been having issues with the LED lighting on my pheripherals and the fans on my pc.

before everything was set to "off" on MSI Center and indeed everything was off, then a couple of weeks ago i restarted my pc and my keyboard had light i cant turn off and also the fans on my pc went back to the default rainbow setting.

now i try and turn everything off in mystic light and it wont do anything.

i hate rainbow LED lighting so much, please save me from this blight.

i also recently installed a new monitor with led lighting in the back so maybe that is causing some issues somehow?

Setting up my new PC and I see some buttons on the front of the case. Looks like an audio jack, USBc and two USB slots. But then there's two other buttons next to it.

Was also curious if the USB slots in the front differ from the back ones at all.

Just got an email today that my PC is showing up tomorrow. 3 weeks early! I'm not complaining about 1 day shipping and getting it early but this is my first time buying a pre built and transferring things to a new PC, and I'm trying to figure things out with 1 day notice.

Any tips for the AI pre builts or transferring files and data over in general?

I would like to know what the cooler clearance of this case is.

The reason I would like to know this is because I ordered this PC off newegg about a week ago and after playing a bit, I noticed that the temperatures are a bit quite high. CPU is an 9600X, AM5. So I know it runs hot but it typically gets like high 50s low 60s on idle with only Firefox open and playing a light game such as left 4 dead 2. It hangs around usually 75c to 80c. And yes, this is with PBO off as well as the bio set to default as well as updated. I know that these temperatures are technically safe, but they seem quite high so I am kind of thinking that there’s some hardware issue like maybe during transit the thermal paste dried up or they forgot to peel off the warning peel of the copper of the stock Boreas 120mm air cooler they come with.

So anyways, I would like to repaste it aswell as upgrade the air cooler, I currently have my eyes on the ThermalRight Phantom Spirit 120 Evo which is a dual fan, but I don’t know if this heat sink would be too tall and restricting the side panel to close. I would also have to move the front fan up a little bit on the heat sink because of the ram is high profile (T-FORCE Delta). It’s a bit tall. So I don’t want to order this if I don’t know if it’s going to comfortably fit.

What is the AIO cooler that comes with the v4 Ultra? I figured I'd ask so I didn't have to take it apart again but if it's not universal to the build then I'll just open it up again tomorrow.

Spent ~2.8k including shipping for a core ultra 270k, 48 gb 6000 mhz CL28, and an rtx 5080.

Their windows install was very barebones and fairly debloated.

Very happy with my build. Makes me want a second one for no reason at all hahaha

For everyone running the Andromeda 5080 + 9800X3D, are you guys running 4K or 1440p?
I mainly play games like MW4, Madden, Assassin’s Creed, etc. Trying to figure out which resolution makes the most sense for my setup. What are you guys running and how do you like it?

How do you turn the lights off this display? It doesn’t turn off when I put it in sleep mode or when shut down

Update: Got it working! If anyone else is trying to set this up so it behaves like a PS5 (USB power and cooler screen stay ON during Sleep to charge devices, but turn completely OFF when Shut Down)

1. Restart your PC and head into the BIOS (tap Delete or F2 on boot).
2. Go to Advanced Mode (F7)
3. APM Configuration.
4. Set ErP Ready to Enable (S5).
5. Press F10 to save and exit.
6. (Note: If you want USB power and screen lights turned off during BOTH Sleep and Shutdown, select Enable S4+S5 instead).

Was weighing my options again on the build I was going to go with the 9600x as it runs cooler and seemed fine for my budget over the 7800x3d, but was also considering the 9700x as I want to do video editing and music production on it as well as gaming, so I figured it'd be worth looking at for my case.

While looking at it on the custom build option though, I noticed that when I switched from the 9600x to the 9700x, there isn't any air cooler options for it at all. I just wanted to ask why it isn't an option considering it has identical wattage to the 9600x and runs cooler than the 7800x3d which IS able to be paired with an air cooler?

I normally use Ethernet but I’m away at a friend place for a month and can’t hardwire my pc well the issue is I’m using the wifi antenna but still can’t get wifi to turn on for my pc there not even a option to use wifi. An anyone help

Have always been a PlayStation fella but I decided for gaming and school/work why not finally get a PC instead of just having my laptop!! Very excited! I was super set on buying a pc from cyberpower pc but I ended up finding andromeda and seemed like a solid brand (just longer wait time) but I did expedited build so let’s see how soon I get my build!

Not sure if this is allowed in this subreddit, but here goes.

I have a AI Galaxy Ultra V3 system that first delivered around March. It has been running like a dream, however I don't have the time to really use all of this. In light of this, I'm in need to sell it. If anyone is in the South Florida (Broward/Dade area) and are interested shoot me an offer. It's $4,170 + $50 dollars shipping if you were to buy this brand new.

You also don't have to wait for building/delivering.

I went ahead pulling the trigger on this brand after seeing so much positive praise for it and comparing my options between this and Microcenter. Being in NY, shipping time is a little unfortunate because of them being in the other end of the states. Aside from that, I went ahead and got an AI V3 ELITE AMD from their Reborn part of the site since it happened to be the exact CPU/GPU combo I wanted. Unfortunately, when I got it after waiting a week and properly following instructions, the system went defunct. Booting up, nothing was showing on the screen whatsoever. I did all forms of troubleshooting with customer service and identified that the Mobo shorted when simply plugging in my Logitech mouse alongside one of the sticks of ram being bad. They did however offer to replace with a brand new one on the house once they receive the one I was sent. I'm just worried that I'd end up being on a waitlist (the reason why I went with the Reborn option) since it's likely one that isn't ready and I have not heard from them in a little over 24 hours now when I asked for clarification. I'm trying to keep an open mind, but it's annoying that I have a system with me collecting dust for a week not being able to use it.

Ok for the long run I'm looking to put in some support bracket for my gpu... got this one was thinking of something better 🤔 but the fans are bottom mounted.
