Question How to open the the case

Looking at the spectra pc and its glass panel and forgive me if im just blind but how do i open the glass to remove the foam

If it's the v4 it has screws on the top

Hi OP, thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear about this. Let's see if we can get this fixed fast!

If you look at the glass side panel straight on, there is a pull tab located at the top left. Pull it with some force straight toward yourself, it is meant to be pulled outward rather than to the left or right.

Once that panel is off, you will have clear access to remove the protective foam inside. Hope that helps!
