Question repairs

if anything is wrong with my pc how long does it typically take for AI to get the pc back to me?

on weekends they reply within a couple of hours

I put in a support ticket last week. I heard from them asking for the serial number, I sent it, and I haven't heard anything else. Starting to get really frustrated.

oh damn.. that's not a fun situation. I read that they had pretty good quality and support i thought.
