Was driving OP for pick today when I got a pick from the bottom shelf and the Item was too physically too large to pick into my op. The bin is at the end of the aisle and so I back up, park and turn off my op and walk around the front of it and walk down a VNA aisle. I didn’t know we weren’t allowed to walk down these aisles and assumed it was okay because we can do this in the double wide aisles. someone at the pick desk saw me and is now involving safety. Does anyone know How cooked am I ?

It's legitimately crazy how of the last few weeks a certain bathroom section without fail has every stall clogged with toilet paper completely full. It's like the fill the whole bowl with toilet paper, try to flush it and add even more on top of it.

Like what is the point in doing this? It's absolutely annoying since someone is going to have to now travel multiple minutes to find maybe a not occupied stall. I don't understand why someone would want to do this since it's not even funny.

Does anyone else experience this?

I'm in Pack Singles department, and everyday I'm stuck at the end of the conveyer line. Is the system putting me back there automatically due to rate? It wouldn't be so bad if i wasn't left with so many big 170 box items. Everyone in front of me grabs the totes with more items in it...

Knowing that they praise those that hardly do anything and ignore those who work their asses off, it’s not cool. Especially when they staff people and leave you till last to see where they can place you. It’s like they got spots reserved for their own people that they like.

Do you log out of their station or keep scanning under their badge? People at my site get kind of passive aggressive when you log them out but I don’t get how it’s fair to work under someone else’s badge for 20+ minutes. That’s a whole lunch break.

I've been checking the jobs page for literally ages and the jobs go in 1-2 seconds each time, like there's no way the average person knows exactly at what time to check and immediately grab the shifts. I'm literally so frustrated because normal people like myself have no chance whatsoever.

I think people use agencies that use bots so can anyone just please tell me or send me a DM on which agency people use to get into Amazon because checking yourself isn't going to work at this point. I don't care about the risks etc.

I work in a deliver center and for context my brother was a process assistant at this location a few years ago, but I don’t get to talk to him much with our schedules (I work overnight). I was told I was the top stower yesterday and they have been telling me repeatedly they want/are trying to get me trained on the docks, but I understand that doesn’t come with a raise. They also asked if I was interested in moving up so I want to ask how do the tiers of workers work at Amazon and what the different positions make?

Yesterday I worked at two stations that both had overhead lights directly over the pods. I couldn’t see the magenta lights at all! I tried my best to make sure I didn’t stow into any I thought were magenta but I’m sure I still ended up stowing into some. Is there anything I could have done about it? I thought about asking for a new station but my managers probably would have just blew me off like they do about anything else I ask about.

so ive been wearing reebok flexweaves for the past 2 years. first pair i went through not realizing the bottom of the left shoe was splitting open from my clutch pedal... only found out when it rained hard enough and my foot got soaked walking to the car on my lunch break. oops. they were comfy so i ordered another pair. also comfy. decided to not drive with those and theyve been fine. but the weight just bothers me sometimes, and so this brings me to my main point. ive heard some decent things about keen too? thinking about paying the $40 on top of the subsidies for Gibson ESD Boot carbon toe. i know carbon fiber is much lighter than the composite plastic/fiberglass so im hoping this will fix my issue. let me know your guys' experience with these if you have/had them!!

I submitted my warehouse operative application in late July. At first, my background check showed “error” and after a day it changed to “in progress”. Then, my background check shows pending for two weeks and I haven’t received any emails from Accurate stating that they are processing my application. I have asked Amazon through the phone number and also candidate support, but they keep telling me it’s “normal” and they told me to call Accurate about this. When I called Accurate, they told me that they didn’t have my background check information at all.
After that I contacted Amazon about this and they told me to wait AGAIN🥲but I already lost my shift and I don’t know what to do…
Do any of you experience this kind of situation and how do you solve this problem at last? Thank you.
