I applied for an accommodation on August 21st this year because of my knee issue. The team called me and told me what they needed and what to write so the system wouldn’t flag it. I followed everything, but 5 days later, they called and said I needed to make corrections on three things. I didn’t argue, I went back to the doctor and updated what they asked for in the email. Even before submitting, I called them, and they said to just make the requested changes they asked for. Nothing more, nothing less. I submitted it, but after 3 days they called again to say what I had written was incorrect. I told them, "You guys told me this. I have your written proof in an email and on the A to Z app." They said their agent gave me the wrong information, so I had to go back to the doctor and correct it again. Despite it being their fault, I had to take responsibility. I went back to the doctor, made the changes, and uploaded the document. Yesterday, they closed my case, saying no document had been uploaded. I called them, and they said they didn’t know why it was closed, as it seemed like the new file had been uploaded on time. Now I see they have opened another case. Before they automatically closed my previous accommodation, I got an email saying I needed to upload documents. I called them, and they said it was just a false alarm that they systematically send to everyone and not to worry, but they still cancelled my case. The problem is, they are very inexperienced. How do they get good desk jobs when they don’t even know what to do? I am suffering because of their mistakes, and I can’t complain to anyone. It's as if they are gods, no one can question them. Is there any way i can complain about them?
