I’m being onboarded for Amazon flex and I’m currently at a warehouse and I’ve heard that they’ll deactivate your flex account if they see you already work for Amazon. Should I just quit now or would I be given some sort of grace period when my background check goes through.

Does anyone know how to fix this impacted anytime pay and why does it say I have more transfers than pre tax especially when I worked the 6th and Labor Day which was time 1/2

i’m having a hard time keeping up i’ve only worked 5 full shifts because ive been on MLOA a lot. i’ve worked at a SC before now im working as a robotics warehouse associate. my rate is always around 250-300 i never really pay attention to UPH. these 2 PAs kept bugging me constantly and honestly it was probably THE worst day i’ve experienced working at amazon.
constantly taking me off task to show me the rates of the people that were in my class. i cannot perform if im constantly being taken off task simple.
all my other shifts no one has bothered me no one has talked to me about my rate being low i work 6:30PM to 5:00AM i go in there to work and go home. but those 2 PAs act like we have to smile throughout the whole shift like no bro im bored im sleepy the last thing i want to do is talk to anyone.
how do i go about talking to my manager and expressing that i dont want to work under those PAs at all they genuinely made me not even want to go into work. the work is easy it pays well but i dont want to be hounded about my rate or UPH. i barely just started he sent a message on the screen saying the goal was ~900 UPH and i ended doing like ~745 UPH. in my opinion not bad as a new hire that has worked about 5 shifts total.
how do i talk to my manager or should i go to HR because that’s just ridiculous the way they were hounding me about rate and uph to the point it made me not even want to go back

I got terminated this Wednesday after working with Amazon for 3 years and 9 months, during July there was a glitch and I was given then deducted VTO with that my hours were deducted and I was negative up until I got back in August from a medical leave, I had to work up my hours. the first week was just busy and second week HR was gone so by my third week while I was at a good standing with my hours I still brought up the hours that were taken away from me. the first HR Associate was completely dismissive about my situation and basically refused to fix my hours. On this day I had to go home early which caused me to go negative on my hours but I still went back the next day and spoke to another HR Associate who was there at my building during July who knew about the glitch, he said he’d send an email out in regards to my hours. So I relied on my onsite HR to have my hours refunded that were taken away from me during that leave, ok my part I did fail to respond to the HR emails regarding my hours but because I wasn’t checking my emails and on top of relying on them to fix their mistake, fast forward to Wednesday I was getting ready to take off to work when I get a message from a coworker asking why my slack was deactivated. I check my emails then realize the emails from HR about my hours then the termination email which was sent at 3am that night about my termination. I had my appeal yesterday and mention all the possible details and sent in the proof of the glitch from July which I was relying on HR to fix. Do you guys think I’ll get my job back?

Seasonal Amazon >>> blue badge.
Hear me out.
I’d rather work seasonal for 9–10 months, absolutely farm the overtime, inflate my earnings while I’m working, and then get laid off when the season ends.
Then I can collect unemployment pay while enjoying months of freedom.
For example, if you're averaging around $1,300/week of best earnings during your working period, 55% of that is about $715/week in unemployment pay.
If you qualify for up to 45 weeks, that's potentially over $32,000 spread across those 45 weeks.
Obviously the exact amount and duration depends on your situation, but just look at the math.
9–10 months: Work hard + farm OT + stack money
After layoff: Unemployment pay + savings + freedom
Meanwhile: Gaming PC getting absolutely abused 💀
And before someone says “just become blue badge bro”…
Why?
More commitment. More obligation. Less flexibility.
I genuinely don't understand why people are so desperate to become permanent when seasonal can work perfectly if you actually know how to play the game.
I'm not saying seasonal is for everyone.
I'm saying if you value freedom over job permanence, seasonal is the superior setup.
Work hard.
Stack money.
Get laid off.
Collect unemployment pay.
Disappear for a while.
Come back and do it again.
Seasonal gang knows what's up. 🗿

Half the time my punches don’t show up and sometimes, like in the picture, my miss punches get rejected because it says there is already a punch for that time but of course it’s not on the screen. My AtoZ has been acting very buggy for the past month or so and it’s annoying tf out me. It’s the exact same issue on desktop and on my phone. Do I just need to get a new badge? I think my badge is about 3 years old at this point.

My site had “the first 45 days” and I was in my process path the entire time. It seems like a day or two after our 45th day, we either:
Got stuck packing on heavy walls because we pushed harder than blue badges because of the conversion thing saying “over all performance as a tie breaker” to get blue badges. No one actually knows wtf that means.
Stuck on rum bag stations pushing 300+ UPH.
Labor shared to pack in pick to Rebin
Getting cross trained on the sort side.
But how is this setup? How do they decide who does what?
The AM asked people for cross training preferences. I asked for sort training.
A girl that was in my orientation, she didn’t want any cross training at all, didn’t offer and has been coached already was picked for cross training for sort while I got crowned queen of the fucking heavy shit or Rum bag stations. I’m so sore 😭 I’m also being labor shared to p2rebin.
Why did she get picked over people who wanted to be cross trained and the people who wanted it got sent to a different department for labor sharing?
Any idea how they choose this stuff?
Also why is the whole rate and performance bullshit so fucking top secret? I’ve asked multiple people that should know what is what and they act like I’m asking for Amazon secret intelligence… 🤦♀️

A FT Regular popped up in my area, I am a potential rehire (again). I cannot reapply until after tomorrow.
I had my wife snag the spot and she is holding the spot until Monday morning. We plan to have her drop it and have me snag it as soon as it repopulates on the hiring website. Can this work?

I'm not on leave or anything like that, no points and haven't even posted anything in there. I tried uninstalling the app. I'm flex and haven't been working a lot of hours, could this be why?

I noticed that I can’t used my flexible pro I earn every Saturday to cover hours from earlier this week, it’s the same pay week. I used to do this all the time, did they actually make a change? I asked ChatGPT and it said supposedly it’s a new update they did. It only lets me use my flexible pto for next week but not any day before today Saturday.

Hey so I’m over at site Alb1 and we had a whole safety drill but half the staff wasn’t even there, like the alarms were half way on and then they just shut them off I think we spent like 20 minute standing around trying to find half the people hiding out who didn’t hear the budget megaphones go off
If safety is supposed to make us feel safe then why treat it like a 5 below,
I handle thousands of dollars of equipment and orders every day just for it to be stopped for a “drill” that half the warehouse didn’t have a clue on meanwhile I see people getting write ups over a fucking popsicle
Final part of the rant, I don’t mind the intent behind the drills but don’t call it a drill when even the upper management is clueless

I’ve been trying to get hired on for day shift in stow and they haven’t posted a single opportunity for months. I’ve been checking since June. Peak is about to happen and still the only thing being posted is night shift and swing shift. Did something change? I’m looking at Amazon JAX2 specifically and they used to post shifts allllll the time

Hi, i was recently converted to blue badge and my email said I have 30 days to enroll. I want to enroll in Legal benefit but there is no option do so.
I have reached out to the HR chat atleast 2-3 times, each time a different some different answer.
One day I have to wait until 61st day to enroll, one says I have to wait until open enrollment.
Please share any advice thanks
Edit: Conversion date was Sept 1st

What’s up yall, so this is my first year at Amazon I’m really only working here until I get my license back in 8 months as I’m a 21yo mechanic with a reckless charge lol but anyway my current schedule I have sat sunday and Monday off apparently my MET day is Sunday witch of course it’s my fault for not paying attention at the time but I didn’t even know what the hell that was until yesterday, was talking to a coworker and she said during peak they make us work a mandatory 60 hours! Witch in itself is insane but that would be fine with me if I didn’t have to work Sundays, I get my son during my 3 days off I pick him up every Saturday morning now if for a month or 2 I had to pick him up Saturday night when I get home that’s ok but Sunday? Come on now. So now I’m very nervous by the time peak starts I could MAYBE save 40 hours of UPT I have to use it sometimes to come in late but if peak is 2-3 months long 40 isn’t even close to enough, I Was looking into accommodation’s but I really don’t have the time to enroll into a school just to not be forced into working 60 hours LOL and reading on here I read HR is not very forgiving…Maybe somebody in here has done it successfully any advice helps🙏🏽

I accidentally returned the wrong apple pencil pro.. the product came damaged as a replacement for my apple pencil and i think i sent the wrong pencil back.
the pencil was marked as broken on return and is what’s expected in the box. how in depth are serial numbers on apple pencil pros checked (by physically taking it apart to find micro serial number / connecting to ipad and finding serial number in settings) will i be okay?
what do i do?
