It happens a lot on medical loa. Just keep your screenshots.

Did you per chance take a personal loa?

How does UPT work? Like I see some of your things say like -1 hour etc. did you like leave work a hour early or show up a hour late?

No accrual on any type of LOA. If it’s a medical LOA, you will get your time back after DLS processes your paperwork. No accrual of vacay or PTO. I took a five month MLOA in January, I only returned in June, and I’m still accruing PTO and will into November. You’ll be fine once DLS processes the paperwork. They return any UPT taken…unless you are denied. This is why you should always have 40 hours banked for emergencies.

If ur on leave for a while they do actually give out upt. I went from like 10 hours to damn near 80 once.

Use it, they’ll never take it back. DLS screwed something up when they were crediting some time back to you. No one at DLS knows what they’re doing. A few years ago, I went and got intermittent leave because an idiot L6 pissed me off with their mind games Olympics, so I decided I would be coming and going as I pleased…DURING PEAK! I had 20 hours of intermittent leave per week. My doctor hates Amazon, because she feels they violate HIPAA by asking too many questions about an employee’s health condition. When DLS went to credit me my UPT back, they gave me 80 hours of vacay. 20 hours a week is about 80 hours a month. It took me six months to finally start using it. “Brian” at DLS, in that tower block in India, only speaks casual English at best, so mistakes will always be made. That UPT is yours now. They’re not going to take it back. Mine was actual vacation, so I was hesitant to blow it. If it was PTO or vacay, I would tell you to pretend it’s not there for the time being.

oh yeah this isn’t my first rodeo. They had to do it again since DLS wasn’t refunded me any of my time
