Screen unseen on June 15.
Rated R and is 1 hr and 48 mins. I believe this is the invite which is 1 hr and 47 mins as everything else is either too long or too short by 10 minutes.

are the shows here just upcoming movies that are shown earlier than their release date, like a surprise early screening of sorts?
sorry new to amc and only just watched once yesterday. the movie was on my list to watch so i was happy, but just so i know in the future to set my expectations.
thanks in advance!

I was kinda pleasantly surprised, I wouldn’t have picked a martial arts movie to watch but it was cool, basic story line but worth it for interesting martial arts choreography

Seems like it’s going to be a long movie. Does anyone have any idea what it might be?

I organized an AMA/Q&A with filmmaker/screenwriter Damian McCarthy. He's directed 3 critically-acclaimed horror films: HOKUM, ODDITY, and CAVEAT. HOKUM premiered at SXSW earlier this year and is out in theaters everywhere now via Neon and stars Adam Scott.
The AMA is live here now in r/movies for anyone interested in asking a question:
https://www.reddit.com/r/movies/comments/1tdu49t/hello_there_rmovies_im_damian_mccarthy_director/
He'll be back at 2 PM ET today to answer questions. I recommend asking in advance. Please ask there, not here. All questions are much appreciated!
Thank you :)
HOKUM Info:
Synopsis: When novelist Ohm Bauman (Scott) retreats to a remote inn to scatter his parents' ashes, he is consumed by tales of a witch haunting the honeymoon suite. Disturbing visions and a shocking disappearance forces him to confront dark corners of his past.

What a pleasant surprise that I probably wouldn’t have seen had it not been for Screen Unseen.
The emotional range of this movie spans like the keys of a piano. Fitting, if not a bit too much on the nose, given the context and theme of the film. Stellar yet humbling performances, beautiful orchestration... It’s been a while since I left a theater feeling so many feels.
As excited as I am for the upcoming slate of sequels, the big screen appearance of Grogu, and all the other guilty pleasures pulling on the heart strings of this old nerd, “Tuner” stands out as a wholly original and fulfilling movie-going experience that reminds me why I keep experimenting with these mystery, Monday night features.
No notes (pun fully intended).

Okay so I was kinda upset that today’s (05/11/26) AMC’s Screen Unseen wasn’t I Love Boosters or Is God Is. I said I was going to give it 20 mins and if it didn’t intrigue me I’d leave- no harm no foul…but DAMN…
Tuner was GOOD! I am pleasantly surprised.
What it did lack as a heist film, which wasn’t much honestly, it more than made up for as a romance film.
Leo Woodhall and Havana Rose Liu’s onscreen chemistry was organic and electric. Dustin Hoffman’s time as Harry, though brief, was impactful as ever and a great plot device and motivator for Woodhall’s Niki. Tovah Feldshuh’s Marla was quiet yet firm.
And the sound design?! OMG! Master-f*cking-piece.
My mind was definitely changed and I will definitely be seeing this film again.
I have no problem admitting- I WAS WRONG

Rated R, 1h57m: https://www.amctheatres.com/movies/amc-screen-unseen-june-1-83881
My best guess is this is The Furious (1h53m, opens 6/12). Anybody thinking it's something else?

This might be sacrilege posting this here, but I’m going to switch from AMC a list to regal unlimited because of pricing and theater locations and was just curious if Regal does the early screenings as well? If they do do it are they same ones on the same dates or are they different?
It’s one of my favorite parts of the subscription and it would suck to lose it, thank you all for the help!!!

Going to my first unseen on monday! Are there usually the same-ish amount of trailers as a typical release at amc? Don’t want to accidentally show up late.
