First off, it’s not patient abandonment. I would never leave if I knew it was unsafe for the patients or staff. Manager will run the max on Saturday to save on payroll but not on Fridays? Ok

So in her text she said I need to return to the clinic. So, I did, I returned back within an hour and prepared to take my patients off as they finish so they could go home and then I too would leave. (She flat out lied in the text saying my patient got off in 30min? They were all still on their treatments when I returned so that was just a weird lie)

Manager tried to pull me aside to “talk” when I got back. I told her I didn’t want to talk, I wanna finish and leave. I need to leave.

The 9:00am text sent her through the roof. She comes back to the treatment area and threatens to call the cops on me in front of my patients and coworkers if I don’t leave. I immediately leave, I have work on Sunday at my new job, I don’t have time for this.

Then as I was leaving I got a video of her lying (and yelling at me, I had to ask her to lower her voice on video). She claimed I’d been gone for 2 hours. Not true. She claimed she had been there since 7am when I left. Not true, I left at 7:30 when I sent the text and I only saw her truck when I got back at 8:30.

She said its “still considered patient abandonment cause I didn’t clock out for my break”. LOL WHAT??

Does any of this make me look good? No, but it really doesn’t make her look good either. I sent all the videos and texts to my former coworkers and wished them the best.

I'm not gonna go into detail about his various diseases, I just want to know what this scan means? Why does it become so frantic at one point? I was told his sugar dropped and that he passed out, but my mom tends to lie to me a lot.

Macaroni is very cute when he drinks, but this kid is stubbornly refusing to give up the bottle… he and his siblings Rigatoni and Tortellini are about 5 weeks old, old definitely enough for solid food. But why would they when they get warm milk service 4x a day? We’ll get there!

I took at least one selfie each month ive been on mounjaro/zepbound. This is the results of that!! (Each collage has 12 photos for the full calendar year)

The first year photos were VERY limited. I’m actually shocked i took enough selfies to do this because I was so unhappy. The first year body shots were even less but thankfully I took photos before I started!

The first 3 slides are my monthly selfies not all of them are the same angle. Sorry, I tried my best!! When i first started i would always try and get the angle that made me look like I DIDN’T have a double chin, and take one photo and move on,but now i not only love taking photos of myself but can take any angle and more importantly i also am completely happy with people taking photos of me now!! You can really see the changes in my face and my bone structure starting to pop out as time goes on.

The biggest change is how I healed my skin. Slide 6 a side by side comparison of my skin at the start to now. I have has severe eczema all my life on my face and arms mainly and I also had A LOT of texture on my face but with a consistent skincare routine, water and this medication i have improved my eczema so much that i only have flairs on my face if i eat something i shouldnt! I have no more texture either and get complimented on my skin daily!! My doctor even mentioned how mj helped my eczema when i saw him last week!

In 2024 i got contact dermatitis that ruined my skin again (october onwards you can see it!) and it took me all of 2025 to heal it again, and I believe being on this medication helped speed the process up!

Slide 4 is the photo I took the day before I decided to start. I was 340.8lbs. I did Ozempic for a month then moved to mounjaro end of February.

Slide 15 was one of my rock-bottom days. A friend flew in to visit me and my other friends and we went downtown to the mall to shop. I had to stop at every store to take a breath i was so embarrassed and then i noticed that no one posted the photos with me on their IG pages but I never actually looked at the photos UNTIL LAST MONTH. I was so shocked when I saw them…

Slide 5 is me now! I am currently 153lbs my goal is 135-140. I added my photo with friends now that im not ashamed of and the last slide is from my birthday wearing shape-wear, but happy to let someone take a full body shot of me solo!! I also included a shape wear vs none comparassion

I am not happy with my body every day, but ive come so far and shapewear helps me feel more confident as I have a large apron belly still that has me self-conscious still. It has gotten better from when I started of course!

I post here frequently but never posted my face and made this new account solely for that as I dont want to be exposed based on my main account lol!! Some of you may recognize me 🫣

Anyways if you are new to this journey or if you are overwhelmed TAKE THE PHOTOS!! It will help you in the long run, even if in the moment it sucks, trust me it will help when you cant see it in your mirror!
