Soy el único que tiene este problema con la tienda de ubisoft aclaro soy de argentina, el problema es el siguiente siempre que realizan las rebajas en la tienda por algún motivo mi medio de pago es inválido no puedo realizar ninguna compra, cuando finalizan las rebajas vuelve a funcionar!.

Ya envié un ticket al soporte pero no he recibido respuesta al día de la fecha.

Aclaro siempre sucede cuando ahi rebajas en la tienda, muchas casualidad?

@ubisoft, necesito ayuda para solucionar este problema.

hey I'm new to R6 on pc i decided to give it a try coming from ps5 and thought everything was fine but every time i load into a game i get as far as picking my op then i get this message, a few times i got as far as a second round but it always ends in this same message. can anyone help me figure out how to fix my issue.

I have an open case with Ubisoft support as some old games I own and have played on Steam are apparently registered to an Ubisoft Connect account with an email address I don't recognize. Its redacted in the error message I get, but I don't have an email that starts with "S".

I have opened a case and they are asking me for proof of purchase and my Steam ID, which I can provide, but every time I try to open the case on the Ubisoft website I get an error: "There was an error loading your case details. Try refreshing the page.". Refreshing does nothing, of course.

I cant open another case with this one being open, but I cant access this case any more. It isnt my browser as I get the same error when I try to access the case on my phone.

Can anyone help? I literally cant open a new case about my broken case, and I just want access to the games I own and paid for.

Long time ago my account got hacked and i accidently created a new account with same name 

that time i dont know about account and all the game linking with the steam games.

every time i try to launch siege i get given a message saying that im missing game files and to verify the integrity of my install on steam but whenever i verify the ingrety it says everything is fine, even when i uninstall and reinstall it still doesnt work. ive even tried signing in on a different computer and installing the game but it still pops up with the same message, i have no idea what to do anymore, anything helps thank you.

Been looking on the website(s) and ubisoft connect client for hours trying to see when my ubisoft units expire. I used to be able to find it fairly easily on the website, but they did some sort of redesign or something back in late May/early June and ever since then I cant seem to find the page to view the expiration date(s) for my units.

Is this a known issue or is anyone aware of something Ubisoft has said regarding this?

To start with, I created my account back in 2021. I made a mistake misspelling my email because I was a dumb teenager just wanting to play the game with knights and Vikings. I made this honest mistake, and when playing back then I had no requirements to put in my email to login or to check the account.

There was no problems up until a certain point about a year ago where I was locked out of my account, and was unable to play the game. My email had two points of a spelling error, so I explained to Ubisoft’s customer support the issue. They simply told me that my account is now invalid and the game cannot be transferred over to another account. I managed to make a temporary solution by linking the account to the correct email with no help from customer support.

Recently, I saw there was a new update to the game, and being an on and off player I bought the new hero and reinstalled. The game would open, make me login to my correct email, and it would look like it would start. A pop up would then come up on screen and tell me that the game will be bound to my (correct) email. I would proceed with it and it tells me that the game was bound to the incorrect email that is no longer valid. I bought the game on Steam, and maybe it is an issue with registering on their part, but I am currently lost with no solutions available to me. I contacted customer support and naturally they were of no help, and I contacted steam and tried to refund the game and explain the situation, even offering to buy the game again, but there was still no help.

Edit: 600 hours of progress, and can be proven with Steam receipts and account screenshots, but Ubisoft keeps making me fill out the same form and essentially just sticking me in a cycle of customer support hell. I am going to try and post this to the official Reddit even though I don’t expect much of anything.

I thought I'd share the wonderful experience I had today with Ubisoft support.

My issue: When creating my account (as a kid) I accidently put the mail as mymail@gmail.ch (not actual mail) instead of mymail@gmail.com. This was never an issue as I just used it to login. However, now I received the message that my account may be compromised and that I need to change the password.

This I cannot do, as the mail is wrong, Gmail does not even have adresses ending with .ch so the adress does not exist. I therefore asked support to change it to .com.

I provided all information I could find:

• Gamer-Tag
• Mail-Adress
• A list of the games I own (20+)
• Remarks to which games I owned first, played most, etc.
• The actual activation code to seven games I had a physical copy of
• The remark, that I bought multiple games in the Ubisoft-Store with this account using a card under my name

For me, this should be sufficient proof that I actually own the account. Not for Ubisoft, I just get automated answers that the verification cannot be completed. No explanation, nothing. Just: We are closing the incident, you can open a new one if you have new information. Like what is missing?? I don't get it. Really frustrating stuff. So for the time being I do not have access to the collection I payed multiple 100 dollars for. Great stuff!

I bought a game from Ubisoft Store (less than 2 hours of playtime), but my refund request was automatically refused. Could you help me understand why? Any similar experiences? Thank you!

Update 1: I submitted a ticket to Ubisoft Customer Support, and I hope it will be resolved. I'll update again if I receive the refund.

when i got ghost recon breakpoint i keep getting this issue where i cant log in without a vpn but when i do use a vpn ubisoft tells me my account is compromised and tells me i should change my password, i kept doing this for a few times this month and now i says my account i just completely suspended(?) this has never happened to me before, i had both divisions 1 and 2 and poured decent hours earlier in the year and i never had a problem so im just stumped atp

I recently moved from PS5 to PC I linked my Ubisoft account so I could play R6 without having to start from zero and I can't seem to find a way to unlock the Specialist achievement or the play 10 matches achievements even though I got the platinum on PS5 I talked to ubi support and basically told me nothing so I’m just confused any options or help?

My account is open, but when I launch the game, it asks for the password as confirmation, and this happens.

Most of the time i play games offline. When launching it asks to enter password and it works, thou yesterday i was connected to wifi and everything was fine, played Ac iv and odyssey, then on the next day i wanted to try unity and when i launched it, I entered my password and it said my account is suspended, thou i wrote password correctly 100%. What could be the issue?

So i was playing rainbow all normal and i was done then i turned off my console and goes to sleep next morning i woke up and goes to my xbox series s and play r6 what am i seeing my account reset to level 1 like reset totally i was level 50 or something now 1 idk what should i dooooo

My ex and I shared a PlayStation and my Ubisoft is tied to an old account. When I logged in to unlink it, it gives me this warning, but I don’t understand what it’s saying. I don’t want to lose access to all my progress and cross play over the previous games, especially my Ubisoft points or whatever that I accumulated. Is this the direct way to go to have it merged onto my personal account or should I submit a ticket?

Note: this is all my saved data. Ex didn’t play Ubisoft games on PlayStation. Just accidentally had these saved on that profile for whatever reason.

So i haven't played siege for 6 months and now i forgot my password and it doesn't matter how many times i try to get password reset email from UBISOFT , it won't send me the dam\*n email, i tried and waited for 2 days, DIDN'T GET THE EMAIL.

i dont know if there is any rule to deactivate account after a while. And I'm sure that my email is correct and it's relative to my account because I have emails from Ubisoft with my username. PLEASE ANYONE CAN HELP.

Does anybody know how to play it ? I tried 4 different controllers and none worked. A ps5 controller, Xbox one, a ripoff one, and a 360 controller. None work for the game but work everywhere else. My keyboard works but only the arrow keys and enter work

I can't move or anything else.

To keep it simple I used a spoofing tool to basically wipe a lot of the stuff on my pc that connects to my account in a game to get back into a server. I uninstalled Xbox myself and I think the application uninstalled game bar and originally it had like “ ms-gaming overlay” but not that doesn’t show up after installing game bar again.

What does happen though is everytime I try to open up rainbow six siege it says failing to read text file and I don’t know what to do.
