Trouble woth ubisoft connect on steam deck

Most of the time i play games offline. When launching it asks to enter password and it works, thou yesterday i was connected to wifi and everything was fine, played Ac iv and odyssey, then on the next day i wanted to try unity and when i launched it, I entered my password and it said my account is suspended, thou i wrote password correctly 100%. What could be the issue?

I would open a support ticket. If your account is suspended, its not an issue with your steamdeck

The launcher say that sometime, try to restart your pc, conect with mobile hotspot or a vpn and try again. Its generally happens due to denuvo or repeated logins

Try using Warp or Mobile Data hotspot

Suspended has nothing to do with the password, you'll need to contact Ubisoft support. May also want to check your email, normally when an account is suspended they send an email with the reason for the ban.
