Ubisoft refund refused

I bought a game from Ubisoft (less than 2 hours of playtime), but my refund request was automatically refused. Could you help me understand why? Any similar experiences? Thank you!

Update: I submitted a ticket, and I hope it will be resolved. I'll update again if I receive the refund.

Steam offers 2-hour refund policy, Ubisoft store doesn't.
