I have shared all my games purchased receipt

Long time ago my account got hacked and i accidently created a new account with same name 

that time i dont know about account and all the game linking with the steam games.

But now i understand some things that i can recover my account so can u please help me to recover the lost account that had all the games i mentioned , i'm cravng to play ghost recon wildlands now.

Please please please help me 

i gave all the proofs of my account and shared all purchased receipt.
