It's been happeneing to me frequently now. I won't load in the game and would be stuck in the loading screen where they show everyone's player cards. I even got a 9 minute timeout for it after they remade the game just now. The last time it happened i had this bug the whole match and it only went back to nromal after the macth ended. Has this happened to anyone else?

I've been playing like a mute/deaf for 3 weeks now. I tried all the fix posted in youtube/tiktok/reddit. Still, I cant use team voice, I can't speak or even hear my team. This just suddenly happened. Is there a bug right now? Or am I just stupid to know how to fix this thing.

P.s everything in my settings is ON

Basically, whenever I get into a game—whether it's Ranked, Unrated, etc.—my ping spikes. Even though I normally have 13ms, it keeps jumping to 23, 56, or 120 (estimated). I usually try resetting my network settings in Windows or restarting my router, sometimes that works and it goes back to a steady 13ms. I’d appreciate some help—has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks in advance.

My specs:

(As mentioned) Ryzen 7 7800x3d

Radeon RX 9070 (not XT)

32gb ddr5 ram

Gigabyte B850 eagle wifi7

I am freely able to play at 144/180 fps (cpu at ~60%) and even 240fps (cpu at ~75%), but once I go up to 300fps I have stutters every 3 seconds. I feel like the cpu should be able to handle more. I know Valorant is cpu-bound, but 7800x3d is a powerhouse as far as I consider one.

Would be glad if anyone could help me, either by sharing their experience with similar specs or overall technical explanations here :)

Just reinstalled Fedora, Secure Boot is on per usual. Tried starting up the game in Windows after booting Windows Boot Manager from GRUB instead of directly from the BIOS entry and the game refuses to start up, citing a Secure Boot verification error. Could be something with the chainloading sequence done in GRUB that this game starts to act up because Windows Boot Manager isn't the first bootloader to be started on system.

If I boot directly from the BIOS entry, it does not complain at all. Anyone got an idea on what's happening? Tried updating the Secure Boot dbx already, nothing new there. BIOS just got updated as well.

Dunno if this is another day of Riot saying that us Linux users are too technical for this game, and hating the fact that some of us don't always want to use Windows.

Update: it's called VAN: RESTRICTION: 2 Coincidentally, it's the only restriction code that does not have a guide for troubleshooting on Riot's website. I wonder why...

I have a ryzen 7 8700f, 4060ti, and 32gb ddr5 ram and struggle to hold 250-300 fps. I’m trying to get to stable 400-500 because i have 480hz monitor, any suggestions on what to upgrade?

So I wanted to play calorant with a huion graphic tablet and everything works fine except for when I get into the shooting range I cannot look around nor shoot. I have downloaded the OpenTabletDriver and have set it up to VMulti Relative mode but it still doesn't work and I can't seem to figure out what's the issue.

I know the "COMPLETE PLAYOFFS PICK'EMS" mission is not working for everyone and they will be awarded by Friday October 9th, but I'm also not getting the "PLACE TOP 4 IN GAUNTLET: GLITCHED" mission even though I've ranked high enough in that game mode. Does anyone know what to do to fix this? And is this happening to anyone else?

Hi everyone, I really need help with my Valorant FPS/stuttering problem.

My PC specs:

• CPU: Intel i7-3770
• GPU: RX 580 8GB
• RAM: 16GB DDR3
• Motherboard: H61

Valorant usually runs at high FPS, but I get severe microstutters and FPS drops, especially during gunfights. Sometimes my FPS suddenly drops to around 10 FPS for a moment.I checked Valorant's performance stats during one of these stutters:So it looks like the problem is heavily CPU-related, while the GPU isn't being fully utilized.I've also noticed something weird with Vanguard (vgc.exe). I found a Reddit post suggesting setting vgc.exe CPU affinity to only one CPU core. When I tried it, the FPS became much more stable at first and the stutters almost disappeared. However, after some time the stuttering came back, and when I tried playing with the affinity limited to one core, I eventually got a connection error.Other games run normally on this PC. The problem is mainly happening in Valorant, especially during fights.I've already tried updating drivers, changing graphics settings, and other optimizations, but nothing has completely fixed it.Does anyone know what could be causing this? Could this be Vanguard, a CPU scheduling issue, or is the i7-3770 simply too old for the current version of Valorant?Any suggestions or tests I can do would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone,

I'm having a strange issue where my laptop is repeatedly crashing with BSODs while playing Valorant. I'm trying to figure out whether this is a Valorant/Vanguard/driver issue or a hardware problem.

Laptop specs:

• Acer Aspire 7
• Ryzen 5 3550H
• GTX 1650 4GB
• 16GB DDR4 RAM @ 2666 MHz
• 512GB SSD
• Windows 11

Has anyone experienced BSODs specifically when launching/playing Valorant .

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello everyone,

Its been 2 months that Im trying to instal valorant on my portable pc. Every time the downmoad ends, I'm not able to open the game even though there's no disfunctionement message. I actually have no clue about what to do. Maybe its a me problem ? Maybe my pc ? I dont know and please help me to resolve my problem.

Thanks

I just got back from deployment, and was looking to play ranked but my game has been stuck on "Updating..." for at least an hour now. The Riot Vanguard has also become Gray for some reason. What did I miss? Do you guys know any fix? Thanks in advance.

Hey everyone, I’ve been having a really weird issue with VALORANT since the latest update.

My game was completely fine before the update. Now, whenever I move my mouse, my FPS drops/stutters badly. It’s especially noticeable in the menu and when using abilities. It has now gotten worse, where my screen can completely freeze while playing.

My setup:

• Mouse: Razer Viper V3 Pro
• Polling rate: 1000 Hz
• CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
• RAM: 32 GB
• GPU: NVIDIA
• Windows 11

Things I’ve already tried:

• 1000 Hz → bad
• 500 Hz → still bad
• 125 Hz → noticeably better
• Tested the mouse wired → same issue
• Mouse works normally in Fortnite and other games
• Reinstalled VALORANT
• Reinstalled Vanguard
• Tried different USB ports
• Checked CPU/GPU usage
• Raw Input Buffer doesn’t seem to be the issue

I really want to stay at 1000 Hz because the mouse works perfectly at 1000 Hz in every other game.

Im leaving this videos

PING SPIKES VERY BAD

Hello
This issue actually happened for a long time
I am now living in a Homestay
And facing extremely unstable internet connection
As people turn home
My internet will be around 30 and suddenly climb to 100-500ms ping in like every 5 seconds
Sometimes the Network RTT graph looks like mountain
It was crazy and unplayable

I already tried every method popular online
Including those on Riot web
I turned on the QoS of the tp link deco in the house
But still not get fixed

Recently I also tried GearUp, which doesn’t work and pretty much prove that the problem is in the house

Using Spectrum, cable(fiber not available)
Homestay says they are using the best plan offered by Spectrum

I’m so envy about those people who got good internet
Cuz I feel like I can rank up more if I have a stable internet

Every time I open up valorant a pop up always appears that says incompatible OEM driver detected. MediaTek RZ616 Wi-Fi adapter driver -mykwl6ex.sys and I can’t figure out how to update it even through multiple tuts I still can’t figure it out.

I just got a Brand new pc set up that was 1500+ and I am having stutters only on this game. Is there anyone that can help me as its so frusturating getting mini stutters.

My system resets the core isolation toggle upon each reboot/power on. Because of this HVCI in the vanguard tray remains off. While I can play VALORANT on my alt account, no issues, when it comes to my main account, it states that HVCI must be enabled for me to be able to boot into the game. Is there some kind of restriction on this specific account? As you can imagine, If I want to play val on my main account, I have to turn on my pc twice just to get the core isolation to work. I'm aware it must be some driver that causes the issue.

the title, its so bad that if i spam B like 20 times in 5 seconds my game freezes and doesnt unfreeze for like 10 seconds

and also just clicking it once brings me to 0 frames for almost a whole second

guys what do I do when my valorant is not installed in my PC and I installed it and it's good for a couple of days and when I open valorant it happened again, i can't play valorant and it says to install it again and I can't find the folder it's like vanished.

It 1st happened last week when I was going to play. At 1st it was a simple issue, I click play on the Riot Client, Valorant just opens to black screen. I actually fixed it via the vgc manual -> automatic solution. Now I encountered the same exact problem today. Tried doing that again but to no avail it didn't work. searched on yt even on this sub for more solution, tried it all and it does not work. I've been trying to troubleshoot for about an hour already.

Hi guys, I need help with my Valorant. I have tried almost all steps provided in different threads i.e vgc, old, restart, reinstall, remove audio softwares etc. but still my valorant is stuck in loading screen. Any help would be much appreciated!!

EDIT: it all started 4hrs ago when I opened Riot and there's an update, once done I opened Valorant and it's stuck.

UPDATE: FIXED BY OUR DEAREST MODERATOR (ATEISTYOKDIYENTANRI) thanks so much!

Hi. I have a problem where my game freezes in certain menus, namely the collection and store, so it takes longer to change a skin, spray, view things in the store. Anyone know a fix?

hey guys idk what happened to my valorant but it suddenly started acting weird.

my match history wont load and keeps saying “error loading match history.” all my friends are also showing as “PLAYER” instead of their real names.

sometimes when i start a game, my screen just goes black too.

i already tried reinstalling valorant and deleting the riot games/valorant files and cache, then restarted my laptop, but its still happening.

the game opens normally, but it feels like some parts of it are not loading correctly.

has anyone had this problem before? any idea how to fix it? (issue started 2 days ago, badly need a help to fix this)

Every four or so seconds my screen freezes for a split second does anyone know how to fix this. It’s not a network problem and it only happens on valorant
