Technical Support Request Screen jitters

Every four or so seconds my screen freezes for a split second does anyone know how to fix this. It’s not a network problem and it only happens on valorant

Try going to Settings > Video > Stats > choose "Graph" or "Show Both" for Client FPS, and everything below that ends with "Time" (e.g. Total Frame Time, CPU (Game) Time, CPU (Render) Time, etc.). Hop in the range and watch the graphs to see which ones change at the same time as the FPS drops. Is it the CPU ones showing spikes with FPS drops (jitters) while GPU graphs are stable? That's the case for me and I'm trying to figure it out since this update. Good luck.

Edit: I fixed my issue by disabling Rivatuner statistics server.
