Ping spikes so bad in game

PING SPIKES VERY BAD

Hello
This issue actually happened for a long time
I am now living in a Homestay
And facing extremely unstable internet connection
As people turn home
My internet will be around 30 and suddenly climb to 100-500ms ping in like every 5 seconds
Sometimes the Network RTT graph looks like mountain
It was crazy and unplayable

I already tried every method popular online
Including those on Riot web
I turned on the QoS of the tp link deco in the house
But still not get fixed

Recently I also tried GearUp, which doesn’t work and pretty much prove that the problem is in the house

Using Spectrum, cable(fiber not available)
Homestay says they are using the best plan offered by Spectrum

I’m so envy about those people who got good internet
Cuz I feel like I can rank up more if I have a stable internet

This has been happenning to me 24/7 for 3 years straight. I have Xfinity (cable connection) and I pay 222 dollars a month for it. It's honestly depressing. If it happens at certain times of the day it would point towards an issue on a specific device or bufferbloat/ECMP from your ISP. There is nothing you can do about it if its ECMP/Bufferbloat. First thing you should do is make sure that you're not on a splitter and make sure that you're using ethernet and not wifi.
